Errors in Install log

Question

I get the following error in the install log everytime I run the Portal configuration assistant : Sequence created.
tablespace &&5
ERROR at line 20:
ORA-02216: tablespace name expected
Creating Document Repository Views
select * from wwdoc_document$
*ERROR at line 2:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
The following is the begining of my log file.
I am concerned why it is not able to create/find the wwv_document table ?

Please provide some feedback on why this might be occurring.
I have compared this log file with log files generated from other installations, and none refer to a parameter 5. (tablespace &&5)
This is the only one. I am totally confused. I have run the configuration assistant multiple times, any feedback would be appreciated.

Two things, can you confirm which version you are installing (it looks like 3.0.8) and second does the error show up in the install log? If so, can you cut and paste the 20 line before and after and post? It will help in tracking down the problem.
