File Reader that can read line by line contents

Hi there!
I would like to ask how to read the content of a file line by line... I need to convert all the contents of a text file into html file.
Example:
3890001604AM0 - With Shipping Order DT Actual Transactions ... Joji to provide GMUS.
3890003011NZ0 - With Shipping Order DT Actual Transactions ... Joji to provide GMUS.

I need to insert tag after the last character of every line or enclose each line with <LI></LI> tag.

How can I do this in java? I am currently using the FileReader class but It seemed that it reads character by character and I am having a hard time in inserting the tag or enclosing each line with <LI> and </LI> tags.
Anyone who got some ideas in dealing with this problem?

Maximum file size that can be ulpoaded at one time

Hi All,
I have an issue in which user is uploading 200 MB file in to KM. But she is getting "IisProxy.dll: 502 Bad Gateway" error.
I have tried uploading a document and was successfull in uploading 93 MB document and while uploading above this (93MB) i was getting Page cannot be found error.
I have found in refrences of same as in SAP note 820028 and on

Hi,
By default the maximum file size is 128 MB. You can configure that in visual administrator.

If you as administrator need to upload a file with larger size, you can use km file repository like etc. and can upload file from OS.

Is there a maximum file size that can be converted to pdf

I have a 448mb tiff that I want to convert to a pdf. However, Acrobat gives me the error that the file is damaged or there is some other problem. Photoshop CS5 opens the file with no problem. It won't convert it to a PDF either.
The tiff is at 200 resolution. If I reduce it to 60 it will convert.
Am I trying to do something that can't be done?

Open in PS and print to the Adobe PDF printer. However, a 448MB TIFF seems huge. At 200 dpi and 24 bit color (millions of colors) that leaves you with a 61inX61in graphic. Even at 600dpi, that is 20X20.
For us to help you, please indicate exactly how you are trying to convert from PhotoShop. For Acrobat, are you trying to open the TIFF in Acrobat directly? Is the TIFF a single sheet, or multiple sheet? There are a lot of unanswered questions for us.
One of the limitations on file size is the size of the temporary PS file that is created in the PDF creation process. This PS file is created in the TEMP folder that is limited by MS. So you might try emptying the TEMP folder.

[SOLVED] A File Manager That Can Group Folders and Files like Fences

I want to create a custom desktop environment in Arch Linux and I'm looking for a file manager that is similar to Windows Explorer in terms of features and functionality and can group files and folders into fences like Stardock Fences does for the desktop in Windows.
If such a feature isn't available then I, at least, want to group both files and folders into individual groups based on custom parameters and not just Date or Size.
Is there any File Manager in Linux that can fulfill my requirements? If not, is there any file manager which can be extended (by scripting or programming) easily to include the features that I'm looking for?

OK, maybe not something like fences in a file manager but I, at least, want to be able to group files AND folders (within a folder or a directory) under a single parameter and that parameter can be custom and not just pre defined like Date and Size.
Huh. I'm down to Konquerer, like you suggested, and Dolphin. Can I use either as a stand alone file manager in a custom DE in Arch without using KDE?

Error while syncing can not be erased and have gone to all articles and nothing has worked. Have tried to erase my data in the sync file and that can not be done - it says try again another time. What now?

This "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

Max file size that can be broadcasted

Hi
COuld any one let me know what is the maximun file size of the report output that can be broadcasted through information broadcasting? I have a failure in broadcaster when the file size is too large around 6 MB if it is zipped?

Hi Kishore,
If you are feeling the file size is large then data in the report must be more. The broadcaster is may be failing because of large instead of size. So the restrict the selections and run the broadcast settings.

Create exe that can open .llb and edit contents

Is there a way to create an exe that can open a Labview .LLB and replace certain vi's within it? I'm trying to develop a patching tool that can make upgrades and fixes to existing customer installations without requiring the customer to reinstall the entire product.

Why does FCE export file formats that can't be accessed in QuickTime?

I've been slowly but surely figuring out the FCE program. About 3 months ago I editied a video, exported it and when I clicked on the .MOV file it automatically converted it to a QuickTime compatible file, which I was then able to save and upload to YouTube with no issues. Not necessarily true. But may be true if you put 1920x1080 source clips in an HDV (1440x1080) Sequence. This is a common and often overlooked mistake. Your camcorder can shoot both 1920 and 1440 video, what settings did you use when you filmed your clips? What are your FCE sequence settings? In addition, both of the available 1920 settings are progressive; FCE only supports progressive video if it's 720p.
All FCE output is based on the characteristics of the Sequence settings combined with any special settings you configure in QuickTime Conversion if you use QT Conversion for output.
and the results have been similar in all, grainy, pixelated or horizontal lines with movement.
These are common problems with clips & sequences whose settings do not match. The combing effects could be a combination of low data rates plus being interlaced (again, check your Sequence settings).

FCPX File Formats that can be Imported

Can someone please tell me what video file formats can be imported into FCPX? I am making a video of footage from many different sources and I need to know if I should convert them first or if FCPX will accept them as they are. For example, flv, mov, etc.

These shouldn't be here. You can get away with the compressed audio formats in some circumstances, but will causes problems in other. They also cause major problems when imbedded in video. The video formats work if the media is optimized, which is like saying it's converted. The problem with 3GP and MP4 is that even if they're optimized they don't work well as the usually have compressed audio, which optimizing won't fix.

At our 'Vehicle Order Management'-project within Toyota Moter Europe we process in- and outbound interface by using FTP adapters in interconnect. For certain outbound interface we generate semi-large amount of files >9MB. Due to parameter setting this amount can be bigger. What is the maximum amount of files that interconnect can generate and how is this being determined?
Is the maximum size determined by the filesystem or setting in interconnect or ... Please point me in a direction where to find this information.

Is there a way to save a file in indesign that can be edited outside of adobe?

I am creating a menu for a local pub landlord and he has requested that the menu be easily editable, by him, as to not keep asking me for any slight changes.
Is there any file format that can be easily edited outside of indesign. I know there is the Acrobat Pro which would edit a PDF and could solve this problem, but he is unwilling to spend money on any software.
I am designing the menu in indesign with text and images.
Any help would be appreciated.
