Flex keeps dropping the async SQLite connection in debugger
This makes debugging the program almost impossible. Is there a timeout setting I can change?
I would take it in for diagnosis (since you are under warranty).

My new ipad keeps dropping the wi-fi connection.
My iPad will stay connected to my home wi-fi for aboout 1/2 hour (or less) and then drop out a few miniutes later it may (or may not) reconnect. It is maddening. I have an Airport extreme and I and I have an airport express literally 4 feet from where I ususally sit with the ipad. My iphone works fine on the home wi-fi anywhere in the house. I have tried "forget this network" and signing back in but it changes nothing. Is this a common problem? FYI The ipad is about 4 months old and all software is up to date.

I've successfully set up the Apple TV3 and it works a dream - for a short while. Then for some reason it disconnects and I have to go back ot the iMAC holding the iTunes Libarary, turn off Home Share then turn it on again and SOMETIMES the problem is corrected for a short while (anything from 3 -30 minutes) then I have to start all over again. Its really frustrating!!. The Apple TV and iTunes are running the most up to date software, there firewall on the iMac is disabled and the router is running its latest firmware. My local Apple authorized supplier can't help - all they suggested was changing the apple password, re-entering it on all devices and trying again - this hasn't work. I'll try any solution though the final one might be to take it back for a refund because it doesn't do what it was sold to do!

Airport keeps dropping the wireless connection to my network 2 or 3 times a day.
Hi,
Since apple's recent firmware update for my macbook pro, airport keeps dropping the wireless connection to my network 2 or 3 times a day. It then searches for a network but can't find it, but if I select my network manually it connects immediately ???
Any fixes for this ..... in layman's language please!

SteveIt is not the router. There are a number of factors that are involved. If the router is a G/N router you may have to switch to G-Only (or disable N). You may also have a 5 GHz wireless phone or other routers in the neighborhood interfereing with the signal.
Try this:
1. Open network preferences. Take note of what IP address is assigned. Then, click Advanced.
2. Click on TCP/IP and select Using DHCP with manual address and type the IP address below that.
3. Click OK.
4. Set your Router to Wireless-G only (or disable N) and change the channel to 11 or some higher number.
This should keep it from dropping the wireless connection. It is a bug in the OS. Apple has not fixed it in 3 years.
You wireless connection will be a tad slower, but you really won't notice.

My MBP keeps dropping the internet connection
Since yesterday, my MBP (Late 2011) keeps dropping the internet connection from my Airport Express. I'm still connected to the network, it just loses the internet connection on the MBP. I restart the computer, and it works for a few minutes. I turn off router, and it works for a few mimutes...but no matter what I do, after 2-3 minutes, I get the exclamation mark in the wifi indicator saying there is no internet connection.
And this is only happening on that single MBP. All of the other devices in the house, another MBP (mid 2012), an iPad (retina with lightning connector) and 2 iPhones (one 4 and one 5), can all connect. And the router we have is an airport express.
Why is this happeneing only on the one computer, and how can I fix this?

When you see an exclamation point in the Wi-Fi menu, from the menu bar, select
▹ System Preferences... ▹ Network
Click the Assist me button and select Assistant. Follow the prompts. You may get a warning that Wi-Fi is not available, that you're too far from the base station, or that you're using the wrong password.
Assuming that you've ruled out those possibilities, click the lock icon in the lower left corner of the preference pane and authenticate, if necessary. From the Location menu at the top of the window, select Edit Locations. A sheet will drop down. Click the plus-sign button to create a new location. Give it any name you want. In the new location, set up the Wi-Fi service with the same settings you used before. Click Apply and test. -

This is hopeless and has been happening to many others- please can you give me a fix for this?I have the same problem with my apple tv and itunes. Home sharing is on but it keeps dropping out every couple of minutes - really annoying! I noticed tonight that it drops out when i select the shows and music in my library on the TV with the remote that comes with apple tv, but when i play tv shows or my music by selecting clicking play from itunes on my laptop it works. There's definitely a bug but try this work around and see if you have any luck.

Your profile shows you're using SL, but you posted it in the Lion forum. So, assuming you're using Lion, I've seen posts where creating a new Network Location and adding a different named wi-fi connection has help others with this problem.
You can also check your router for firmware updates.

For your issue - Solution may be found if you search in the "More Like This" section over in the right column.
Change your router channel. Sometimes this is all you will have to do.
Power cycling the router. Read the router's user manual or contact their tech support for instructions.
System Preferences/Internet & Network/Network
Unlock the padlock
Locations: Automatic
Highlight Airport
Click the Assist Me button
In the popup window click the Diagnostic button.
System Preferences/Network- Unlock padlock. Highlight Airport. Network Name-select your name. Click on the Advanced button. Airport/Preferred Networks-delete all that is not your network.
Place a check mark next to "Remember networks this computer has joined." Click the OK button and lock the padlock. Restart your computer.

No internet connection (wireless)
Check to see if an extra entry is present in the DNS Tab for your wireless connection (System Preferences/Network/Airport/Advanced/DNS).
Delete all extra entries that you find.
Place a check mark next to "Remember networks this computer has joined."

I'm trying to connect to the app store to check for updates but when I go to the update tab I keep getting the message cannot connect to iTunes store. I am signed into iTunes in my settings so not sure what to do!
You should not get that message if you are simply trying to load the shuffle with songs from your iTunes library. If iTunes is trying to Update or Restore the shuffle, and you get that message, try the suggestions in this article

My ipad says it is connected to WiFi, which is workingly perfectly for several other devices, will not connect to internet. It keeps giving the message 'Cannot Connect' or error has occurred or just blink off site or icon?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

I tried to get rid of my jailbreak things like restoring my whole phone. It didn't work. Now it keeps showing the photo to connect to itunes so I did. It said to restore so I did. and it keeps doing the same thing over and over and over and over again. How do I fix it?
Your phone is toast. Contrary to what the lovely folks in the jalibreaking community say, attempting to restore the iPhone to "factory" condition does not always remove the jailbreak. You'll need to contact those bozos and see if they can help you.
