Extra hours being populated in report

Hi All,
I am working on BEx 3.5.
In one of my queries I am facing a problem.
I have hours, amount and no of employees in column
Hour1 Hour2 Amount No of Employees
20      20      180        1
20      20       0           1
20      20       20         1
I am displaying a hierarchy built on employee
I have given a condition in my query
Amount > 0
when the report is executed the report output comes as:
Hour1 Hour2 Amount No of Employees
60      60      200        2
I want to eliminate the addition of hours.
It should be,
Hour1 Hour2 Amount No of Employees
40      40      200        2
Please help me in finding a solution.

PQH TABLES NOT BEING POPULATED BY EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE

For reporting purposes I need to create different reports listing all the transactions that are coming from Employee Self S
ervice. As workforce tables are purged (i.g. wf_items) I need to create it using
the pqh tables (i.g. pqh_ss_transaction_history) but unfortunately they are not
being populated. Is there any audit configuration in order to save ESS transact
ions in the PQH schema? Or are there any other tables where these transactions a
re always saved?

I think the PQH History tables are only populated when there have been approvals.
To report on the SSHR transactions, you ay need to increase the time limit before they are purged and extract them to another table(s) fro reporting.

Data is not being populated in screen field PSPNR after F4 search help.

I have added one field GW_SELECT-PSPNR in existing screen 100, and there are many fields already existing.
and there are POV for 4 fielda and i added POV for field GW_SELECT-PSPNR.

How to suppress extra form feed for character report printing using ORARRP?

Dear All,
We are using Oracle Application Server 10g (10.1.2.0.2) on Windows 2003 Server and most of our client PC's are Windows XP Professional machines. We are migrating our existing oracle application from 2-tier architecture to 3-tier architecture (6i to 10g). We have installed ORARRP utility for remote direct printing and to a limited extent we are successfull in getting the things work out for our system users, However, we are facing a problem using the ORARRP utility for which we are not able to find a solution till date.
We have configured ORARRP utility on every user's PC and the printing of bitmap reports is working well. However, while printing CHARACTER reports using ORARRP utility, after the report gets printed, an EXTRA FORM FEED is issued by ORARRP to the printer and because of this the printer stationary skips one extra page and advances to the next page. Please note that this EXTRA FORM FEED happens only while printing a CHARACTER REPORT.
Has anyone come across such a problem using ORARRP ? How can we avoid this extra FORM FEED from CHARACTER REPORT printing using ORARRP ? Is there any other tool which supports remote direct printing just like ORARRP?
I shall be highly obliged if anyone could reply to my queries ASAP.

Viewing extra hours in day/week view

Hi all,
When I view calendars in day or week view, it shows me the whole day, from midnight to midnight. Which is sort of a pain because I don't generally schedule anything for myself at 1 o'clock in the morning so I have to scroll down to where my day actually begins.
I remember I used to be able to change this in the preferences where you set the "Day Starts At" and "Day Ends At." So I changed that to 8 am and pm respectively. But all iCal did was grey out the time before 8. It didn't make those hours go away.
Is it just me? Is the app buggy or is this the way it's supposed to be? Any thoughts?

I don't have a solution to your exact problem, but one option (if you haven't adjusted this already), would be to go into iCal preferences and choose a different setting under:
Show __ hours at a time.
I have mine set at 8, and although I do see some extra hours in the day, I primarily only see my working day. You can reduce this down as low as 6 hours.

Data object is not being populated in BAM

We are putting the data in JMS Queue. We have created an EMS in BAM. It is picking the data from JMS Queue, but the data object is not being populated. The request we are using here is given below:

Some client data not being populated after upgrading to NCS 1.1.0.58

After upgrading to Cisco Prime NCS 1.1.0.58 some of the client data is not being populated or gathered. The graphs labeled "Client Count By Association/Authentication" and "Client Count By Wireless/Wired" are no longer being updated? Not sure what was changed during the upgrade or where to look to get it to start collecting the data again?

