Failure to maintain connection

whenever I try to reply to a discussion or thread nothing happens, last post was 10 hours ago. I see no "locked". nope cant post in. well here is my new discussion thread. My access manager constantly disconnects while it says it is connected. sometimes it says dormant. diagnostics and trouble shooting do NOTHING.  The pings are timing out. My statistics are no longer recorded. Working to do anything on line is a crap shoot at best and sucks up immense amount of time.  and get this

I see some of the support replies say we surly hate that you are having trouble but no one else is.  maybe it is because all the threads about it are ""locked"" or removed. look around somewhere besides this edited controlled big brother forum! This problem has been going on with vzw for years.  I have windows 7. I pay for 10 GB plan for this modem, just in case I could stay connected long enough to use 4.  I suppose I will see some sort of retribution for this post with yet another outrageous billing issue. Anyone have a work around that really works?

Sometimes this site is down for maintenance, but usually when that happens no one can access it.
When I look at your community profile, it appears you only signed up for the community six hours ago which was about two hours before you posted your message.
I'm not sure what connection issues you were having, but it does appear during that ten hours time span you were having trouble there were posts created and replied to on the Verizon Wireless Community forum.

  • Dúvida -  NF-e: Maintain Connected Authority Systems - layout 3.10

    Boa noite!
    SELECT * FROM /xnfe/govpar INTO TABLE lt_govpar
                                  WHERE doctype = iv_doctype.
    *--- 2. Version determination
      IF lt_govpar IS NOT INITIAL.
        SELECT * FROM /xnfe/xmlversdet INTO TABLE lt_xmlversdet
                           FOR ALL ENTRIES IN lt_govpar
                                 WHERE doctype  = iv_doctype
                                   AND logsys   = lt_govpar-logsys

                                    OR   cnpj     = ' ' )
                                   AND messtype = iv_messtype.
*--- 3. Service status check parameter
        SELECT * FROM /xnfe/tcuf INTO TABLE lt_tcuf.
        LOOP AT lt_govpar ASSIGNING <ls_govpar>.

                                      ASSIGNING <ls_tcuf>.

            ENDIF.
          ENDIF.
          CLEAR: ls_stacheck.
        ENDLOOP.
      ENDIF.

    Grato.,

  • I'm trying to connect through the FTP client Filezilla. When I try to login with the wizard, it gives me a "503 Failure of Data Connection" reply; when I attempt to login myself, it gives me a "530 Login Authentication Failed." HELP!!!

My current softward is: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)
When I attempt to use the Filezilla connection wizard I get the following message:

When I attempt to login Host/Username/Password myself I get the following message:

    Response:          530 Login authentication failed

Error:          Could not connect to server
Now before anyone points out the obvious: my username and password are correct. I've already gone through changing them so I know they are.
Additionally, I've pretty much tried EVERYTHING I've read online, from messing with "terminal" (and subsequently the FTP and STFP options) to changing the sharing options and turning on file sharing/remote management as well as just turning off my Firewall completely.
Now I've used Filezilla before when I first published my site and everything worked fine. My site is published through Wordpress so most of my editing was done through simply logging into my "wp-login." I recently changed the theme and in order to change the header image in that theme I have to do it through my "wp-content" folder, which means I need to use Filezilla. I feel like a complete moron right now considering I've had my site for about a year and can't even doing something this simple.
I've read that the newer version of Lion/Mountain Lion don't support automatice FTP anymore, which (as I mentioned prior) I attempted to fix through Terminal. However, nothing I do seem to do works.
Can someone walk me through fixing this? And I do mean 'walk me through'. I'm not a tech-savvy nerd who knows all the lingo, I just know the basics so sorry if my ignorance offends you.
    HELP!!

First be sure login and password are OK. Sometimes the address starts wit "http://..." and sometime starts with "ftp://...". Try both normal FTP access and Scure FTP access (SFTP). At the end, contact the site's provider.

  • Maintaining connections to/ from XI system.

