Exception occurred when tried to install Weblogic Adapter for SAP 7.0

Hi,
          I tried to install current available Weblogic Adapters for SAP 7.0 into weblogic platform 8.1 sp3, I got the following exceptions. Those exceptions can be reproduced when to deploy BEA_SAP_1_0_70.ear into a weblogic integration domain. Based on BEA Weblogic Adapter for SAP installation guide, there should be a new version of adapter for SAP, such as BEA_SAP_8_1.ear, but for some reason, I couldn't find it. The following are error messages, please help.

          You may have a lot of greif if this is the wrong version of adaptor for 8.1. I too was directed to this EAR file when looking for the 8.1 adaptor. The problem looks like it is in the weblogic-ra.xml file in BEA_SAP_1_0.rar. The some of the xml entries for <map-config-properties> loo incomplete:
          <map-config-property>
          <map-config-property-name>bselocation</map-config-property-name>
          </map-config-property>
          <map-config-property>
          <map-config-property-name>bseeis</map-config-property-name>
          </map-config-property>
          Are missing a value tags.
          You can try adding some dummy ones in order to get passed the SAX exception but you may run into more problems. (I was going to install this my self but never got round to it in the end).

I have been able to successfully connect to our BOE environment and to one of our universes. I keep getting the following error. When editing the query, as I expand and collapse various dimensions / measures, I will see data at one point and
then as I expand/collapse various combinations of data I get this error. I can't figure out the underlying issue that causes this error to appear and disappear. Help!

Fatal Exception occurred when trying to execute a JAR file

Hi,
I have compiled my project in a jar file with the purpose of having an 'almost' executable file that would run with a simple double click.
When running this file from the netbeans directory, it works fine, but if I move this jar file to, say, my desktop, then I get an error:
Fatal Exception occurred. Program will exit.
Is this normal?
basically, I would like to create a stand-alon file that I can send to other people who can run it on their machines
Am I doing the right thing, or missing something?
P.S I should add that my application needs to read contente from some txt files which are stored in my PC, but that is clearly speficied in the code

I found that if I copy the whole of the dist directory and subdirectories, it works fine. I guess that's what could not be found.
just for my learning, is that the correct solution: basically send over the whole dist+subdirectories and have the program run from there?

That is a very common problem,
- Just uninstall the whole software.
- Use a registry cleaner software and clean the reg
- Restart the pc
- Download fresh copu of itunes from the Apple site
- Install
And them you are done.

Exception occurs when using customize Rolemapper with RoleReader for WLS814

Hi All,
IHAC, who had a 3rd security product to store their users, gourps and roles. and ask us to build up a PoC to make sure WLP can use the external roles. And one of the features is that external roles could be showed under "Global Roles" in the WLS console.
After i made a research on SSPI, i found what i need is a RoleMapper provider with "RoleReader" implementation. So I added RoleReader implementation into the SimpleSampleRoleMapperProvider(http://dev2dev.bea.com/codelibrary/code/security_prov81.jsp), compiled and delployed it, everything is ok.
But when i clicked "Global Roles", it only shows the roles from DefaultRoleMapper, none from SimpleSampleRoleMapperProvider, and i got the following exception in the console window.
What did i miss in implementing this provider? Any comment are welcome come!
Or could anybody give a sample to show me how to develop a RoleMapper provider with RoleReader.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I think we are trying to solve the same problem:
-Get roles for a user from an external system.
-List all roles available in the global roles section of the console.
In my case, it appears that both of these components together enable using the portal administrator console to entitle portlet components to a role.
The only thing I've found so far regarding the RoleReader classes is regarding making my own AuthorizationProvider.

The message has nothing to do with permission. Privilege escalation feature is introduced in CS5.5. To install extensions which require admin permission, you have to use sudo command. Input the following in Terminal:
sudo "/Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS5/Adobe Extension Manager CS5.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Extension Manager CS5"
When being prompted, input admin password.

A cable modem always needs a complete reset whenever you change the device that it is connected to.
To get your Internet signal restored, it will require at least one major step including the reset of your modem and complete network power cycle.
If that is not successful, the second major step is to reset the AirPort Extrreme back to factory defaults and then combine the steps above again.
Try this first:
Push the reset button on the cable modem (if present) and pull the internal batter (if easily accessible) then power off the modem
Power off everything else on your network....all devices....order is not important
Wait at least 20 minutes...longer will not hurt
Make sure that the Ethernet cable from the modem is connected to the WAN port (circle of dots or world icon) on the AirPort Extreme
Re-install the modem battery if it was pulled in the step above
Power up the modem and let it run for 4-5 minutes by itself
Power up the AirPort Extreme and let it run for 4-5 minutes
Power up each other network device one at a time about a minute apart until everything is powered back up
Check the network for proper operation
