FIFA 13 issue

Does FIFA 13 allow for "automatic" point purchases without my consent? Have had lots of charges in the past 10 days! I don't think it does but my kid says he hasn't purchased the points!!

Since that is a product of Electronic Artists, you might have better luck asking them.

BT Infinity HH5 and PS4 (FIFA & NHL 15) issues

I cant play either of these brand new games as when the PS is wifi enabled the game 'stutters' very badly, impossible to play. Turn off the wifi on PS4 and game works fine, but then that stops me playing online (which is not why I bought these ). I have tried looking at the hub settings, but being a novice I don't want to mess anything up. I have also moved the PS4 around to other locations in the house with same results.
I hope I have given enough info for someone who is able to help. If anything else required, just let me know

By all accounts if it is on, the PS4 creates its own wifi hotspot, that can affect other connections, as it is designed to connect the PS Vita. It has 3 options, so you could either cycle through these or turn it off completely and see how you get on.

I would never have thought of that. I will have to check my own ps4 to make sure it is disabled. The OP should do the same.

IPad as controller in Fifa 14 and Real Racing 3?

I'm wondering if I can use the iPad as controller in Fifa 14 when Airplay is enable?
I can do that with Ducati Challenge HD, but I couldn't do that with Fifa 14 and Real Racing 3. Use iPad as controller is the reason that i bought the Apple TV...
I saw some videos and some of them shows Fifa running on iPad and iPhones being use to control the game. Is there a chance to iPad do the both: run Fifa on tv (via Airplay/AppleTV) and shows the controller on iPad's screen?
I'm missing something with Fifa 14 and Real Racing 3? There's is another game with this feature?

I was having a similar problem as well. The issue is in the iPhone/iPad/iPod software itself, this is something we'd all expect (at least I would) when a company creates a new operating from scratch. So basically what's happening is your game center is responding to the iOS restrictions found in your settings menu (even though restrictions are disabled). The reason your racing game's multiplayer functionality isn't working is because it uses gamecenter’s multiplayer interface rather than its own independent version (like wordfoo).
To fix the problem
go settings>general>restrictions
Enable restrictions and choose a password you'll remember in 45 seconds
Scroll to the bottom where you see the section labeled "Game Center"
Now flip the switch on both Multiplayer Games and Adding Friends so both switches are green.
Scroll back to the top and disable restrictions
That right there should fix the problem friends, did for me at least. Cheers!

FIFA 13 problems

Anyone have a problem with FIFA 13 when you finish a game in ultimate team it just hangs on retrieving data from server? Sometimes it get past this after around a minute but 90% of the time it says cannot connect to EAS FC servers and kicks me out of ultimate team. I've tried re-installing the game, forwarding ports which doesn't seem to work at all on the HH3 and setting my device as DMZ. The funny thing is it works fine through my works VPN so this tells me the problem is definitely BT related.

I did not contact BT, cause I was having no issues with Fifa 13. I will do a tracert as well and post you so you can compare. I do not get any problems myself with 360 Fifa 13 but I know there are known issues banded about for sure, but if this helps in anyway to compare:-

Just copy and paste in your Command Prompt (Admin). Have you tried to run a ping test? http://pingtest.net/, you should be getting a in between 10 - 30ms with 1ms Jitter and no packet loss on a good steady Infinity connection. This is a regular ping test from me, yours should be similar for good online steady gaming:-
What issues are you exactly getting with Fifa 2013?. Do you get problems with any other online games like Doom 3BFG or Black Ops 2, Halo 4 etc..?.

Unable to Connect to FIFA 15 Ultimate Team

hey guys, so this all started about 3 moths ago. When my family moved into a new house, we decided to switch to Att Uverse internet with 45mbps of speed. This was a welcome change, as our old connection was half as fast. As a person who likes to play online games, specifically FIFA 15, I was very excited about the new connection. Everything was good for the first few months, but then all of a sudden I couldn't connect to the EA Sports FIFA Ultimate Team servers. At first I thought it was simply a server issue, but after two weeks of unsuccessful connections, I became concerned. My first thought was that something was wrong on EA's side, so I called them. After troubleshooting for nearly and hour, and confirming that my count had not been blocked, the woman asked me what service provided my internet. When I told her that it was ATT, she asked me to check my router model because they had had an issue the year before with one specific router model not allowing systems to connect to their servers. Sure enough, AT&T had provided me with the one, single router that had this issue (NVG589). The woman then told me that I may be able to fix it by turning of the IPv6 on the router and power-cycling it; however, this did not work. She then closed my case and suggested to call AT&T to see if they could fix the issue. I put the phone call off for two weeks, and then, all of a sudden, FIFA UT started working again! Everything was going fine until two weeks ago..... It happened again!!! I am so upset and have no idea what to do. Many others are having this same issues and neither AT&T nor EA sports is willing to actively investigate. If anyone has ideas on what to do, please help! I've spent a lot of money on this game and am pretty discouraged by both of these companies

I used to have similar problems with Big Fish games, money would be taken but game wouldn't unlock to full version - same message as you - I had to reset the settings then unlock which was a pain to do every time but I discovered through trial & error that by changing the iPad clock to 24 hr format the games unlock fine & changing back to 12 hr format gave me the same problem even on games which unlocked fine using 24 hr format so now I leave it showing 24 hour clock.
You could try this & see if the App store or game picks up that you have pending downloads/updates or just get a refund; I received a refund for some gold bought in a Big Fish game.

