False alarm when processing reconciliation events.

Hi,
I use OIM 11.1.1.3. I create reconciliation event and process it with tcReconciliationOperationsIntf.processReconciliationEvent(). It works like a charm, but always produces annoying log error messages

GTC means Generic Technology Connector. Go to Advance Console there you'll find it.Yes I know, my question is what GTC creates as output. If it creates reconciliation events, then the problem will persist, since it happens during recon event processing.

  • OIM: Error while processing reconciliation events

    Hi.
    I'm using OIM9031 with SAPHR connector (9041) as trusted source.
    There are about 12000 employees in SAPHR.
    During reconciliation, some events are in Event Received state.
    I've verified that all mandatory fields are not-null and contain correct values.
    But when I press 'Re-apply Rules' button, I'm receiving the bunch of errors, such as:
    DOBJ.CHECK_RECORD_FAILED
    DOBJ.INITIAL_SELECT_FAILED
    DOBJ.WRONG_SQL_OP_FOR_SAVE
    DOBJ.SCHTM_SYSVAL_ERROR
    DOBJ.SCHTM_STATUS_READ_FAILED
    DOBJ.INSERT_FAILED
    DOBJ.GEN_ERROR
    DOBJ.EVT_POST_UPDATE_EXCEPTION
    DOBJ.UPDATE_FAILED
    When I perform reconciliation for these problematioc users for the second time, most of them are reconciled and created in OIM successfully.

    First of all, let's get things working...
    Then we can do R&D on this error
    Let's follow step by step..
    First of all, undo everything and make it OOTB connector... No change from your side...
    Test for one user only..
    It works and child tables in process form are getting populated...
    Good... Then Remove ONLY Child Form mapping in the "Reconciliation Field Mappings"... Do NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE...
    Create Reconciliation Profile (if using OIM 11G)
    Then again, for the same user, make some minor change, say in the first name in the target system, add 1... Just minor change...
    Then again execute recon for this user only... Keep the logs open...
    Ideally, every thing should happen smoothly... Event should be generated and the new first name is populated in the process form... That's it... Nothing should happen to the Child Form... No UserRole related issues should appear...
    If again the same issue appears, then something else in the OOTB connector has been tampered with...
    And if it is OIM 11G, and I have seen many issues regarding Create Reconciliation Profile NOT reflecting the new Reconciliation configuration, that would be entirely another issue..
    My point is:- Simply removing the Child Form mapping in the "Reconciliation Field Mappings" should be sufficient to fulfil your requirement...
    And if any other issue arising from connector tampering or inconsistent behavior of Create Reconciliation Profile appears, that's another point altogether...
    So, please first try what I have suggested...

  • How to make a dalog process custom events when blocked by modal dialog

    Hi,
    I would like to understand the way modal dialogs block other dialogs so that I can properly solve an issue I'm having with two modal dialogs, one blocking the other.
    I have an application, netbeans platform based, that opens a JDialog, NewDiskDlg, with it's modal property set to true. This dialog is responsible for starting a thread that will process a given number of files, from time to time, depending on some conditions, this thread will send events to the NewDiskDlg.
    When this thread is started, the NewDiskDlg creates a new JDialog, also with the modal property set to true. Both dialogs have the same parent, the main window. And this works as I expected, the second dialog, ActiveScanningDlg, opens on top of the NewDiskDlg and, until the thread stops, the dialog stays visible.
    When the thread stops an event is sent to this two dialogs signaling that the job has been completed, and here is my problem. The second dialog, the one that is visible when the event arrives, receives the event and executes the dispose() method, releasing control to the NewDiskDlg in the back, but the NewDiskDlg does not receive the event and does not process it correctly.
    I understand the no input can be sent to a blocked window, but does that include calling upon the window's methods?
    I've been looking for some help on this but my search terms are not good enough to provide me with any useful information. I've also read the topic on the focus system that is present in the Java Tutorial but I feel that that is not what I should be looking at.
    The following code is a snippet of the important parts that I described:
    NewDiskDlg has the following methods to process the events
        public void readingStarted(ReadingEvent evt) {
            SwingUtilities.invokeLater(new Runnable() {
                public void run() {
                    scanningDlg.showCentered();
        public void readingFile(ReadingEvent evt) {
            //DO NOTHING
        public void readingStopped(ReadingEvent evt) {
            Lookup.getDefault().lookup(MediaReader.class).removeListener(this);
            if (!showAgain) {
                dispose();
        public void readingAborted(ReadingEvent evt) {
            JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(this, "", "", JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);//TODO: i18n on the error messagens
            Lookup.getDefault().lookup(MediaReader.class).removeListener(this);
        }ActiveScanningDlg processes the events like this:
        public void readingStarted(ReadingEvent evt) {
            //DO NOTHING
        public void readingFile(ReadingEvent evt) {
            jpbReadingProgress.setString(evt.getCurrentFileName());
        public void readingStopped(ReadingEvent evt) {
            Lookup.getDefault().lookup(MediaReader.class).removeListener(this);
            dispose();
        public void readingAborted(ReadingEvent evt) {
            readingStopped(evt);
        }This is an example on how the events are sent:
        private void fireReadingFile(ReadingEvent evt) {
            for (ReadingListener l : listeners) {
                l.readingFile(evt);
        }

