Hola equipo del Foro, tengo una duda alguien sabe cual es la funcionalidad de la funcion sentence que aparece en el layout de impresion?

la función Sentence separa las líneas de un campo texto.
Por ejemplo tenemos un campo de texto F_100 con tres líneas:
12345
67890
Si añadimos la función sentence(F_100, 1), el PLD mostrará 12345.
Si añadimos la función sentence(F_100, 2), el PLD mostrará -
Si añadimos la función sentence(F_100, 3), el PLD mostrará 67890.

I am going to figure out in Java console to read from a file for specific word from each line and how to make it output in correct way. I know already to make input/file codes.

Olá,
No Layout padrão do SAP, para impressão do livro diário, tem um campo de variável (F_252, na Área de repetição 0) com varável 606, mas ele não funciona e não está na lista de variáveis disponível no site,( pelo menos eu não encontrei)
1) - Existe uma lista com varáveis específico para o livro Diário?
2) - Os campos F_220, F_221, F_201 e F_202 dependem do campo F_252 para ser exibido, mas não exibe.
A funcionalidade desses campo é:
F_220 - Trazer a soma total de Débido até a página anterior
F_221 - Trazer a soma total de Crédito até a página anterior
F_201 - Trazer a soma total de Créditos da página atual
F_202 - Trazer a soma total de débidos da página atual
O pach que estou usando é 2007B Pach 13
3) - Se não tiver como usar essa variável como fazer para exibir os canmpo acima, no print?

2. Esses campos tem funcionalidades internas no próprio PLD, nem sempre significa que não funciona.
3. A melhor maneira é utilizar o Crystal Reports for SAP Business One. Neste momento é somente liberada para a release 8.8 que ainda está em ramp-up, mas que se prevê estar disponível nos próximos meses para o mercado.

Nao estou conseguindo colocar acentos no firefox, meu teclado eh Brasil - ABNT2 e funciona normalmente com outros navegadores e programas, mas no firefox nao.

Meu layout de teclado é o Brasil - ABNT2 e funciona corretamente dentro do Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel ou qualquer outro programa, mas dentro do Firefox não consigo colocar qualquer acento, e o "Ç" funciona normalmente, aqui no caso esta mensagem foi enviada através do Firefox, mas o texto foi copiado e colado a partir do Word...!
O layout esta selecionado corretamente e usando a codificação Unicode (UTF-8) a pagina é exibida corretamente, e ao ler outros foruns com duvidas semelhantes, o pessoal costuma recomendar a troca para Ocidental (ISO-8859-1) e nestes caso, os acentos já existentes na pagina exibida também ficam incorretos, como pode ser visto no link abaixo:

I have 2 tables:
1) Lookup table- "Names"- which contains ID# and product description (~100 names that can change).
2) Data table- "Data"- which contains a column with sentences and within lies also the description. In addition, there is a quantity column.
Example:

4 Metal for construction
100 Hydro therapy products
And Data table-

How do I use the Scanner class to read in sentence as 1 string?

From my code:

System.out.println("Message: " + message + " will be used for the simulation");I would like to store the user input as 1 string in the variable message; even if the user enters an entire sentence with whitespace. However, using next() does not do this (I believe it auto delimits at white space) and using nextLine() does not let the user even enter text. The command line looks like this:
Enter message:
Message: will be used for the simulation
I tried fiddling around with setting the delimit but the program would then hang after the user typed something. I'm assuming there's a simple way to do this that I'm missing.
This is part of a larger program which expects String message to be one string with all the user input. Thanks.

Maybe you are confusing things somewhere but your code runs fine replacing next() with nextLine()

if u add an attribute to master data and that field is not getting populated from source system and you want to get it populated dynamically we can write look up code in routine such as getting data from some other master data table.
1. Can you clarify what this sentence really mean? Any examples?
2. Why is it that in some cases when you modify master data, you dont have to write a routine to populate it with data but in some cases you do?
e.g. in the quote it says, if the attribute is not getting populated, why will it in some cases and others not?
3. Please explain in particular ..to get it populated dynamically we can write look up code in routine..
4. Any hints on writing a look up code? Any example?

I would understand the sentence you stated as related to load of TRANSACTION DATA (not populating the MASTER DATA) -- and aTripple k example (a good one) shows me that s/he treat it similarly.
When you are retreiving a lot of data from the transaction system (R/3) you may really not getting values of some infoobjects. However, if the infoobject is an attribute of another infoobject which value we have in incoming data, we may get the value of the attribute from master data of main (basic) infoobject. For this you either may use the mentioned functional module (must be accessable through SE37 t-code) or write a lookup routine.

The computer is mine, the internet I use is payed by me with a password. I did not give permission to anyone to use my computer or share my files.

I want to use the SUBMIT sentence to call the WRP1 transaction, but how can I control the second screen after the SUBMIT to the 1000 screen??.
This because the first screen of this transaction is returning me to the second one, and I need to hit the execute button at the second screen.

That won't work using SUBMIT...You will be able to at most SKIP FIRST SCREEN but cannot execute button on second screen.
Here is work around
Create a small Z program which will have BDC recoridng for WRP1 first screen and record Execute action on second screen..Submit your Z program from your current program