    Hi,
plz tell me,how to Maintaining connections to/ from XI system.
    with warm regards.
    vikash

    Connection from R/3 to XI
You have to two create RFC destination (TCP/IP) LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI for the SLD connection.
    Program ID will be
LCRSAPRFC_<PID>or<XID> depends on your XI Box for RFC destination LCRSAPRFC
and same for the next connection (SAPSLDAPI_<PID> or <XID>
Note: make sure you give the gateway host and gateway service of the XI sytem but not the R/3 sytem. The details you can find with TX-SMGW on the xi system.
Before testing these connections login to the VA tool on the XI system and create these destination under JCO RFC Provider and under repository make sure that you give the host name of the R/3 system as you have created the RFC connection on the R/3 server.
once these connections are successful, go with the TX-SLDAPICUST on the R/3 system and there the R/3 system should point to the XI SLD.
Go to RZ70 and run the data suppliers and register the R/3 system in the SLD
USE TCode SLDAPICUST and maintain the necessary information like Host, Port.
for RFC LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI...you hve to create this as TCPIP with PID...to find the appropriate PID for these...try to find out from the basis what they have maintained in the visual admin
login to Visual admin...click on servers....JCO connections there what is the name of the LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI use the same name...if you are not sure of this ask the basis to give exact name
once you do this run the TCODE SLDCHECK it shouls login to SLD...check SPROXY then
If you are doing the IDOC communication from R/3 to XI means

    1. Reset iPad
    2. Try another wall socket
    3. Try another cable (make sure it's an original Apple cable)
    4. Try another charger (make sure it's an original Apple charger)
    5. Clean Lightning port with compress air or new paint brush

  • HT4972 my (4s) just updated and now it connect maintain connection to my wifi, and all apps that I downloaded are not on my screen. If i search them in the App Store I can open them, but not keep them on my screen.

i just updated my iPhone to the new operating system.  It will not maintain connection to MY wifi.  In addition, the applications that I had installed are no longer on the screens. I can only access them via the app store... and there I can "open" them,

Tried that as well. The problem isn't that the apps aren't downloading, it's that the app icon is stuck on Waiting. I can actually open and use the apps from the App Store, but not from the home screen.
I'm adding photos to try help explain, though I'm not they'll show up well on since I'm on mobile.
THats the the home screen with useless icons
BUt if I search the App Store for one (like Buzzfeed)
IT it shows it being installed, and I can even open the app an use it. I would try to reinstall but I cant remove the apps.

  • Iphone 5 wifi does not maintain connection or automatically connect

I phone 5 does not always maintain connection and does not automatically connect. I have selected the wifi system and entered password for such but each time I have to reenter password.

"Ask to join networks" is off. I also tried turning off the phone and restarting it. My wife's iPhone 5 is doing the same thing. Could it have something to do with my router?

  • Not enough bandwidth to maintain connection

Okay here is my problem- I'm a college student living in an off campus type of dorm sharing an internet connection with many other people. My sister and I have tried to have video chat's using ichat. We both have macbooks however it seems like each time we try it says there is not enough bandwidth to maintain the connection. This applies to audio chats too. We also have our setting to bandwidth limit as being none. The next thing I am curious about is that on ichat certain people have three layers representing their video and audio chat capabilities. I know I should have three layers since I have all those capabilities but I don't. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Because the total bandwidth is being shared among lots of people, your connection speed is likely to suffer, especially at peak periods. Have you tried at different times of the day to see if there's any improvement?
You could check the QuickTime streaming speed:
    System preferences>QuickTime>Streaming
If it's set to Automatic, change it to 1.5 Mbps.
Also, set the iChat bandwidth limit to 'none' (iChat> Preferences> video).
If that fails, try the video version of Skype instead:
    http://www.skype.com/download/skype/macosx/videopreview.html
Let us know if this doesn't get you chatting and we'll try some more things.

  • WMP300N's not maintaining connection to WRT300N

I have two WMP300N's connecting to a WRT300N via wireless, and several computers that connect via CAT-5.  The WRT300N has DHCP enabled.
The computers connected via wire get an IP address just fine and everything in that regard is working fine.
The two computers connecting wirelessly are both a very short distance from the WRT. Both report "Excellent" signal strength (84% or better). And both of them CONSTANTLY lose their connection to the WRT about ever 2-3 minutes, then go through a period of reconnecting and getting reassigned an IP address.  In the meantime, of course, any tcp connection I have established with a remote site stalls until the wireless computers can get their IP address back.
I have the latest firmware on the WRT, and the latest drivers on the WMPs.
Why are these wireless connections to flaky and, more importantly, what do I need to do to get a stable wireless connection established and maintained?
Is the "N" protocol still a garbage spec? Do I need to force it to drop back to an 11g connection to get something reasonably stable?

