Report to find open items and close items for given vendor
Hi All,
What are the steps needed to write a REPORT to find out
open and close items for a given vendor.
Which are the fields i'll have to take and what are the comparisons i'll have to make.
I know,
BSIK is for open Vendor &
BSAK for closed Vendors..
what are the conditions i'll have to check.
Thanks in Advance..
Pradeep AlexHi Pradeep,
This report I developed is definitely useful to you.

Where can I find good organ and keyboard sounds for Logic Express?
Where can I find good organ and keyboard sounds for Logic Express? The included sounds seem to be lacking or hard to access.
Update: Not terribly impressed with the interface for NI's Vintage Organs from the demo download, although the sound demos sure sound good. The letters are tiny and hard to read and the whole thing feels very PC-centric. I guess a guy gets spoiled by the intuitive stuff. I think what I'll try for now is just hooking up my keyboard (Korg N1, circa 1998, about 1700 built in sounds) as a sound module and record the waveforms when I find a sound I like. I did find the EXS24 and several other software synths with some cool organ sounds after digging a little deeper. It would be good if Apple came out with another jam pack just for organs and keys, as the existing jam packs are so easy to use.

Very recently, my computer stopped opening quicktime when I click on a video clip in iphoto. I have quicktime X, and it still works to play videos if I open quicktime and then search for the video. How do I go back to quicktime automatically launching from iphoto?
Well since I do not have iPhoto 7 I can only guess what may be: As far I can remember up to iPhoto 8, iPhoto insisted on Quick Time Player 7. As I can see you have Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) and there Quick Time X is the standard playaer. Basically Quick Time 7 is not part of Snow Leopard.
Can you please check if Quick Time 7 is installed under Applications->Utilitis (in 10.6 Quick Time 7 if presenet is installed not under Applications - there Quick Time X is - but under Application/Utilities).
If not: insert your Snow Leopard installation DVD.
Once the installer opens, double-click on the Optional Installs folder
Double-click the Optional Installs.mpkg package
Click continue.
Select the option for QuickTime 7 then click Continue to start the installation.
If it is there you may try to move the iPhoto prefernce file to another folder and let iPhoto create a new one.
Please keep the old file until you are sure that iPhoto works how it should.
The iPhoto preference file can be found under your home folder then Library then Preferences and there
com.apple.iPhoto.plist
As alraedy mentioned do not delet this file, since if something goes wrong you can put it back. -
HOW TO CREATE INVOICES AND BOOK RECEIPTS FOR THE SERVICE CUSTOMERS
whenever a customer approaches our Customer Service Officer he create a
customer account from "Contact Centre" but he does not check "Create account"

Open invoices and GR/IR report
Hi experts,
Would like to know is there any report that will show the open invoices that tie to the balances in GR/IR account report from FS10N?
I've tried on ME80FN, MB5S, ME2N (RECHNUNG) but none of the reports are tie to the balances in GR/IR account report from FS10N.
Thanks and regards,
JTUse T-Code F.19 which will give you an analysis of the open items lying in the GRIR account.
Also after doing Invoice Verification (MIRO) use T-Code F.13 to do clearing of items lying in the GRIR a/c
Use of F.13 regularly will ensure that your GRIR account will always show open items pending for Invoice Verification.

How to find open orders and open quantity
Hi abap gurus,
i want to find the open orders with the quantity means those orders for which we don't have goods issues(and partial deliverys is also possible). i get this scenario but i don't know how to start.
i think i should go to VBUP table and get all the orders
which have overall status GBSTA = 'A' OR 'B'.
So from this i will get all the open orders but i need to find open quantity also .
please tell me how can i find out and which table do i need to use.You need to check between delivery line item table as well sales order line item table.
Sales order Line item table : VBAP
Delivery line item table : LIPS
if order qty and delivery qty are same then there is no open qty if not then there is open qty.
Thanks

