FURIOUS! refurbished replacement, only 5 months down the line, LCD is broken. Sales Of Goods Act, i want the years warranty i paid for not 90 days, AM I BEING UNREASONABLE?!?!

Paid £120 for a replacement iPhone 3GS 16GB White around 6 months ago, ONLY TWO MONTHS afterwards it seemed to think it was stuck on a docking station, so I got another replacement as it was virtually unusable! Of course I got scammed, and was given a refurbished unit, instead of another new one, after paying £120 as a student for a new one to avoid any further issues! I CANNOT afford a new phone and I am FURIOUS that I may not have the years warranty I practically paid for by buying a new unit that only worked to its full functionality for 2 MONTHS, to get a replacement with only 90 days warranty, how is that right? NOT ONLY SHOULD I GET A BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT AGAIN BUT I SHOULD ALSO HAVE MY YEARS WARRANTY I AM MOST CERTAINLY ENTITLED TO!
Personally I think this is an outrage, and I believe I am entitled to the years warranty I paid for, and a replacement now as my 5-6 month iPhone's LCD has decided to completely pack in possibly costing me £30 for a new, none-genuine LCD that I would have to trust myself to replace.
I deserve my full warranty, I feel like I have been scammed by a huge company that couldn't care less whether their products reach the customer with the sales of goods act i'm mind at all.
I think this is an outrage, and hope to be reassured by somebody on here.
thank you for taking the time to read my post,
yours sincerely, Olly.

thank you for your reply! I hope you are accurate in what you are saying, I have not voided my warranty in any way, the iPhone I paid for had a fault that meant, for some reason not only did it think it was constantly on a docking station, meaning the speakers nor the volume would work, but it would overheat when charging, this was nothing that I did to the iPhone.
so in that case I am still covered by the years warranty?
this is great if I am, although I thought all refurbished replacements only had a 90 day warranty. so if you need a replacement, you've only got 90 days for a component to break in order to get a replacement, which I think is unfair in every way as a refurbished replacement is even more likely to go wrong, not only that but it is more likely to go wrong in a smaller amount of time too!