The issue is that it is tied to your friends Apple ID and not yours...
Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

More bluetooth issues

I had taken a photo on the iMac in the studio with photobooth, and wished to send the file to my iPhone, unfortunately the wifi router went on the blink for a while, and could not send it through with the Fifi/iCloud. I tried to send it via blue tooth, by searching "bluetooth" to bring up the bluetooth file send application on the iMac. Located my iPhone, and clicked on it and selected to send photo to my iPhone, the application got stuck, assuming Apple to Apple bluetooth would not have any issues. I then tried the same thing to my Samsung Tab3, the file got sent from Mac to to the tab, and then had to send the file to the iPhone and send it as a sms/text message attachment over phone network.
What is wrong ? Is it my iPhone ?

You cannot use bluetooth to send from computer to iPhone.
You can send it as an iMessage.

Lost fifa 12 game purchased item & orders

hello all i purchased fifa 12 game using united kingdom region after while i was trying to syncronize with my ipad2 i lost the item in my application library later on i changed my region to united states and i have been trying to retrive my purchase but i have not been able to do that can anyone help on this issue please.

Does it matter if I am in manual managed mode or not? Currently I am not in manual mode but have switched back and forth numerous times. I think I'm screwed now because the last time I turned off manual mode and sync'd, I lost the TV video purchase I had made. Now, the only thing I see is in my Purchases, there is the show with an exclamation point. Won't apple let me download it again? What can I do, I really don't want to throw away the money I spent on this purchase just to to some user or technological error. Does itunes have acustomer support phone number?

Xbox live issues. (please help) :)

Hi there, I am having trouble with my xbox live connection, I can sign in to XBL but it does take a few minutes to sign me in, Also when I play games (I mainly always play FIFA) There is a slight lag when im in a match with someone, My players not responding when pressing buttons, Like when I shoot it will take a second or two to shoot which is not normal.
I previously had connection issues and had to have an engineer fix something in my line, Which seemingly has worked perfect for my laptop as everything seems fine, I can load webpages fine with no trouble and speedtester results are as expected. So it may be down to something to do with my XBOX, I use a wireless connection as it is upstairs, but I have tried wired and it is still slow.

I recently installed Ngage on my N95 8Gb edition, and I have a problem, because I can`t connect to the internet (my provider does not support it) and I have no game in this version of Ngage. The first camed with 2 demos: Asphalt 3 and Fifa 2007
Is there any way I can download the games from the internet using my PC and then install them on my phone ??

ICloud Feature not working on Fifa 13 in iOS 6

Hi,
I've bought the new Fifa 13 to get the new icloud feature that syncs all your data in all you device.
So i purchased it, I have it both in my iPod touch fourth generation and on my iPhone 3GS with all the iCloud settings enabled and it's not working!
I've also tried to disabled and enabled it againon both devices at the same time but still not working!!
SO if somebody can help me thanks!

I'm running iOS 6 on an iPad 3. Using Safari (m.youtube.com) and Jasmine, I have yet to find a YouTube video that won't play. Whatever is going on for you, it isn't an iOS comparability issue.
Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

PS4 Trigger Issue (software problem)

I've been having this problem since yesterday, and noticed it first whilst playing FIFA 15. For me this is how the issue goes: Initially the controller works fine.After L2 has been pressed for a second time, it acts as if a small amount of pressure is still being applied even after being released. In FIFA for example, pressing R2 to sprint is recognised as R2+L2, which is the slow ball control mode.I tested this on Project Cars afterwards, and the break (L2) was constantly being slightly pressed, rendering the game equally unplayable. I'd imagine any game that heavily uses the L2 button's analogue pressure sensitivity will also be rendered unplayable. Interestingly this issue is not a problem with games that treat the L2 button as just a button. I had no interference playing The Witcher 3 for instance, where it acts as your 'Witcher sense', due to the button needing to be completely held down all the way in order for the command to be recognised. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this, outside of a bug fix in a systemwide software update.

If I sync it, will that bring in the same software issue as if I restore from a backup?

FIFA 13 v1.0.3 failed to install on Iphone 4 iOS 6.0.1

As the title says, i have just purchased and downloaded FIFA 13 v1.0.3 and tried to install it on my iphone 4 via Itunes sync. However, I always get the error message "FIFA 13 failed to install" on my phone. I have tried to install after ON/OFF my iphone but to no avail. Additionally, I have 3GB of storage free, therefore space shouldn't be a problem, as the game only requires 1.36 GB of space. What is the problem here? I am clueless now and will appreciate any help from anyone!