Can anybody see why the start value is returning an extra hour - the start value shoul d be 0.00.00 but instead it is 1.00.00

Table DFKKQSR not being populated for 1099 withholding tax reporting

we had to run a catch up program to populate this table in order to run program rfidyywt to generate 1099 forms. am wondering what config might be missing that would allow this table to be populated automatically as relevant transactions occur? ie: payments to business partners that are 1099able...

I wouldn't mind it being closed if it weren't related to FICA public sector, but the table DFKKQSR is not an FI table, its a table in contract accounting... FI folks won't know the answer to this... I don't believe. its something someone working on FICA would have encountered..

/dev directory not being populated by udev

Currently run Slackware current, Gentoo Jackass 2006.2 and Arch.
All are on Reiser4 partitions with 2.6.17.13 R4-patched vanilla kernels. I do not use initrd or initcpio to assist in the boot process.
In Slackware and Gentoo the /dev folder is populated at startup with my devices, size being reported varies from 2640 (gentoo) to 3280 (slackware).
In Arch reported size is zero. Udev daemon is starting fine. No problems with any device I can see or system operation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled udev 100-1, without any change.
Just curious whether this behavior is normal?!
Any suggestions or comments?

For instance, in /dev/udev/db, it's reported size in Slackware is 2240. It contains various block@hda@hda1,2,3,entries with sizes ranging from 200-450.
/dev/vc size is 1320. It contains entries that look like nodes with the sizes such as 4, 0 ; 4, 2, etc.. such as those made by mknod
As I posted earlier, no problems, just haven't seen that with the Slackware or Gentoo. All three use the newer udev 96 or > with the newest style daemon, so I would think all would populate the /dev folder similarly.

I have extended Opportunity BO with a field type LANGUAGEINDEPENDENT_EXTENDED_Text", then I have enhanced my datasource and report.
for this field I have entered value almost 100 characters but in report only 60 character is being shown.
Could anyone help me how to bring whole value in report as it is in database.

As per your requirement in reports only display 60 characters.
We have similar requirement to display more than 1000 character in report but this is not possible in report

I got an Issue on CRM Report. Report is populating wrong values.
In the report, We have structure called Opportunity (in that structure fields are New opportunity, Close opportunity, Win opportunity and Open opportunity) in query and One key figure called Revenue.
On revenue we have one condition with variables. But, in that condition everything is fine.
The Condition Screen is like this:
Radio Button: Single characteristic is selected
"Opportunity Sales ID" selected in Characteristics.
Keyfigures:
Revenue                      New Opp                      TOP N             TOP X OPP
Revenue                      Open Opp                     TOP N             TOP X OPP
Revenue                      WINS                           TOP N             TOP X OPP
Revenue                      Lost                             TOP N              TOP X OPP
everything is right in this: If we select top 10 opportunities. we are getting wrong values
for ex: if we select top 10 Opportunities (in the selection screen) means REVENUES.
We are getting 12 values. 10 values are correct remaining 2 values are wrong..
There is no Update routine for revenue keyfield.
Can please suggest me on this What are possibilities for wrong values ...

Print at Bottom of Page option causing extra page at end of report

I'm using the option 'Print at Bottom of Page" in Section Expert for some invoices I'm creating. For some reason it's causing me to have an extra page at the end of the report. If I unselect this option, the extra page goes away. I need to be able to have this group footer print at the bottom at the page but not have the extra at the end of the report. This is the first time I've used this option so maybe I've missed something. All other sections after the group footer I want printed are suppressed. Any ideas?

I guess I didn't have the report footer suppress, I just had it minimized in size. I suppressed it and it seems to be fine.

How to get hour wise data in report?

I am sure you must be getting the values in tables of table parameters from every FM.
consolidate the values from tables of all FMs in one table and built ALV for that table only.
I hope this way you can show the actual data in ALV.
