Error with distribution offline by email
Hi
We experienced an error when trying to use distribution offline by mail (save to folder is working).
- Step Distribution list is OK
- Step Distribution list sections is OK
We got this error "The system cannot publish the book to BPC Web (Make single PDF)" and at the end "Automation error".
It seems that he tried to generate a pdf.
Have you ever got this problem ?
We are BPC NW SP05 and prerequisites (SMTPAUTH, SMTPPASSWORD, SMTPPORT, SMTPSERVER, and SMTPUSER) are entered.

You have a "good WiFi connection". What does that mean exactly? Can you send and receive email and are other internet related activities working OK for you? Have you tried restarting or rebooting your iPad? Sometimes that helps. If nothing else, it's a good place to start.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
HP LASERJET CP1525nw print error when printing online Gmail emails with Google Chrome
HP LASERJET CP1525nw print error when printing online Gmail emails with Google Chrome. Extra large font sizes and weird formatting issues only when printing emails from Gmail within Chrome. No problems when printing the same email from Gmail+Internet Exolorer or Thunderbird. Using the IE Tab extension in Chrome prints the email correctly but the style of Gmail's message window is completely weird ie: formatting bar is spread out vertically instead of horizontally. I believe it is clear that this is an application specific issue between the HP LASERJET CP1525nw printer and Google Chrome + Gmail. This printing scenario does not occur when printing anything else or when printing via another printer. I would appreciate receiving any suggestions to solve this issue.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Browser: Google Chrome 15

Unexpected error (0xE8000001) with Distribution ONLY
My app works on device if I build it with Developer credentials
If I switch to Distribution configuration it gives me 0xE8000001
I see two provision files in Organazer but one of them (distribution) is disable. So it was never installed on device.
Is it OK or I should try to install it on device somehow?I have the same question. It works fine in debug and release. It gets this error in distribution. Does that matter? It seems like I shouldn't be aloud to distribute it to my device yet, though I can debug and test. It just seems like it's a nasty error message. The documents say to build the application when in distribution, but not to use build in go. So, is this a problem or not? It seems like it isn't, but I'm not sure.

What is going on here. I've waited 4 weeks for my ipad which will not do anything untill I've downloaded the latest version of itunes which I can't do because this message keeps appearing,

Thunderbird Email Attachment Error with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
I'm getting the above error when I click on email attachments to open them. This happened ever since I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, whereas I had the regular Adobe Acrobat Reader prior to it.

It seems that there is some issue while downloading the PDF file from your Thunderbird. Are you experiencing this issue only with PDF files or other files also like MS office files?
I will also recommend you to Quit Thunderbird & open it gain, then try sending a test mail to your own email address with PDF & MS office file attachments & once you receive the test mail try to download and open the files in the attachment & check if you are still experiencing the same issue or not.

Assistance with distribution group behavior
We have a new Exchange 2013 server. So far, we are happy with it, except for this one issue with distribution groups.
On our old, non-Microsoft mail server, we had mailing lists. When someone sent an email to the list, the members of the list would receive an email that was listed as "From:
[email protected] on behalf of [email protected]". We like this behavior because it allows people to easily see who the messages posted on a mailing list came from, but when hitting reply,
the reply would go back to the mailing list, and ***NOT*** the user that sent the email being replied to.
In Exchange 2013, distribution groups function differently. If a user sends an email to
[email protected], our users see a message that is listed as "From: [email protected]" and "To: [email protected]". If a user hits reply to this
message, the reply by default goes to the original send and NOT the entire list. We do NOT like this behavior and wish to change it.
Hitting Reply All when viewing emails from a distribution group is not a viable option...our users will not remember to do that and it will create confusion.
So, to recap, what we want to see when User A send an email to Distribution Group A, then all other users should receive an email that is "From:
[email protected] on behalf of [email protected]". When our users hit reply to this message, the reply's To: field should, by default, be filled in with
[email protected] and not
[email protected]
How can we accomplish this?You might be able to achieve something using transport rules/agents (if someone sends to the list, re-write the reply address to the list). It would be ugly though... cringing just thinking about it...
We already attempted this with Transport Rules. Specifically, we tried to rewrite the Reply-To header. When attempting to create the rule, Exchange pitches an error message: "Can't set header reply-to with value [email protected]". Are

Hi everyone...
Anyone knows how to send job error message to admin by email? For example, if crawler failed, an email is sent to admin with the error message. I'm thinking of building windows service which run at the background and knows when a job fail and send the error message through email to admin.
Is there a better way?

Office365(Click to Run) Deployment with MDT Offline Media
Hi,
I have a scenario where i have to deploy Office365 using click to run with MDT offline media. Now the problem is with configuration.xml file in which we specify the source path of office files.
Here in this scenario as i have to deploy client machines with offline media, so in this case what will be the path in the config.xml file?
For testing purpose, after downloading the office source files, placed the setup.exe,config.xml file and office source folder in a same folder. Here is the config.xml file that i am using

Created a new task sequence for OS deployment and added the step install application for installation of Office365.
After creating a selection profile for the deployment, created a offline media for deployment of client machine.
Now while i am running the offline media on the bare-metal machine, after OS installation the deployment got stuck at step install Office 365. Got error message pop up, according to which internet connection needed during installation process so that the
click to run set-up will download the office source files, It means this will not use the previously downloaded file which was saved in the same folder.
So this is what my problem is.. How can i customize the configuration.xml file so that i can install office 365 with offline media.

