FB 4 - how to bind DropDown to state

Hello:)
I have been looking through the knowledge base and can't seem to come up with the answer I am looking for.
I want, when an item is selected from a dropdownList control, for it to go to that certain state. I have currently 12 states, of which 11 will be accessible from the dropdown. The dropdownlist is being populated from a WebService.
I am sure its pretty easy, but can't figure out how to do it!

How to Bind a Combo Box so that it retrieves and display content corresponding to the Id in a link table and populates itself with the data in the main table?

I am developing a desktop application in Wpf using MVVM and Entity Frameworks. I have the following tables:
1. Party (PartyId, Name)
2. Case (CaseId, CaseNo)
3. Petitioner (CaseId, PartyId) ............. Link Table
I am completely new to .Net and to begin with I download Microsoft's sample application and
following the pattern I have been successful in creating several tabs. The problem started only when I wanted to implement many-to-many relationship. The sample application has not covered the scenario where there can be a any-to-many relationship. However
with the help of MSDN forum I came to know about a link table and managed to solve entity framework issues pertaining to many-to-many relationship. Here is the screenshot of my application to show you what I have achieved so far.
And now the problem I want the forum to address is how to bind a combo box so that it retrieves Party.Name for the corresponding PartyId in the Link Table and also I want to populate it with Party.Name so that
users can choose one from the dropdown list to add or edit the petitioner.

The problem, presumably, seems to be is that the binding path "PetitionerLookup" of the ItemSource of the Combo box in the view vPetitioner exists in a different ViewModel vmCase which serves as an ObservableCollection for MainViewModel. Therefore,
what I need to Know is how to route the binding path if it exists in a different ViewModel?

You have to add the parent element before adding data to the child node ...you follow the below steps it will work
1) Take ContextStructure as follows ...
tabledata (valuenode)
    ddownbyindex( value node) --within the tabledata node
         value (attribute)
2)Binding to your layout
tabledata (node) ---bind this to the dataSource property of your table
      ddownbyindex( node)
            Value (attribute)--bind to the texts property of you DDbyIndex
3)In wdinit() method add the following code
     IPrivate<Your view name>.ITabledataElement tabledataElement =wdContext.createTabledataElement();
    wdContext.nodeTabledata().addElement(tabledataElement);
    for(int i=0;i<5;i++)
     IPrivate<Your viewname>.IDdownbyindexElement ddbyindexElement=wdContext.createDdownbyindexElement();
         ddbyindexElement.setValue("Value"+i);
         wdContext.nodeDdownbyindex().addElement(ddbyindexElement);
And set the cardinality property of the table node as 0..n

I create a cmp ejb from table INFOCOLUMN,and I create a my finder function ,which sql statement is :
select * from INFOCOLUMN WHERE employee_id=id
employee_id is a column of the table,and id is the finder function parameter.
The error is : invalid column name
So,how to write the sql statement.

Bind variables are of the form $1, $2, etc., so your query stmt should look like:

You can advertise an environment on two ip addresses
by using multiple IP addresses instead of one in
FORTE_NS_ADDRESS. Specify the IP addresses separated by semicolon
setenv FORTE_NS_ADDRESS ip1:5000;ip2:5010;ip3:5012
You will also have to define FORTE_LOCATIONS to point
to these IP addresses so that Forte runtime knows where
to find the environment and services. In this case you
will always use the socket number 0 to allow Forte to
pick any available socket.

On one of our Solaris servers we are facing the problem that we have

And we would like to access Forte on it through both cards. (avoid
unnecessary network traffic)
As far as I understand Forte needs a fix IP address to bind to (thus
bound to one card).
I tried to use 0.0.0.0 as a jolly-joker for all cards, but failed.
Has anybody an idea? Or is it a restriction?
If so, does Forte plan to improve the product in this way?

I assume you want to create multiple instance of your class.
Assuming that you class is NOT a singleton then simply repeat the CREATE OBJECT statement as many times as you need.
TYPES: begin of ty_s_class.
TYPES: instance   TYPE REF TO zcl_myclass.
TYPES: end of ty_s_class.
DATA:
lt_itab      TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF ty_s_class
                 WITH DEFAULT KEY,
ls_record TYPE ty_s_class.
DO 10 TIMES.
    CLEAR: ls_record-instance.
    CREATE OBJECT ls_record-instance.

Please help!!! I don't know how to use a SQL statement within my APEX form......
My form is below. The user will enter the values in the form. Click on Submit. Then we need to run a SQL select statement with those values.
Our form looks like this:

The user will enter these 3 values in the form.
This is an example of an user providing the values:

The if statement in LabVIEW is the Case structure. You can find that on the Structures palette right next to the For Loop. If you're still on the same subject about terminating a for loop early, then what you do is enclose your functions inside the loop with a case statment and make one of the case's empty except for one or more constants that you might have to wire. Hopefully, the attached picture will explain what I mean. Also, as I mentioned in one of your other posts, I think this technique is not as good as using a while loop. The array in the attached example is the same size no matter what and you may have to handle stripping extra or invalid elements.

How to use an if statement in javascript code

I have a batch processing script to search for text "employee signature" on each page in a multiple page file and to then list in the console any pages that do not have the "Employee Signature" text included.
The script is not yet functional as an if statement needs to be included.
Can anyone please advise how to use an if statement in javascript code?

The console lists every page as having an "employee signature" when there are pages in the document that do not have an employee signature.
The code (revised as follows) is not processing the "getPageNthWord part of the statement" in the console report?

Notice the similarity? You've now asked "How to delete a record in Java" and "how to execute a select statement in java". You may have noticed that, aside from the SQL and the call to execute and executeUpdate (for delete) it's the same code. This is because you don't so much do these things in Java, you do them in SQL. The Java code simply asks the Driver to execute whatever SQL you write. So, I really hope your next post isn't "how do I execute an UPDATE statement in Java".