NEED TO FIND MP4 IMPORT AND EXPORT PLUGINS FOR PREMIERE 6.0
DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO GET
SUCH ITEMS FOR THIS DINOSAUR?
ALSO WOULD LIKE TO FIND OPEN SOURCE ITEMS FOR PREMIERE 6.0
DO THEY EXIST?
WOULD LIKE TO FIND MJPEG PLUGINS AND FX OR OTHER EXPORT FORMAT PLUGINS, OR ?
THANKS FOR THE HELP WESWes,
I could be wrong, but IIRC, it was not until PrPro 2.0 that H.264 was added. Check me out on this.
Pr/PrPro uses installed CODEC's. There are three popular H.264 CODEC's, Apple's, Lead's and MainConcept's. Some have had issues with Apple's, but mainly with Export. I'd install one of those, and test. Let's hope that my memory is faulty on version numbers, and that Pr 6.0 CAN use the CODEC, when installed properly.
Good luck, and please report. I would be happy to be proved wrong on this one.

How to find out CPU and memory usage for an instance?
Hi DBA Gurus,
How to find out CPU usage and memory usage for an instance?
Any information is appreciated!
Thank you!
Robertyou can calculate cpu usage by adding fallowing three factors which you can get from v$sysstat
1. Parse CPU time : This represents the percentage of CPU time spent parsing SQL statements. Parse time CPU can be a strong indication that an application has not been well tuned. High parse time CPU usually indicates that the application may be spending too much time opening and closing cursors or is not using bind variables.
2. Recursive CPU time : Sometimes, to execute a SQL statement issued by a user, the Oracle Server must issue additional statements. Such statements are called recursive calls or recursive SQL statements. For example, if you insert a row into a table that does not have enough space to hold that row, the Oracle Server makes recursive calls to allocate the space dynamically if dictionary managed tablespaces are being used.
Recursive calls are also generated due to the inavailability of dictionary info in the dictionary cache, firing of database triggers, execution of DDL, execution of SQL within PL/SQL blocks, functions or stored procedures and enforcement of referential integrity constraints
3. Other CPU time : This represents the percentage of time spent looking for buffers, fetching rows or index keys, etc. Generally, \"Other\" CPU should represent the highest percentage of CPU time out of the total CPU time used.
total memory used you can calculate adding
total_agrigate_area+sga
memory usage on os level you can know by fallowing commands
vmstat 5 20 depending upon os -
Opening balance and closing balances for discounts?
Hi all,
I have a typical sceanario where in
opening balance for discounts 10,000 (balance of last month)
actual discounts from the sales order 5,000
manual upload is from flat file 2,000
closing balance is 7,000 (which is opening balance + manual upload - actual discounts)
opening and closing balance needs to be calculated, how to calculate nor handle this on every month?
level of granularity of the data is
sku, month, rebate category and rebate amount?
ThanksHi Pooja,
can you please let us know few things about your report requirements
What is the extractor you are using?
What are the KFs ?
what are the selection parameters that you want to enter at the reporting level?
is it the report related to FI AR. do you want to display the values based on the customer -->profitcenter?
Bcoz we had a same requirement where our requirement was global recievables aging report in which the report need to display opening bal, sales, adjustment, colelction and closing balance and the aging values.
here what we did is changed the modeling of the DSO and infocube.
we had used non-cumulative KF in order to calculate closing balance and from that derived opening balance and again create a new formula to get the closing balance.
if you can be specific with your requirement hope can help you with your report. -
Unable to find Transfer Rules and Data Source for 0PERSON Info Source
Hi,
I'am working on SALES ANALYSIS Configuration with the help of SAP Best Practices.
I'am trying to load Master Data Attributes/Texts/Hierarchies.
I'am able to load for allmost all the InfoPackages which i created for particular DataSource.
Now i need to load master data for 0PERSON InfoObject under that Person (Attributes) and Person (texts) are there, for this 2 Transfer Rules and the DataSource has to be defined by default as it is defined for other Attributes/Texts/Hierarchies.But i'am unable to find a DataSource and Transfer Rules to create a infopackage for PERSON Attributes and Texts.
Please gudie me with a solution in order to get these Transfer Rules and DataSource for this Attributes and Texts.
With regards,
Pradeep.BHi,
Install the corresponding master data objects from Business content. Go to data source find out the needed datasource, replicate it. If you want you can migrate it also.
If still you are not getting 0person masterdata object datasource & transformation structure, then you have to create the transformation, Infopackage.
Hope if you will install the business content again, it will solve your problem.
