FM to update and add price in consignment info-reocrd

Hi People,
Can anyone tell me if we have any Function Module to update Price in Consignment info-record (ME12).
I also need to add a consignment info-record if no Condtion is maintained for the given Info-record.
To upate i tried using ME_UPDATE_INFO_CHANGE_BME , but seems i am not giving all required inputs to it ... I failed to update using it..
Can anyone guide me in this?

Hello,
I want Insert/Update and Add Column at the same Table and at the "same" Time but in different sessions.
Example:
At first the "insert/update" statement:
Insert into TestTable (Testid,Value) values (1,5105);
After that the "add" statement:
Alter table TestTable add TestColumn number;
- sadly now I get the message: ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified
"insert/update" statement:
Insert into TestTable (Testid,Value) values (2,1135);
After that the execute commit.
I don't know when the first session set the commit statement so I want that the DB the "Alter Table..." statement execute if it's possible.
If it's possible I want to save a repeat loop with the "Alter Table..." statemtent.

You can't run a DDL statement against a table with transactions pending. Session 2 has to wait until session commits or rollbacks (or until the session is killed). That's just the way it is.
This makes sense if you think about it. The data dictionary has to be consistent across all sessions. If session 2 was allowed to change the table structure whilst session 1 has a pending transaction then the database is in an inconsistent state. This is easier to see if you consider the reverse situation - the ALTER TABLE statement run by session 2 does a DROP COLUMN TESTID rather than adding a column: now what should happen to session 1's INSERT statement? You have retrospectively invalidated a statement that was perfectly legal when it was executed.
If it's possible I want to save a repeat loop with the "Alter Table..." statemtent.Fnord.

Expired validity price of Consignment Info record

For the consignment process we created the consignment info record with the pricing condition validity from 1.1.2008 to 31.7.2008. the consignment contract validity is from 1.1.2008 to 31.12.2008.
After 31 July the price was agreed to be changed, but the user forgot to change the price validity period of the consignment info record.
But still we are able to create the Consignment Po referencing the consignment contract with the old price validity period ending 31.7.2008.
Even the system has not given any warning message or stopped the user to make the Po though the price validity has expired.
In future how can we prevent this case?
Is there any message that can be populated at the time of Po creation if this case happens.
What shall we do with the goods that have come for the PO from 1.8.2008 to 10.8.2008, they are still lying in consignment Godown, he have not made any withdrawal against these POs.

i have tried this scenario in the test environment. i just happened with me. i have a consignment info record with the validity period which expired. even with that i could make PO and do GR. it didnt allowed me to do GI to my own stock. at that time it gave me the error that the consignment price is not maintained.
if you see by logic PO and GR could be possible for consignment stock or order. the liabilities are only created when we issue goods from consignment stock to own stock. at that time we need the price of the stock since we are not going to receive any invoice from the vendor about the price of the stock. its taken from info records.
please correct me if i am wrong.

UDO - Update and Add Data

I have some weeks killing my brain trying to write an UDO through code but I don't know how to...
Here is my situation:
I need to write an UDO when an invoice is added, this is going to be like an historic about some UDF and some invoice information. I need an UDO because the client can't edit this information.
I'm tired, I tried UDT but this give me a error (You have to chose the series from the menu....), I have no way with the UDO object because it is only for metadata, I can't execute an Insert or update (update after adding data with the default form) and I need this process automatically.
I need some urgent Help.... D:

Hello:
You have to do it through RecordSet. It is not posible with UDT. The problem is that you have to be sure the docentry and the docnum when you are going to maKe the insert. Later you cant add new entries by the default form because the information in ONNM is not correct because this information is updated automatically by SBO when you add a new entry and what you are doing is by recordset and it is not autorized by SAP that you update the information of your UDO Docentry.

How to create a bapi to update and add record 2 abap r3 table created by me

i have created a abap r3 table and i now want to insert records into it through SAP netweaver(Web-Dynpro). So i need a bapi to udate and insert records in the abap r3 table.if someone can please tell me how to create the bapi..coz i handel the EP part and dont know much about abap.

BAPIs are defined as API methods of SAP business object types.
A BAPI is implemented as a function module, that is stored and described in the Function Builder.
To create BAPI you are supposed to do following steps :
1) create package in SE80.
2) create function group in SE80.
3) create function module in SE37(REMOTE ENABLE) & relased it .
       write your logic in that FM.
4) Go in SWO1 to create Object type / object name (write the program name which is SE38 program generated in background )
5) Then go to SWO1
      Utilities -> Api methods -> ADD method
         write the name of FM which you have created & continue.
6) select your method
a) EDIT -> change release status -> object type -> implement
                                                                       -> released
b) EDIT -> change release status -> object type component-> implement
                                                                       -> released
7) go in BAPI & you will get your BAPI.

Price Date Datermination in consignment Info Records

We are using consignment with some vendors and we have defined consignment info records with them with different price conditions for different dates.
It is possible when transferring materials from consignment stock to our unrestricted stock, picking the price corresponding to date of the PO and not the price corresponding to the date of the transfer?
In the info records (ME!u201D) this issue can be performed with the field Price "Determination (Pricing) Date Control" set to vale "Purchase Order Date" I have tested it and it seems not to work with consignment info records

Consignment info record error

Dear All,
I have activated the Consignment prices via info-record setting in configuration. But still, when I create the PO for consignment the info-record number does not get populated in the PO. During 411 K the price is not determined, during settlement via MRKO the price is shown as zero and the settlement is not completed.
I checked the all the master datas - Material/Vendor and the Purchase info record - I have maintained them correctly for consignment.
The PO has been created with the right material/vendor Purchase org combination.
I have maintained the message for output type KONS in MRM1
I still havent figured out why the consignment info record is not getting identified and populated in the PO and the price in the info-record is not getting detected. Can anybody help?

