Error with PeoplePicker Class

I am getting portal runtime error when i import the following class in my jsp file of JspDynPage.
<%@ page import=" com.sap.ip.collaboration.coreui.api.people.composite.PeoplePicker" %>.
When i remove this statemt from jsp, its working fine. Have added the corresponding jar file into the project using add external Jars.
And my portal.xml contains

Hi. I’m working on a composite with a Spring Context component that is referenced in a BPMN process and have run into some issues and I was hoping you may have some insight.

I've tried adding the jar to the classpath, installing the jar on the weblogic server, adding all the dependencies, and adding the jar to the project sourcepath. None of these worked either. Any Help would be appreciated.

Compiling error with a class that references another class

Hello,
I have two Java-Classes in two files in the same folder. Both are in the same package. The class StatusZwo should reference the function ValueX of the class Status.
The class Status has a function which returns the boolean value true. If compile the file Status.java there is no error, but if I
compile the file StatusZwo.java there comes the error message:

Error with inner Classes

I've a Swing app in wich I've the following code :

Type Mismatch Error with Window Class

i have been trying in vain to recreate various examples that
spawn popup windows. i have been certain to follow instructions
carefully in each example (from both livedocs and the forums and
other sites)...copying and pasting the code where applicable. yet,
nothing works. everytime i am greeted with a Type Mismatch error
when I compile. i have seen threads on discussion boards where a
solution was posted that apparantly worked for everyone else...but
not me. at this point, all i want to do is spawn a pop up window
that i can control the content, title, size and placement with AS.
i'm using flash 8 on windoze xp pro.

actually, that is one of the threads i was referring to when
i said that i found info from other locations that didnt work.
but wait...theres more...
after posting yesterday i discovered that the issue is
related to my desktop for some weird reason. the following code
works fine on my laptop but not on my desktop. both machines have
the same OS...the same version and copy of Flash (from the same
disc no less) and the same configuration. yet, the laptop produces
the desired result while the desktop gives me a type mismatch error
when i compile. i havent had time to look into it further...i
simply finished development on the laptop and copied the final SWFs
to the network. yet its still a bit troubling. here is the code...

Error while resolving class. Help needed

I've just installed J2SE JDK 5.0 under Ubuntu Linux 5.10. I used to have it installed under Ubuntu 5.04, and then I did not experience the problem I'm having now.
I had no problems during the install, and I can compile all .java files I've tried. I can also run a simple program like this:

I've been searching this forum and Google, and the string "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: while resolving class:" seems to be related to the class path. However that doesn't make sense to me in this case as I have no problem running the first example program. The .java and .class file is in the same directory (where it also was compiled), and typing "java -classpath . SimpleProgram" returns the same error.
I hope someone can help me. I'd appreciate it

I've solved it. I never found out what caused the error, but I installed Debian Sarge instead of Ubuntu 5.10 (not 'cause of this error though ...), and now everything works just fine =)

Second class objects are columns, indexes, constraints etc. Probably some of these contains reserved OWB keywords. You can check what went wrong by drilling down to these objects on the results screen.

Get error "TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined" and can't load web pages. Problem with Firefox 5?

I tried repeatedly to load Firefox 5. The Error "TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined" keeps coming up. The browser loads but any URL I enter doesn't load. Sites activated by buttons do load. Internet Explorer works.

07-05-11 When I turned on my laptop (Vista) this morning, I got a Start in Safe Mode and Repair message so I did. It suggested a System Restore, I hit OK. When it started like normal, I waited a few minutes then TRIED to launch Firefox 5.0 but kept getting a Mozilla Crash Report dialogue. So I instead opened Firefox 4.0b12 --error free-- so I could get here to get help. When I tried the Run... firefox.exe -profilemanager step, I get the subject error. When I try to open FF 5.0 in Safe Mode by holding down the shift key simultaneously, I get the subject error and no launch (though no Crash box either). I will try to let the FF 5.0 Updater run when it appears again but it never lets me choose when to Ask Again so I don't think it'll show again until tomorrow. Sigh. Oh, and like someone at a different version of this error blog re WinVista 32bit, now I'm getting the issue of Enter not executing the URL typed in the address bar; I had to click the arrow.
I hope the Update is to fix this problem.

