Get state of checkbox in customized JFileChooser

I have built a custom JFileChooser that displays a JCheckBox as an accessory component.
// build an accessory panel for the file chooser
JPanel accesoryPanel = new JPanel(new GridLayout(2, 1));
accesoryPanel.setBorder(BorderFactory.createTitledBorder("Export options"));
JCheckBox checkbox = new JCheckBox ("Copy symbol files", isCopySymbolsDuringExportEnabled);
accesoryPanel.add (checkbox);
JFileChooser fc = new JFileChooser("c:\\temp");
fc.setFileSelectionMode(JFileChooser.DIRECTORIES_ONLY);
fc.setAccessory(accesoryPanel);
int returnVal = fc.showDialog(null, "Choose export directory");
exportDirectory = fc.getSelectedFile().getPath();
How do I refer to the checkbox to see whether the user checked it or not?

Nevermind. As soon as I hit send I realized I can simply do
isCopySymbolsDuringExportEnabled= checkbox.isSelected();

Just check the Field Catalog you have maintained for the List and check for the Options.
also in the Grid Layout that you are maintaining just try these:
data:   g_layout        TYPE lvc_s_layo,           " Grid Layout
constants:    c_flag(4)       TYPE c VALUE 'FLAG',       " FLAG field
                    c_a             TYPE c VALUE 'A',              " Value 'A'
In building layout:
g_layout-sel_mode    = c_a.
g_layout-excp_fname = c_flag.

I would like to customize JFileChooser to display a panel with some text above the folder browse section.
Is this possible... if so, could anyone provide some sample code on how to get this started?

GET statement and internal table

Hi community,
I use the GET statement and I want to use some older code segments.
I read somewhere that I can use the result of GET like an internal table.
So I tried to get the content of bsid into my internal table it_bsid. But that doesn't seem to work.
Do you have any advice in this?
I wanted to do the following:
TABLES:
        KNA1,
        BSID,
        BKPF.
DATA:
      it_bsid TYPE TABLE OF bsid WITH HEADER LINE,
      is_bsid LIKE LINE OF it_bsid,
GET bsid.
LOOP AT bsid.
APPEND it_bsid.
ENDLOOP.
-or-
GET bsid.
LOOP AT bsid INTO is_bsid.
APPEND is_bsid TO it_bsid.
ENDLOOP.
But in both cases I get an error.
' "VERSION ... ." expected after "BSID" '
Do you know what is the reason for that?

Hi Tobias,
first you have to assign a logical database which has BSID to your program (in program attributes).
Then GET is the event triggered by the next BSID record according to your selection. You can not LOOP here but you may append to an internal table. This table may be processed using LOOP in the END-OF-SELECTION event.
Read some documentation about LDB [Logical Databases|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_01/helpdata/en/f0/ca4584260211d28a430000e829fbbd/content.htm] - it may help to understand the concept of this obsolete technique.

I am so irritated that I cannot discuss my phone issues with a manager. I get supervisors that aren't the smartest, Never return their calls, even though I get plenty of promises. also customer service people who make corrections on my account but never actually do? Only the negative notes are entered into your account so that the next rep has the upper hand in dealing with us. Each step up is really only to the next cubicle. There are no real managers or supervisors. These are call centers you can't see. I tried for a month to get to talk to someone about a problem with my 5th replacement in 10 months only to be handed over to a tier 3 tech...yeah right. The best they could do was an early edge upgrade, for which was a common thing to suggest in any situation. Basically, they try it one way, then pass you off to tier 2 with another option, usually a sales pitch, then the almighty tier 3 who reside above all else and make all the decisions...if you agree to change plans and buy the one phone they are pushing that month.

If the OP wants to use a selection as a "custom shape", then creating a mask by clicking on the Add a Mask icon at the bottom of Layer panel (third in from left) is preferable to inverting the selection and deleting pixels.

Getting processing log for our custom output triggering FM?

VA02 > Extras>Header>Output>Edit --- Triggering an custom IDOC
Stadnard SAP output programs shows IDOC number on output processing log. But, our custom programs/FMs the one we use to trigger on order IDOC, don't show the processing log. How to get this processing log for custom FMs just like standard SAP?

I am sending my custom IDOC by using FM 'MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE', if it went well (sending successfully - status is '03') in next step am using PERFORM FILL_NAST_PROTOCOL(ROIKCALE) routine.
But, when i checked the PROCESSING LOG of the associated green latest item in VA02/03>Extras>OP>Header>Edit....am getting a message that "No processing log exists"
How to get/see my IDOC #?
when i saw the F1, it says, "System logging has been de-activated for the selected output type (use settings in Customizing for current application for the selected output type)"
When i checked the settings in NACE (and then clicking lense), they are fine.
Am i seeing correctly to get/know the generated IDOC #?

these two notes, can not solve the issue.
Executed following action plans:
1. Backup custom.pll file on your issued instance(DEV instance).
2. Copy a custom.pll files from a working environments(i.e. PROD instance) to this issued instance(DEV instance).
3. Compile the new copied Library CUSTOM.pll manually by running the command:
f60gen module=CUSTOM.pll userid=APPS/APPS output_file=$AU_TOP/resource/CUSTOM.plx module_type=library batch=no compile_all=special4. The $FORMS60_PATH needs to be in sync with the the Context.xml specifically the s_f60path variable
i.e >/oracle/apps/test10appl/au/11.5.0/resource:/oracle/apps/test10appl/au/11.5.0/resource/stub</FORMS60_PATH>
5. Run Autoconfig instantiate the changes.
Issue still exists.

I don't quite understand "only one copy of CUSTOM.plx in the PATH directories", what is PATH directories? How to check? You mean environment variable?

action to checkbox? don't think i've ever heard of anyone doing that before. Sounds like the OP needs something but didn't explain the problem well. But if you really do want to call an action when the user clicks a checkbox (sounds like a bad idea to me but whatever) then yeah, you can use JavaScript

One thing that I finally had to do when I got my phone on MotoMaker was to buy it outright, after getting an account with Motorola--that way I could get a customized one with 32GB storage. I recall that I could not get it in that size with the usual contract term with Verizon. The Edge option for some reason was not available to me either, don't recall why.
But by buying it through Motorola credit, I could spread the purchase price over 12 months--kind of Edge lite. Then when my contract status changed over to month-to-month instead of the old-fashioned 2 year system, my line charges went down to $15 per month, as it would using the Edge option.
