Forgot password and haven't set up a reset password USB or floppy disk

Hi there, I havent used my laptop for over 2 years and I have forgotten my password. I dont have a password reset wizard- but why isnt it showing me my password hint?? It has it under where I type in my password but doesnt show all of it and doesnt let me click on it. Is there any other way to reset my password??

You might try one of the free reset tools here: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/tp/passrecovery.htm You could also take a more radical approach and do a Factory reset to get it back to out-of-box state. F11 immediately after powering on. This would of course wipe out any personal files or added programs. Not sure which OS you are running so here are instructions for both. start mail then:
Preferences> Accounts> click the [+] icon and fill in the blanks.
select POP account

Can reset aironet 1310 password and keep Previous setting

HI...I got 4 aironet 1310ï¼but i don't have password into Eanble mode!!
I follow this document "Password Recovery Procedure for the Cisco Aironet Equipment.pdf" to recovery password.
It succeed reset password to defaultï¼but it also reset Previous setting to defalut.
Can I reset aironet 1310 password and keep Previous setting? Plz!!
I really need help for this,thanks.

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.

is your wifi network 100% open then?
if your router have a default name rather then one you set
then maybe it's trying to connect to another wifi network with the same name
or just another wifi network all together

It needs the user password for the wireless router, that would have been set by whomever installed the router, if that was you then try to find the password. If you can not find the password reset the router to factory default and set it up again.

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

If your device is signed into an old ID of yours that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).
