Extra £80 added onto the bill i am on paying

i received a bill in dec for £333 something pence, i had never reeived a bill this big before but was told it was because i was paying 3 month in advance,(some was partly my fault as i had call harges on £70) there was no way i could pay this bill as i only receive job seekers allowence of £50 per week and i had split up with my husband. my phone line and internet connection was disconnected as i did not pay my bill, however i rang up bt (in which ever country it is in NOT UK as per usual) i said i could pay a payment of £70 there and then aslong as my services would be switched back on. the women said i could pay that and a direct debit on £50 would be taking my from bank monthly to pay for the rest of the money i owed for that bill, and i was would reeive my next bill as usual,,,,WHAT A LOAD OF LIES,,,,bt tried to take a direct debit from bank account for £266 something pence.... i was told it would be £50 per month not the rest of my outstanding bill.... i rang bt and actually got through to someone english,  she told me that there was no way that they could take £50 a month from my account and thati had been misled into giving my bank accounts. i asked her to find out who i was talking to and all she said was that she would refer her for some form of guidence/training (unsure of exact words). i have been trying my very best to pay as much off my bill as i can up to now i only had £151 to pay and £50 of that would of been paid sat or monday and the rest at the end of next week( i wanted to get it paid off before my next bill so i could change my bills from 3 monthly to monthly). however i went back onto mybt today and not it sayd i owe £230.26..... how is this when my bill was 333 i have paid 180 off it... i might not have been that good at maths but leaves 153 to be paid NOT £230..... where has this extra £80 or so pound come from and why has it been added to this one i am currently paying and not my next bill......NEED HELP FROM AN ENGLISH BT EMPLOYEE. as last time i spoke on phone i got lied to and fobbed off just to get my bank details and i owe my bank bank charges due to this...fairenough i should of paid my bill on time but i was really struggling after splitting from my husband and having to claim JSA but i have been trying my hardest to pay what i owe, but if other charges keep gettin putting on ill never be ale to pay, feel like just giving up and paying no more

Hi staciiee, I would normally suggest using live chat to try and sort something out, but in this instance I think you might be better contacting the mods.
If you fill in this form: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 with a link back to your post for ref, the mods will get back to you. It can take up to 3 days ( sometimes longer in busy periods), and they will contact you direct via phone or email.

    Can anyone advise me how to get this problem sorted as I am fed up with being illegally overcharged and am no moving away from BT NEVER TO RETURN....
    I had my last bill and was shocked as it was £111. All my calls and broadband are through SKY, so all I should have is a quarters line rental plus the VAT..... around £12 a month so the idiot on sales told me. SO why £111.... some idiot had added call packages and god knows what else to my account without my authorisation. "Is this not ILLEGAL"?.
    Of course I quiried it and was told it would be removed NEXT BILL so just pay it and BT would credit me next bill. SORRY DOES MY NAME HAVE THE WORD BANK IN IT?... Of course I refused and after what seemed hours of arguments this idiot in god knows what bleedin country agreed to get the bill sorted and post me a new copy. I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO ARRIVE. After being overcharged the bill prior and paying it and hoping it to be credited back then I REFUSE TO KEEP POURING MONEY INTO YOUR BANK BT.......
    Now I have chased this almost everyday and keep being told to pay the £111...NO..!!! Send me a bill that is correct and I will of course pay it, but I wont pay double in the hope you give it me back next month.... NO..!!!
    Now I have a disabled daughter and her medical equipment is connected to the phone incase we need he specialists to have immediate access to her monitors.... and you know this BT, it is an absolute must for her health... And you have disconnected us.... well put it this way sort the bill and I will pay it.... overcharge me and I will see a solicitor......     Yes I finally got it sorted. I spent well over 2 hours in a payphone talking to a lady in the Indian Call Centre. She went right back to the start of the account and we went through everything. By the end of the phone call it was agreed I actually owed £9.52. I went straight to our local Post Office and paid £10.
    I have now left BT and am with another supplier, but last week got my final bill. Now get ready for this the bill was for £7.50, but as I had already got 48p in credit it was now £7.02. The £7.50 charge is for late payment on the well over inflated bill...!!!!
    I have rung the call centre again and told them that they can swing for that.... over charge then as I refused to pay add a late payment fee.......
    All I can say is BT used to be one of the best telephony suppliers in the country but as the Uk Government paid for most of the original systems when they were the GPO and once all that was paid for became a private company not a bad deal... BUT THANK GOD I AM NOW NO LONGER A BT CUSTOMER, and never will be again. I would rather use a mobile than have this sort of service....

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

    Go to the main Library folder and look for a folder called Application Support / Microsoft.
    There are a few folders in there, and you may have to do some digging. In one of them (mine is called MAU2.0), there should be a file called Microsoft Autoupdate. Open it.
    It looks like this:
    check the button for manual updates.
    That should let you open the apps without triggering an automatic update.

  • Premiere Elements 12 - The project stopped accepting new mp4 and jpeg clips onto the timeline.  There are several there but when adding new ones they appear to place properly then immediately disappear.  Any fix?

    That is an unusual situation that you are presenting.
    Have you updated from 12 to 12.1 via the project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so.
    Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 8.1 presumed 64 bit?
    The usual drill
    a. What is your project preset? What are the properties of your sources media? What is the brand/model/settings of the camera recording your mp4 and jpeg.
    What are the pixel dimensions of these jpeg images and how many of them are there in the project (especially when the problems set in).
    b. What is the size/duration of your Timeline content when the program no longer accepts new files?
    c. Describe status of your computer resources. Also, where are the Scratch Disks directed and how much free hard drive space is at that location(s)?
    Troubleshooting for Unexpected/Unexplained project problems...Deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 12.0 Folder in which it exists.

    and in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
    Let us start from the above and then decide what next.