    Hi,
    You have to check the Tolerance limits set for the following tolerance keys. In case if any where the limit is breached the systems blocks the Invoice as 'R - Invoice verification'. Please check the limits set for all these keys.
    AP - item amount variance (if you have activated the item check)
    DQ and DW - for Quantity variance
    PP - price variance with the order price
    ST - date variance
    VP - Moving average price variance

    I would suggest don't map manager directly. and use 'Full-Time' instead of Full-Time Employee for role. or verify the lookup Lookup.Users.Role having Full-Time Employee as code key or not. if not create it for usage else you can just pass 'Full-Time'. as it will be compared with code key
    ksamson,Karl,Samson,*null*,*Full-Time Employee*,Xellerate Users,End-User,Marketing,Delhi,Project Engineer,HRSYSTEM,[email protected]
    jmiller,John,Miller,null,Full-Time Employee,Xellerate Users,End-User,Engineering,Delhi,Software Engineer,HRSYSTEM,[email protected]
    for null no need to pass string null. just place,. better remove manager mapping and run reconciliatiion

  • GTC Reconciliation events error

    Hi all,
    Do you know what's happened when the status of Reconciliation Events tab(Reconciliation Manager) in Design Colsole said those processes are matched and no users weren't created on database table?
    -Product versions-
    OIM: 9.1.0.2
    SO: RHEL 4 update 5
    Database: 10.2.0.5
    best regards,

    And all of them are provisioned twice. So, i have two equal lines in my csv file , the process definition form have all columns listed in this file as a key and reconciliation rules have these conditions:
    1- No matched found(Assing to ADM..); 2- One Entity Match Found(Establish link); 3- One Process Match Found(Establish Link).
    So, the other question is:
    For reconciliation process doesn't create to provisioned resources for the same account twice, what should I do?
    1-Create another rule condition to Multiple process matched found and action none?
    Any advise will be helpful.

  • WLI problem when processing a high number of records - SQLException: Data e

    Hi
    I'm having some trouble with a process in WLI when processing a high number of records from a table. I'm using WLI 8.1.6 and Oracle 9.2.
    The exception I'm getting is:
    javax.ejb.EJBException: nested exception is: java.sql.SQLException: Data exception -- Data -- Input Data length 1.050.060 is greater from the length 1.048.576 specified in create table.
    I think the problem is not with the table because it's pretty simple. I'll describe the steps in the JPD below.
    1) A DBControl checks to see if the table has records with a specific value in a column.
    select IND_PROCESSADO from VW_EAI_INET_ESTOQUE where IND_PROCESSADO = 'N'
    2) If there is one or more records, we update the column to another value (in other DBControl)
    update VW_EAI_INET_ESTOQUE  set IND_PROCESSADO = 'E' where IND_PROCESSADO = 'N'
    3) We then start a transaction with following steps:
    3.1) A DBControl queries for records in a specific condition
    select
    COD_DEPOSITO AS codDeposito,
    COD_SKU_INTERNO AS codSkuInterno,
    QTD_ESTOQUE AS qtdEstoque,
    IND_ESTOQUE_VIRTUAL AS indEstoqueVirtual,
    IND_PRE_VENDA AS indPreVenda,
    QTD_DIAS_ENTREGA AS qtdDiasEntrega,
    DAT_EXPEDICAO_PRE_VENDA AS dataExpedicaoPreVenda,
    DAT_INICIO AS dataInicio,
    DAT_FIM AS dataFim,
    IND_PROCESSADO AS indProcessado
    from VW_EAI_INET_ESTOQUE
    where IND_PROCESSADO = 'E'
    3.2) We transform all the records found to and XML message (Xquery)
    3.3) We update again update the same column as #2 to other value.
    update VW_EAI_INET_ESTOQUE set  IND_PROCESSADO = 'S'   where IND_PROCESSADO = 'E'.
    4) The process ends.
    When the table has few records under the specified condition, the process works fine. But if we test it with 25000 records, the process fails with the exception below. Sometimes in the step 3.1 and other times in the step 3.3.
    Can someone help me please?