Since the Flex Test Drive is sometimes out of sync with flash builder 4, I recreated a project using other help pages on Adobe site :

As suggested, I used the New Project wizard to create a new project, with :
Application server type : J2EE
Check the radio button "Use remote object access service : BlazeDS"

Suggestion to adobe staff : maybe it would be useful to update the Flex Test Drive to reflect Flash Builder 4 ?

I do not think I missed anything installing NW CE 7.1, but this error makes me think that some plug-in was erroneously left out of the install.
Incidentally, I can continue onward and build an app (this is obviously a tutorial), but when I try to deploy I get the following error:

Further developments: As you may note from the error message, DS is looking for com.sap.ide.metamodel.core.services.eclipse in both the C: and the E: drive at the same time. In fact, this file exists in the E: drive subdirectory listed, so I obviously have an error with two drive designations being concatenated. Does anyone know how I can change the lookup directory for this dependency (or any dependency)?

Report Generation Toolkit Excel errors and Libraries, Classes

Hello All,
I'm using the Report Generation toolkit Excel functions to handle some data and create graphs. I'm running into problems with the Add Worksheet.vi. At the very start of the vi, it closes the reference to Shapes. Occasionally, the Close Ref will throw an error. I haven't pinned down the exact cause yet (probably an invalid reference). The error itself wouldn't be a problem. Under other circumstances I would choose to ignore it and continue on. The problem is, this is stored in a Class Library controlled by NI.
Solutions I've tried without success:
1.) Make changes, and save the new vi with another name - can't do it because it's encapsulated and the Library is password protected.
2.) Install toolkit in something other than the default folder, so I can make changes and put it under Source Control - installer doesn't allow a new path to be entered.
3.) Change the vi where it is. This works until I move the source to another computer or I update Labview. At that point I lose all my changes.
Maybe it's just my inexperience with Classes, but I just don't see an elegant solution to this. Ultimately I'd like to copy the library off to somewhere else and put it under Source Control so I can make changes and additions to it (NI folks - providing a password to unlock the lib would be helpful...). Does anyone have suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

Sorry about the first post. After re-reading it, it sounds more like a frustrated rant than a request for help.
I've attached a simplified vi to try to illustrate the problem I'm having. I'm running Excel 2007. Please open the vi, then open Excel Add Worksheet.vi. At the start of the vi, Close Ref for Excel.Shapes occasionally throws an error. So far, I have not been able to consistently reproduce the error, so I can't really troubleshoot it. As I recall, the error code is 1045. The error is carried through the rest of the vi, causing invalid references to be written to Excel._Worksheet and Excel.Shapes, going out to NI_report.ctl.
So, here are the issues I'm running into (other than the error itself):
1.)Short of closing and reopening the file, there is no way to recover from the error. After the error, there is an invalid reference in Excel._Worksheet. There is no vi available to regenerate references in NI_report.ctl. I could easily write a vi to start from Excel._Application and re-read them, but because NI_report.ctl is in a Class library (controlled and passworded by NI), I can't add the vi to the library.
2.) I found that I could ignore the error by wiring around it. If I disconnect Error Out from Excel.Shapes Close Ref and wire Error In from Excel.Sheets.Count to the Error In of the Close Ref, everything works fine. Under other circumstances, I'd save this with a new vi name (because functionality changed) and continue on. But, because the vi is part of a Class library (controlled and passworded by NI), I can't do this. I can save the vi with the modifications (because Excel Add Worksheet.vi is not passworded), but if I pass the source off to someone else, they will have to make the same changes on their installation of the NI Report Generation Toolkit.
Again, I can't reproduce the error with any regularity. I've run the example vi I provided a few times and everything seems to work fine. If I come up with something, I'll repost. If you (or anyone) has an idea of what could be failing or if they've seen the problem, I'd appreciate a comment.