Is there any way of seeing inbound BDocs in R/3?
I know that my message hit the outbound queue in CRM but the sales doc was not created in R/3.
I read an earlier message that suggested that you could deregister the queue in R/3 and then see if the message arrives, but we do not have any inbound queues registered. My order status changes to Error in distribution in CRM.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Normally you can see the error message thru these
Queue monitoring. The error message most of the
time is quiet straight forward to tell you what is wrong.
The error message "Error in Distribution" you see
is from document right? Could you tell the error
message from the Queue. This is the easiest way to
find out what causing the Error (but may be not the
very effective way - depends on the error message).
Refer to your question about deregister, I think
what you mean is deregister the Q-OUT Destination
(which pointed to R/3). By deregister this, your
next document created will stopped in the queue where
you can do DEBUG LUW (this is in tcode SMQ1).
I did this before when debugging BP transfer from CRM
to R/3. In your case, with document, should be same way.

Read/Write errors with FileVault-protected folders
Hi-
New to Mac OS, etc. I have been using the new MacBook Pro for about six weeks, and have now encountered my third show-stopper with a FileVault protected user profile. Each time has basically required a from-scratch removal and replacement of the user account. Now I can't ignore it, since I can't go through this again. Before you tell me (as so many websites do) to drop FileVault, I can't. I'm under a government mandate to encrypt "all user data." I'm open to other approaches, but this should "Just Work," no?
Over time, I start seeing various hiccups in accessing files. These seem to present as longer and longer beachballing inside applications which access the disk (oddly, Firefox seems to be the one most commonly affected; then Mail.app seems to have problems either with file locking, or with bits of one email showing up in another, or much more random lockups with beachballs...)
I have no idea how to troubleshoot... nothing obvious shows up in logs or console (ask me if you know of something in particular to look for.)
This time, I decided to copy the contents of the sparse disk image off to a backup before trying to disable FileVault, since that failed completely last time resulting in significant loss of data (mostly emails that had not yet been backed up). I can now reproduce a problem predictably ... looking for help. In trying to copy the entire contents of my user profile, I get about a few hundred megs (into an 18 GB sparse disk) and bump into a file copy error. It happens in the same file every time. I get a dialog in finder that says "The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in "xxx.mp3" could not be read or written. (Error code -36)" xxx.mp3 is obviously a real file name, I've elided here.
Now, I try to copy the same file from the terminal using cp, to copy to some stable place like the root of the current (administrator) user's directory. In this case, the system goes somewhat nonresponsive -- big pause at the command line, other applications beachball, mouse works fine, but some parts of other applications non-responsive. Ctrl-C seems to work, after a time, and things go back to normal. "cat xxx.mp3" has the same response.
I have run the Disk Utilities over the sparse image in question, and they report nothing wrong or nothing to fix.
Help! The only comment I find on the support forums for error -36 has to do with SMB, not in the picture here.
JAAs I stated earlier, "The -36 is an i/o error. This means either the file, the directory or the data sectors are damaged."
This message can be generated at the source end or at the destination end when you are copying a file.
The copy process can give the same message if it has trouble reading a damaged sector at the read location or when it tries to write a file to damaged sectors at the destination location.
You have told me that disk utility is telling you that the source directory and data sectors are fine.
Verify disk is not perfect. There are literally hundreds millions of sectors on a drive and it would take hours to check each sector so verify disk is usually an adequate scan but not infallible.
You say you have isolated the issue to corrupt files.
You are blaming the file corruption on file vault when that is not necessarily true.
That is why I had asked you to try to make a copy of the Mail folder to the desktop.
The internal drive is verified.
If you had trouble with that copy I was going to go with data corruption.
The symptom you describe at the beginning was longer and longer processing times with a spinning cursor.
The main reason for that is some kind of conflict that doesn't allow processing to proceed/complete.
This can be due to page faults, permissions issues, font conflicts or corruption.
Open font book and choose all fonts.
Look in the second column and see if any of the fonts have a black dot to the right.
If they do then select a font in the second column go to the edit menu and select all.
Then select resolve duplicates from the edit menu.
Now with the second column still selected go to the file menu and select validate fonts.
Check to see that all fonts have a check marked circle.
Any fonts that have any other designation should have their box checked and the remove checked choice selected.
Data that you keep bringing back could be causing further corruption.
The data that you have saved can be saved on an external device if you end up having to zero your drive and reinstall.
You should then reinstall just the apple software that came with your computer and update.
Turn on file vault without bringing back in data or extra applications.
Then add applications one at a time if you are not having problems.
As to data safety you can encrypt the data stored on the external device by putting it in a folder(s) and choosing to create an encrypted disk image of it.
You do that in disk utility by selecting the folder and choosing new from the file menu.
The choose disk image from folder then choose image.
Then encryption - then save.
You will still be able to unlock the encrypted disk image and get data you may need.
Document what you are adding back to the system if the cleanly reinstalled system is stable.