    Hi Lucas,
    Following is the information regarding the issue you are getting and might help you to resolve the issue.
    ADAPT00519195- Too many selected values (LOV0001) - Select Query Result operand
    For XIR2 Fixed Details-Rejected as this is by design
    I have found that this is a limitation by design and when the values exceed 18000 we get this error in BO.
    There is no fix for this issue, as itu2019s by design. The product always behaved in this manner.
    Also an ER (ADAPT00754295) for this issue has already been raised.
    Unfortunately, we cannot confirm if and when this Enhancement Request will be taken on by the developers.
    A dedicated team reviews all ERs on a regular basis for technical and commercial feasibility and whether or not the functionality is consistent with our product direction. Unfortunately we cannot presently advise on a timeframe for the inclusion of any ER to our product suite.
    The product group will then review the request and determine whether or not the functionality/feature will be included in a future release.
    Currently I can only suggest that you check the release notes in the ReadMe documents of future service packs, as it will be listed there once the ER has been included
    The only workaround which I can suggest for now is:
    Workaround 1:
    Test the issue by keep the value of MAX_Inlist_values parameter to 256 on designer level.
    Workaround 2:
    The best solution is to combine 'n' queries via a UNION. You should first highlight the first 99 or so entries from the LOV list box and then combine this query with a second one that selects the remaining LOV choices.
    Using UNION between queries; which is the only possible workaround
    Please do let me know if you have any queries related to the same.

  • Popularity trend/usage report is not working in sp2013. Data was not being processed to EVENT STORE folder which was present under the Analytics_GUID folder.

    Hi
     I am working in a sharepoint migration project. We have migrated one SharePoint project from moss2007 to sp2013. Issue is when we are clicking on Popularity trend > usage report,  it is throwing an error.
    Issue: The data was not being processed to EVENT STORE folder which was present under the
    Analytics_GUID folder. Also data was not present in the Analytical Store database.
    In log viewer I have found the bellow error.
    HIGH -

    secured fault was received from the other party.

    I have verified few things in server which are mentioned below
    Two timer jobs (Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import) are running fine.
    APPFabric Caching service has been started.
    Analytics_GUID folder has been
    shared with
    WSS_ADMIN_WPG and WSS_WPG and Read/Write access was granted
    .usage files are getting created and also the temporary(.tmp) file has been created.
    uasage  logging database for uasage data being transported. The data is available.
    Please provide pointers on what needs to be done.

    Hi Nabhendu,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you could not use popularity trend after you migrated SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.
    In SharePoint 2013, the analytics functionality is a part of the search component. There is an article for troubleshooting SharePoint 2013 Web Analytics, please take a look at:
    Troubleshooting SharePoint 2013 Web Analytics
    http://blog.fpweb.net/troubleshooting-sharepoint-2013-web-analytics/#.U8NyA_kabp4
    I hope this helps.

