Everytime I try to download itunes I get a message that says its not a valid Win32 application

Everytime I try to download iTunes on my computer it says it is not a valid Win32 application. Also, when i plug in my ipod, iPhone4S, or my iPhone5, they show up as cameras instead of phones and iPod. How can fix these issues?
