F4 help in the PO date and PO Item for the corresponding PO Number
I have a selection screen 1. PO Number(p_ebeln)(parameter) 2. PO Date(s_budat)(Select-options) 3.PO Item(s_ebelp)(Select-options).What I want is when I am providing a PO(eg.6000001) and then click on the F4 for PO date it will show me ONLY the BUDAT for the corresponding PO I have provided in the PO parameter(eg.6000001) and when I press F4 in the PO Item it will show me those PO ITEM which ONLY exist for the corresponding PO I have provided in the PO parameter(eg.6000001).
Hi,
If my understand your question correctly, You want to use the PO entered by user to select the date and item numbers in subsequent select-options.
Here is what you can do to achieve this:
1. You have to make use of AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE REQUEST for date and item numbers.
2. Read the PO number provided by user by using FM DYNP_VALUES_READ
3. From the PO number select date and item numbers from EKKO&EKPO.
4.Use the FM F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST to set the values coming when user press F4
You can refer following article also for code samples:

let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Ramesh

How to clear the open items and parked items for customer
Hi Experts,
I need to clear the open items and parked items for customer.
So any one could let me know the transaction code and procedure for clearing the items for customer.
Best regards,
Kesava balaji.Hello,
Parked items will have NO RELEVANCE, unless you post it.
You CANNOT clear parked items.
You can clear the posted items using F.13 or F-32

Hi All,
What are the steps needed to write a REPORT to find out
open and close items for a given vendor.
Which are the fields i'll have to take and what are the comparisons i'll have to make.
I know,
BSIK is for open Vendor &
BSAK for closed Vendors..
what are the conditions i'll have to check.
Thanks in Advance..
Pradeep AlexHi Pradeep,
This report I developed is definitely useful to you.

Help converting between Java Dates and SQL Dates
Hey all,
I'm working on a JSP to allow a user to enter information about news articles into a mySQL database. I'm using text fields for most of the data, and most of it is transferred correctly when the user hits "Submit." However, I am having a problem with the date field of the mySQL database. Basically I'm trying to retrieve the current date from the JSP page, and then insert this into the date field of the appropriate table when the user hits submit. The problem is that I can't typecast a java.util.Date or even a java.util.Calendar to a java.sql.Date object. I've tried lots of approaches, including creating a new instance of java.util.Calendar, getting all its fields and concatenating them onto the date variable, but this doesn't work.
Anyone know how I could easily convert between java.util.Date or java.util.Calendar and java.sql.Date?
Thanks!Thanks for the help!
I can correctly display the current date on the page in java.sql.Date format now, but it's still not being inserted into the database correctly. The specific code is as follows:
java.util.Date dt = new java.util.Date();
java.sql.Date sqlDate = new java.sql.Date(dt.getTime());
(As you wrote)
Then (after connecting to the database etc.):
PreparedStatement pstmt = con.prepareStatement("INSERT INTO NEWS(NEWSDATE,DAYOFWEEK,AUTHOR,HEADLINE,CLIP,PUBLICATION,LINK,NEWSLOCATION,DATECREATED,DATEMODIFIED,CATEGORY,KEYWORDS,PHOTOURL,PHOTOGRAPHER,AUDIOURL) VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)");
pstmt.clearParameters();
pstmt.setString(1,date);
pstmt.setString(2,dayofweek);
pstmt.setString(3,author);
pstmt.setString(4,headline);
pstmt.setString(5,clip);
pstmt.setString(6,publication);
pstmt.setString(7,link);
pstmt.setString(8,newslocation);
pstmt.setDate(9,sqlDate);
pstmt.setString(10,datemodified);
pstmt.setString(11,category);
pstmt.setString(12,keywords);
pstmt.setString(13,photoURL);
pstmt.setString(14,photographer);
pstmt.setString(15,audioURL);
int i = pstmt.executeUpdate();
pstmt.close();
All the other fields are retrieved with request.getParameter from text fields. Any idea why the DATECREATED field is being updated to all 0's but the others work fine?
Thanks again. -
Date and Time stamp for the archives
Hi,
I'm trying to set up a date/time stamp field for a Documaker archive.
I've added a TIME_STAMP field in my APPIDX.DFD and I populate the field using a DAL script, invoked by a PreTransDAL line in my AFGJOB file. That works fine but, the DAL script being invoked for every transaction, it adds to the processing time.
I do not need an exact date/time stamp for each transaction in the batch, I could use the same one for all the transactions. That would require the TIME_STAMP global variable to be populated once, at the job level, at the beginning of each batch.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.Hi Gaetan,
Try using a BatchBannerBeginScript to populate a GVM with the date/time, and then reference this GVM in your APPIDX.DFD. In this manner the value will be updated at the start of processing for each batch rather than each transaction. Or, consider the possibility of adding the transaction date/time into the extract data and then sourcing from that point. Either should work. In my experience most customers prefer that the archive date/time come from the system of record rather than the time the transaction was archived -- unless of course the customer actually wants to record the time the transaction was archived, in which case the method I've described above should work.
Enjoy!