    I have a Xp 64bit computer running CS4.  I keep on getting MediaCore Importer Process Debug Event Errors on differnt projects.  The error details are sometimes different but usually they say.  Src/importer/ImporterInstance.cpp.-641
    I have scanned for viruses
    I have repaired windows
    I have repaired premier
    I have deleted and reinstalled premier
    I have updated the drivers on my video card
    I have looked around here and haven't found much for help.  It might be a specific file given me problems but I have not tracked it down yet.  It might be a codec problem.  I am running out of ideas

    My computer was working fine until 2-3 weeks ago.  No changes except for maybe a CS4 update.  Scanned for viruses nothing but a few cookies.
    Supermicro board
    dual 2.6 ghz intel quad xeons
    8 gigs of Wintec Ram
    Nvidia Quadro (dual monitor)
    Alesis audio card
    Adaptec raid controller
    Seagate hard drives (about 2 tb raid 10)
    Pannasonic DVCpro Deck (firewire)
    Windows XP 64 (just repaired - trying to fix problems)
    It is connected to a Cisco Switch for file sharing.
    Updated CS4 PP
    Most video footage is from gyhd100u but we get footage and video from many sources
    I am looking for a post from someone who has had this problem, fixed this problem, or has some insight to what a MediaCore Importer Process Debug Event means.
    I have been using Adobe Products for over 10 years and I am very computer savy.  Even if you are looking to fix the same problem send me some info and maybe I can narrow it down and fix it for both of us.
    Right now I think it might be my video card.  When I repaired windows I upgraded the drivers on it now I have even more problems.  I am rolling them back right now. If that doesn't work I will rollback premier

  • How to delete child table records while creation reconciliation event

    Hi,
    I developed custom scheduler task to create reconciliation events with child form information:
    if (!reconOperations.ignoreEventAttributeData(objectName, attrs, "Roles", childs)) {
    long eventId = reconOperations.createReconciliationEvent(objectName, attrs, eventAttributes);
    for (int f = 0; f < childs.length; f++) {
    reconOperations.providingAllMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", true);
    reconOperations.addDirectMultiAttributeData(eventId, "Roles", childs[f]);
    reconOperations.finishReconciliationEvent(eventId);
    but when I delete roles from target system roles won't delete from OIM.
    How config recon Operations to do this?

    objName - The Name for the object for which the reconciliation is taking place
    parentRecord - A map containing the field-value pairs for the data received from the target.
    childTableName - The name of the multi-attribute reconciliation field that the data is for
    childRecords - A List containing the Hashtable objects. Every Hashtable will have field-value pairs for the data record pertaining to that attribute received from the target.

  • EDI : Exit when processing message type CLFMAS

    Hi,
    Does anyone know any exit when processing inbound IDOCs of message type CLFMAS ?
    I believe there's no user exit, but maybe there's any other kind of exit but i didn't found it.
    Thanks,
    Paulo Sousa

    Hi,
    You have two open FI events
    OPEN_FI_PERFORM_CLF00100_E
    and
    OPEN_FI_PERFORM_CLF00200_E
    Use transaction FIBF to include your own functions within these events.

    Hi,
    Can you please check this forum or someone from Microsoft, as we have post here dating back from October that are not being answered.
    Everything for us is exactly the same as szucsati and Racom
    NMNM,
    Please give us an answer on this as the link provided is absolutely useless.
    Thank you.

  • Unwanted "Message" alarm on all-day events -- why?

    I wish to create an all-day event with an email alarm. When I create the event, I enter the alarm title, check "all-day", and change the default alarm from "Message with sound" to "Email" (which defaults to "11:45 PM the day before". So the event contains only this email alarm, as I intend. After I click "Done", if I then go back and inspect this event, I find that it now has 2 alarms at the same "11:45 PM the day before", the email one I set up and a "Message with sound".
    (I shouldn't need to, but) I can then edit this event to remove the "Message" alarm, but why was it added in the first place? It wasn't there when I created the event.

    Jerry,
    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
    I would check iCal>Preferences...>General> to determine what your setting is in "Add a default alarm to all new events and invitations."