    I have created an RFC to File Adapter scenario in PI 7,1 and I am using Content Conversion in the File Adapter to convert the payload structure to flat text file. The input Structure is simple as follows:

    <Record>

          <Line>Text Lines</Line>
    </Date>
    </Record>
    </File>
    while using the following Content Conversion Parameters: While I have defined "Record" as Structure.
    Record.addHeaderLine   = 0
    Record.fieldSeparator      = 'nl'
    Record.endSeparator      = 'nl'
    Here everything is working fine except that the text file getting generated has a blank line at the beginning. I was thinking that by adding "Record.addHeaderLine   = 0" parameter, no header line will be added to the file but this seems to be not working. I tried to include the top element "File" with the same parameters and different combinations but was not able to achieve the result and it stopped the file creation altogether.
    So, I'll appreciate if anyone can suggest something to get rid of the this blank line at the beginning of the file.

    Extra blank line is actually provided for the FNAME node, but not displayed because of it has different structure with Record node.
    Change the structure for FNAME to :
    <FName>
    <Data>
    <Line>some file name</Line>
    </Data
    </Fname>
    this way "some file name" will be dispalyed in the text file at the first line of file. To remove it use this trick, define the following values in Content Conversion Parameters:
    in the Recordset Structure : FName,Record
    FName.fieldFixedLengths     = 0
    FName.fixedLengthTooShortHandling =     Cut
    FNamee.fieldSeparator = '0'
    FName.endSeparator =     '0'
    Record.fieldSeparator = 'nl'
    Record.endSeparator = 'nl'

    Thank you for your inquiry JessicaMakowski. Adding to what was stated, if your spouse has access to the internet overseas, he can go onto My Verizon, log in and add you on as Account Manager. Afterward he can give you the billing account password he created. That way when contacting customer service for account assistance, you can provide that same password to verify the account information as needed for authorized access.     For the creation of a new Condition table, I require the field, KNVV-KVGR5 i.e Customer group 5 field present in Sales area data ->Extras -> Additional data in Customer master to be added to the Catalog of allowed fields since this field does not exist anywhere.
    I have already gone thru the threads available on adding New field for Pricing which has an example/detailed explanation with the Item category (PSTYVV) field.
    But the field I want i.e KNVV-KVGR5, is a part of Master data, so please guide me with the steps to follow to add this field in the field catalog and hence use it for creation of a new condition table.
    1) Should i add this field in KOMP (i.e item) or KOMK ( i.e Header) or KOMG?
    2) Should i include it in KOMKAZ or KOMPAZ?
    3) Should i create this field as data element or structure and what should be the domain used?
    4) For the value flow, should i use the Item -level user-exits or Header level mentioned in other threads?
    Please guide for the same urgently.

    I was finally able to create a new field for Cust.grp.5 i.e ZZKVGR5 and added to Catalog to be used for Pricing.
    Then i faced a peculiar issue as below:
    For the business requirement, we defined a new tax condition table for determination of tax rates. For this, we are using both standard and custom fields to derive the correct tax rates in sales/billing documents like below
    A859: Country/Distr. Chl/Cust.grp.5/Material (Here Customer.grp 5 was added following the SAP Note: 531835)
    The field was inserted in the communication structure KOMKAZ which is included in both KOMK and KOMP.
    During the document processing, the pricing analysis view shows no value in the customer grp 5 field, though it is maintained for the customer used in the sales order. The code has been written in MV45 and RV60 both as guided in SAP Note: 531835. But the values are not flowing.
    Solved the above problem as below:
    M posting the answer to help the community for similar issue.
    Also, the new field tat i had added was Customer Grp 5 field of Customer master ->Extras->Additional field and I wanted the value to flow in the ZZKVGR5 field before the Pricing for the sales order was called.
    After trying all, we have finally fetched the value from KNVV-KVGR5 and got it moved to ZZKVGR5 field through ABAP coding.
    After this when i select/click on Pricing for a particular item, it gets picked up correctly and properly.

  • Some Apple Loops refuse to index when dropped onto the Loop Browser

    I'm hoping somebody has a fix for this odd problem. Some of the Apple Loops which came with version 1.0.1 refuse to index via the loop browser.
    First off, I had to re-install GarageBand 1.0.1 after an invalid library error message appeared after upgrading to Tiger. The re-install wasn't completed totally and it did the same thing on 2 attempts. The next error message was: Apple Loops are missing, or something to that effect. I had to install the Apple Loops found in HD->Library->Application Support->GarageBand by dropping them onto the GarageBand Loop Browser at the bottom of its window. It indexed them, they appeared, and I was happy.
    Today, for some reason, I looked through the loops folder mentioned above and noticed about one third of the loops do not appear in the Loop Browser, naturally some really neat stuff is missing! So I decided to drag & drop these Apple loop files onto the browser individually. It says it's indexing them, althought the guitar icon in the dock jumps while doing so, but they never appear and don't show-up in the search box either. They can however be dropped onto the Timeline from the Finder and will play as a music file. The problem is that I cannot listen to them from the loop browser for easy selecting when arranging.
    Is there any way to get these stubborn Apple files to appear & play in the Loop Browser? I was hoping they could be added via the Timeline to the Loop Browser, but have had no success. Also, I tried the Apple Loops Utility thinking maybe the appropriate tags were missing, but can't figure out what is missing, if anything.

    The Loop Browser filters what it displays by only showing loops in the same Time Signature as the song you've created, and within 2 semitones of the Key your song is in.
    You can change the latter by tuning off Keyword Browsing in GB's preferences.