Please activate Consignment info records in SPRO -> MM-> General Settings for Materials Management -> Activate Consignment Info record ( Transaction code OMEV)
& Also check the valitidity condition periods date ranges in Condition record and Tax code.
Check the plant and Standard Purchasing Orgainsation assignments.
While posting the 411K system generated the accounting document or not?...
Please check it the above settings ..
Also check what material type have you posted in 411K?

does somebody have found a way so that the average price is updated if the material is "purchased" by consignment contract? (If I understand it right normally the average price should be s. th. like the price in the info record, at least over a long time period).

the MAP is used for your own stock, cvonsignment material is not owned by you, hence a receipt into consignment stock will not update the MAP.
A transfer from consignment to own should update the MAP.

   I have an urgent requirement to add an order item and pricing for VA01/VA02 when certain logic are met. Do you know a user-exit in VA01/VA02 to add sales order item and condition price for an order?
I am currently using user-exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE but I can only add the required order item to xvbap but I also need to add a condition code and condition price for the added item (in xkomv). Your response are very much appreciated.

I do updates and then have to reinstall previous versions - time and time again because of the number of unsupported add-ons

4 or 5 times I've updated Firefox only to have to reinstall the previous version due to incompatibility with add-ons / plug-ins / toolbars. I'm not a big user of Toolbars but I have some add on I use daily.
The last 3 times I did a "suggested by Firefox" update I've had to reinstall a previous version from my saved files in order to use Firefox. This problem has caused me to return to IE as my default browser - but unwillingly.
My current setup is Firefox 4.0.1 Beta and I had to reinstall a version 3 in the Firefox folder until addons starting working in this 4.0.1 Beta. However 4.0.1 has always hung up, even opening a tab and ceases to respond; sometimes for minutes.
I run Win XP - SP3 Dell Pentium 4 - 3.0ghz with 4 gigs of DDR2 - GX520. So it's not an equipment problem - (I have 4 PC's on my home LAN - although each serves it's purpose and seldom are 2 used at the same time.
When I installed 4.0.1 and then reinstalled 3.x ... I've been hoping for an update --- I love Firefox - have ever since first use - and then today I saw the update versions had jumped from 4 all the way to 7. I was enthused.
Same issue. On install over the V 3.x it showed 6 items of add-ons that were incompatible. I did not remove the V 7 ... I simple reopened the 4.0.1 beta. I use it for single page browsing as tabs locks it up or slows it to a crawl.
I'm having to continue using IE as my default --- I always keep a backup browser, but I don't care for much of anything that has an MS on it's name.
I've never posted to Mozilla ... but the idea crossed my mind over a year ago when I updated and had to back-up and reinstall. WHY can't a program precede the update to check for compatibility, just as an upgrade adviser from one OS to another?
This was the biggest list of all. NET Framework Assistant, Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, Roboform ... there were 2 others. I don't use the Yahoo Toolbar. I have Google Toolbar installed but keep it hidden except when I need it (for Page Rank, etc., I work websites).
But I won't use a browser that doesn't support AI Roboform.
I honestly love Firefox. I code webpages - .asp, .html and do SEO ... but I don't know the difficulty of writing even a small application. Would it be too difficult to have a small program that would check for these add-on incompatibilities before installing the updates.
I was impressed with 4.0.1 beta until I realized that opening a new window or tab bogged it down.
I want Firefox back but not with band-aids and work-around bandages. Is there a version between 4.0.1 and v7 which I tried tonight that would support my plug-ins / add-on. My experience with Firefox using versions up to 3.x has been great. But for months and months I open 4.0.1 and open my TV guide at ZapIt and then I've had to use IE 8 for all my web browsing.
My most important add-on is for Roboform and 2nd would be for Google Toolbar - but on a scale of 1-10 Roboform is a 10+ and Google Toolbar a 3.
If this post does not go to the support team at Firefox then how would I go about suggesting an Update Adviser prior to installing an update?
Anyone with a flexible solution - even short term - that would allow me to see Firefox improvements since the v4 I'm using would be more appreciated than I could ever express.
Since I've never posted before I'm not even sure how I'll get a response or be able to see any responses. Something during the registration said I could get an email when a reply was posted.

First, create a separate login on your computer for your friend. Do this BEFORE you do anything else. Next, make sure iTunes is up to date. Then:
1. Disable auto sync when an iPod/iPhone is connected under Preferences>Devices in iTunes.
2. Make sure you have one contact & one event in the supported applications(Address Book, iCal) on your computer. These entries can be fake, doesn't matter, the important point is that these programs not be empty.
3. Connect her phone, iTunes running, do not sync at this point.
4. Store>Authorize this computer.
5. File>Transfer Purchases(To make sure all purchased content on her phone will be in her itunes library).
6. Right click in the device pane & select reset warnings.
7. Right click again and select backup.
8. Right click again & select restore from backup, select the backup you just made. When prompted to create another backup, decline.
9. This MUST be followed by a sync to restore her itunes content, which you select from the various tabs, You'll get a popup regarding her contacts & calendars asking to merge or replace, select merge.
You should be good to go.