Help please on inserting date and time on iWeb
I am using iWeb '09 (which I love) to manage the website for our HomeOwners Assocation.
http://www.seabridgehh.com/seabridgehh.com/Home.html
I have downloaded a script to insert the current date and time - which works, but............
has anyone got a clue on how to re-format the font and colour please?Julian:
This demo page has examples of date and time added to a page. The text versions are not self updating. The embedded flash version is. There may be a way to have the text version update every second or minute depending on what you have displayed but I've not found it in my searches to date:

Hi, i just want to know if theres any way to just stop the erase all data and settings for my iphone 3gs it has been 4 hours and it still havent finished yet, still showing the black screen with an apple icon. Im getting so frustrated, is there any way to just stop the process and roll back the changes made? Would it do any harm if i press on my home key and power button the same time? Thanks!
Something has gone wrong, on an iPhone 3Gs the erase all operation should be instantaneous. Disconnect your phone & force it into recovery mode:
Turn your phone off. Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. In your case, select "new". -
My laptop macbook pro fell with me out of a truck and buckled last June 2012. It still worked although bent and open. A month ago it got wet and stop working and I dried it near a heater and it worked. The battery is dead. Then it froze on the screen the mouse can not grab the attention of the screen when it clicks. The track pad no longer responds and has buckled more. Then after three weeks of not touching it I plugged it in reset the date and connected and it worked. I began to back up my material and then it froze again.
Though the MBP may be disfigured, there is a real possibility that the HDD is still functional. Take it out of the MBP and place it in an enclosure and connect it to another Mac. You may be able to recover all of your data.

BEX Issue:Intgration of master data and Open Items cube data
Hello Gurus,
I need some help in BEX queries.
I have master data Contract Objects which has master information like Max Number of payment and monthly installments.
In the open items cube I had open items balance for multiple line items. So I need a report which show Portfolio under which we can have multiple contract object. So Portfolio P1 -> contract objects C1, C2, C3 The report is as follows
Portfolios Total Amount Open Items
P1 Sum of total Sum of open
amount each items in cube
contract object
under P1 C1 + C2 + C3
1) Total Amount = Max Number of payment * Monthly installmens(Sum for each contract object in Portfolio)
2) Open Items = Sum of all balances under open items cube.
Now problem is if I join the two using multiprovide the Total amount gets SUMMED multiple times for each line items in open item for contract. I just wanted it summed for once for each contract object .
How do I ensure that TOTAL AMOUNT IS calculated just once for each contract object ? Is there means to solve the problem.
Regards,
Check.Hi Ryan,
Please go through this post to see the consequences of transaction load before master data load:
Master data not yet transferred to BW but transaction data has

Does photoshop have a simple date and time stamp for photos taken?
I am an enforcement office and require date and time to be printed on my photos. Does this app give me that feature?
HI Lbheobrown,
I think this might be too specialized a feature to be something that every Photoshop Touch user would need/want. I went to the app store and just did a search for "timestamp" (no qoutes with the actual search). I did find some apps that read the metadata and can add timestamp info to photos. You might be able to timestamp your photos first with some other app then import the images into PS Touch.
Some of the apps I saw were
- StampPhoto - added timestamp and geotagging location info (included a little map of the location on the photo itself)
- phoTime - has a camera button in the app that adds the timestamp at the bottom as photos are taken
- Timestamp It! - New and existing photo support, change text color, custom date and time entry support
You might investigate these further, all were in the $1 app price range
Hope that helps,
-Dave