  • Purchasing Groups deleted: Errors when processing related documents

    Hi Gurus,
    We are on SRM 7 and we are currently facing an issue when processing documents which Purchasing Groups have been deleted after thee procurement documents were created
    In our case, when a PGroups is deleted and unassigned, an interfase from HR is raised and i the SRM PPOMA the Pgroup is not valid anymore and unassigned from the Purchasing Organization.
    Once this happens, we face a blocking issue for all the documents created with Purchasing Groups that has been deleted.
    These documents cannot be processed anymore and and error saying that Purchasing group is not assigned to purchasing organization... is raised.
    Currently we are manually mantaining the validity of the Purchasing Group via PPOMA and transaction PP01. We put the validity to unlimited and the documents can be processed again.
    Anyway we would like to avoid this manual update and to have a false information in te system where the PGroup will be shown as valid while it has been deleted in the past.
    Could you please advise on the best solution on it?
    Many Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards,
    Valentino

    Thank you both for your responses and my apologies on my delayed response.
    I have this POA set to run the indexing continuously, so it's generating large logs.
    From the log entries, it looks as if the indexing process repeats itself anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
    I base this on when I see the log repeating the userxxx.db file names.
    When I look at the information for my single post office, it shows 559 users, 126 resources and a total mailbox count of 565.
    I'm not sure how that all works out.
    To answer your questions, Laura:
    The logs show the error in relation to 527 out of 559 userxxx.db files.
    There are 181 userxxx.db and 24 files with names like pu3a0101.db that do not return an 8210 error. All of those files consistently show a zero count after the index process, e.g., Updating QuickFinder index: userxxx.db (0).
    The error or lack of error is consistent. It occurs on the same 527 files and does not occur on the same 181 files every time.
    The one clue I've found to the puxx0101.db files was a forum post from back in 2006, where Dave Parkes identifies them as being associated with shared folders.
    To answer your question, Howard:
    I have a fair number of users with large attachments and high item counts, but nowhere near what I'm am seeing the 8210 errors on.

  • IOS IPS - Sig 4050 UDP Bomb apparent false alarms?

    Hi,
    I'm trying the IOS IPS solution out in a lab environment and I seem to be getting lots of false alarms on sig 4050 - UDP bomb. Looking at the signature description via go/mysdn, and looking at it's configuration on the router via SDM, I can see it is simply looking for small UDP packets. But I don't know what size (The parameter is named ShortUDPLength and it's set to True).
    All NTP traffic kicks of this signature. Using Ethereal to capture the NTP exchange, I see that the communication in each direction is a single packet. The layer 2 frame lenght is 90 bytes. The UDP data length is 56 bytes. All of this seems fine. The NTP server is a Cisco router. The NTP client is running on a Windows 2000 workstation.
    Also, any TFTP to/from the router with IPS enabled also triggers the alert. Specifically it is the Ack's from the TFTP server that trigger the alert. They are indeed small packets - the UDP data size is only 12 bytes.
    Note, this same traffic does not cause alerts from a 5.0 IPS sensor. Looking at the signature definition on the sensor, it doesn't have a parameter named SnortUDPLength. Instead it has a parameter named udp-length-mismatch which is set to true. This doesn't seem to be keying off of a particular data size, but instead conflicting reports in the UDP header compared to the actual packet size.
    Any information that anyone could provide to shed light on this subject would be appreciated. Such as:
    1) Do you find that IOS IPS sig 4050 false alarms are common?
    2) What is the UDP data length that triggers the alert? It has to be bigger than 90 bytes!
    3) Does Cisco have any recommendations on what to do with this built in signature?
    Thanks,
    KEP

    On the sensor appliance side, the udp-length-mismatch checks for discrepancies between the ip header length and udp length of the packet. You were dead on, the signature triggers when the UDP length specified is less than the IP length specified. I'm not positive of exactly what the IOS ShortUDPLength parameter is.
    You provided some valuable information in that the same traffic doesn't trigger the alerts on the appliance, so we know that this is not the signature, but rather the implementation of it in IOS.
    I'm taking a bit of a leap here not knowing what IOS version you are running, but I'm guessing you may be running into CSCeh32935. The title states multicast, but the bug is not limited to just multicast traffic. This affectes some 12.3T releases and early 12.4. Looks like 12.4(2)T or higher has fixes implemented.
    Since you're in a lab environment, I'd go ahead and upgrade the IOS on the router and see if that doesn't resolve the issue. If it's still there, open up a TAC case, and they'll be able to recreate the issue and file a new bug if neccessary.
