FIELD BSEG-XREF3 - how to show it in transaction KSB1

Is it possible to see the field BSEG-XREF3 (reference field 3) in the transaction KSB1?

Add the desired fields XREF1, 2 3 to the structure CI_RKPOS
Attached below is the sample code to be written in include ZXKAEPU01 of EXIT_SAPLKAEP_001
I used it to fetch XREF1 and 2
SELECT SINGLE vbel2 xref1 xref2 FROM bseg
INTO (cs_record-vbel2, cs_record-xref1, cs_record-xref2)
             WHERE bukrs = cs_record-refbk
               AND belnr = cs_record-refbn
               AND gjahr = cs_record-refgj
               AND buzei = cs_record-refbz.
In your case, I guess, the code will be (I am not an expert @ ABAP.. Forgive me for any miss-ups)
SELECT SINGLE vbel2 xref3 FROM bseg
INTO (cs_record-vbel2, cs_record-xref3)
             WHERE bukrs = cs_record-refbk
               AND belnr = cs_record-refbn
               AND gjahr = cs_record-refgj

Dear Saeed,
First Make Field Status group this fields mandatory or Optional.
Then after entering all the data in fb60 screen goto to environment and then press Complex Posting.
Then double click on the line Expense line item and press more data.
There you will find this fields for entry.

i am try to activate the cash management in my SAP, but i am not able to open the field BSEG-FDLEV (PLANNING LEVEL) in the additional data of the invoice voucher F-43 and FV60
Is there anyone that knows how to do it? i have played with the field status group of the reconciliation account and the posting key, but nothing happened.
I have understood that it should be some customizing company level.
Any help is more than welcome.

You did not mention the most important thing.. Where are going to display the SSN ..
if it is in report then:
select regexp_replace ('111-222-3333','[0-9]{3}-[0-9]{3}','XXX-XXX') from dualOutput:
SSN
XXX-XXX-3333
If you are going to show it on an item, then you should use that REGEXP in the source of your item... The source could be SQL or PL/SQL.

Field Status of BSEG-XREF3 - Regarding allowing input

Recently I was able to activate BSEG-XREF3 from suppressed to optional (depending on the G/L Acct). However, during the document change mode (FB02), the field could not be edited.
Is there a way to change this status so that a field (specifically XREF3) can be edited in the document change mode?

U have to check if that field is a modifible fields:
Trx SPRO:
Financial Accounting->Financial Accounting Global Settings->Document->Line Items->Document Change rules, item.
Here check if there's that field, if there isn't you have to insert for a certain (or all) accounting type (vendore, customer or G/L)

How to show all records by default on search result page?

I am trying to make a search page that would execute the search in the database based on one or more field constraints.
(Using MySQL,PHP)
I have 2 columns in the database "vm_ip" (primary key) <IP address>, "Operating_System" <Any, Windows, Solaris, AIX>
need to search vm_ip based on other two fields.
PROBLEM: Need to show all the record when I select "Any" in the Operating_System drop down menu.

Thanks for the prompt reply but this does not solve my problem.
First thing I appologise for giving you incorrect info. Actually I have many more constraints on the search apart from OS.
Didn't think I would get single constraint specific ans.
Here is what all i tried and problems I faced:
1. I cannot use seperate queries cause I have around 7-8 other constraints on the search.
2. I cannot play around with the Record set code. For some reason even if I mess with it a little bit Dreamweaver stops recognising the recordset. for eg i tried the below code:

varOS is set to 'Operating_System" query takes NULL value only which when executed shows no records.
My problem majorly revolves around how to put something like "WHERE Operating_System= Operating_System" OR "WHERE Operating_System= TRUE" in the query, when passed through variable they are sent as Strings or NULL.
Thats why WHERE 1=1 also doesnt work, because it has "WHERE Operating_System= NULL" in AND.
Logically when NULL is passed default value of variable should comeinto picture, but tha isnt happening.

For example, if you place Region in the pages area, a Region drop-down list allows the user to select a particular region, and see the data for only that region, rather than seeing all the Regions,But by default its not showing "ALL" option in the drop down list ,rather than doing that its showing result for only 1 region by default.
And an other problem with this pages area is, if we palce the multiple attributes in the Pages area in the pivot table, the (Fields)result is showing in vertically, the attributes 1 by 1(Every attribute in a new line) ,rather than showing like that, is there any way to show the results in horizantally?(We want to have it as a seperate drop drown list for every field horizantally not as a concatenated list).

I giving u fair idea how to show g/l account balance
There is a field in JDT1 - journal entry rows - JDT1.DebCred which is indicator when g/l account
is debited / credited,it is filled with value D or C.
You can add Case syntax in existing query with condition JDT1.DebCred = 'D' then
JDT1.Debit + Opening/Closing balance and if JDT1.DebCred = 'C' then
JDT1.Credit - Opening/Closing balance.
It requires much time & effort to build this query.