    Hi
As you are facing frequent connection dropping issues, first of all make sure you hardwire one of your computers directly with your router, then launch Internet explorer and clear address bar and type in 192.168.1.1 and password as admin and then click ok.
Click on wireless tab and then change Radio band to Wide – 40MHz channel, Wide channel to 9 and standard channel to 7 or 11. Now check the connection. If you get good connection without dropping then no issues, but if not then again enter the router setup page and click on wireless tab and then click on sub tab Advanced wireless settings, reduce Beacon interval to 75, RTS Threshold to 2307 and Fragmentation Threshold to 2306 and save settings and now check the connection.

  • Trouble maintaining connection since...

I recently updated to 10.4.11 and since then I have had a great deal of trouble maintaining my dial up connection at original modem setting (v92). I have it on v34 currently but it is a slower connection. Using original it dials in, says connecting repeatedly but never does, or does but disconnects soon. Sometimes says no carrier detected, hung up unexpectedly or something else. My laptop on same service is fine. Any ideas?

A warm welcome to the forums!
I wouldn't expect the upgrade to cause, (nor have I heard/read about), any problems with Dial-up.
That being said, the problem probably lies in a partial update or Permissions issue.

  • PG JTAPI and CM failure, how to connect with others?

    Hi All;
The main site has UCCE side A (RGR-a,PG-a, HDS&ICM&Webview-a), CVP servers and VXML Servers, Gatekeeper, two Voice Gateways and Cluster of CUCM (publisher and 3 subscribers).
Disaster Recovery site has UCCE side B (RGR-a, PG-a, HDS&ICM&Webview-a), CVP Servers and VXML Servers, Gatekeeper, two Voice Gateways and 3 CUCM all subscribers while the publisher in the main site, so the CUCM are clustered with main site.
If the CUCM in the main site had a failure (the publisher and the 3 subscribers), what are the needed configuration need to be done in the main site at the UCCE side A to let it able to communicate with the CUCM subscribers in the Disaster Recovery? Is this failover possible to be autmatic or I have to do it manual?
Your kindly advise is highly appreciated.
    Regards
    Bilal

    Hi Bilal,
one PG can connect to only one CUCM CTI Manager. The redundancy is within the PG A and PG B.
So, if the CTI Manager that the PG A connects fails, PG B JGW process will be become active and will communicate with CTI Manager that PG B connects.
Now, that the connectivity of PG to CTI Manager. But the CTI RP's may register to different Subscriber depending on how the callmanager group is defined on device pool that is assigned to CTI RP.
You should have the Callmanager group for the CTI RP such that it contains both main site and fail over site call managers.
    Here are some scenarios.
    lets say, you have
sub1 and sub2 on main site
sub3 and sub4 on recovery site
PGA connect to sub1 CTI manager, and PGB connects to sub3 CTI manager. Callmanager group (sub1, sub2, sub3 and sub4 in order) for the CTI RP contains all the call managers
    Failure Scenario:
    1. If sub2 fails - JGW process on PG B will be active. But CTI RPs will be registered to sub2
    2. if sub1 fails, JGW process will reamin active on PG A. but RPs will be registered to sub2
    3. if both sub1 and sub2 fails, JGW process will be active on PG B and RPs will be registered on sub3
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • IPhone won't maintain connection to my wi fi network, even though my mac and iPad do

My iPhone 4s simply will not connect to my home WiFi. I bought a new AirPort Extreme router and it still won't maintain or, really connect. I shows it's connected, but it won't open pages. Safari says it cannot open page because it has lost connection to server. Verizon even sent me a new iPhone because I can't connect. Please give me some ideas. I have tried so many things. I've been to the apple store twice, and my phone connects there, and also at my daughter's house, through their airport router!! HELP!!!

I've encountered the same problem after installing BT Home Hub 2.0 recently. My G4 airport had no difficulty whatsoever recognising and accessing wireless networks using BT's old (white) Home Hub, but my Mac system prefs appear to resist details of my BT Home Hub 2.0. It was all fine for a couple of days after installation but then the Mac started refusing to recognise the Hub ID and password. I feel sure it's something to do with the new Hub's security being upgraded from WEP to WPA. I've had a lengthy conversation with BT support who've taken me through every step they feel they can, including re-setting the Hub and manually entering the password in my Mac system prefs. But whatever I do, the hub will not now appear as an option in my desktop airport menu, even though it is designated as a preferred network in my system prefs. I have also tried the steps Black Muscle has taken without success. I'm connected successfully to the hub using built-in ethernet but of course that's not the wireless option I'm paying for.
