Get two things fixed on my iPhone 5 by apple
I have dust under my iphone 5 camera lens and apple has sent me a empty box to put my iPhone 5 in and send it to get it repaired, but is it possible to get two things fixed?, because I have notised lately that my iphones ON/off button is malfunctioning? And I cant find a place to tell apple that...
So then I have nothing to be worried about?

If you have a mix of purchased and ripped music, then you need to sync what you want from your iTunes, which you should consider the central database for such files. You should have all your music there. -

How can I get a movie taken with my iPhone onto my Apple TV?
It was my mistake before that I couldn't get it synced. The video file was copied to iPhoto when I synced my iPhone. I tried to export the file to my desktop, but I had the export set to JPG instead of "original" file format. After I exported the file properly (it shows that is a .MOV file), it then loaded into iTunes and subsequently synced with my Apple TV. Thanks to all for the discussion.

When my wife receives a call and her screen is locked she gets two choices. Remind me and answer. When I get a call, I get 3 buttons. Remind me, message and answer. Both are iPhone 4S with ios7. Is there some setting to fix this? I thought the phones were set up identically.

My lock button isn't working. I am using the assistive touch thing right now. Can I get my phone fixed or replaced?
Rice is hit or miss but if you can (assuming you live in a home with a furnace) sit it up with the speakers facing down on an air flow register for about 10 minutes. The heat from the furnace will not harm the sensitive components and will dry the phone out nicely including the display layers. DO NOT USE a hair blower! The iPhone is capable of drying out much more easily than phones with removable backs as the iPhone while sumbermeged in liquid (for a short time) will take on limited moisture hence can be dried and keep on keeping on. My dauhter dropped her iPhone 5 in a toilet and it was fine after spending 24 hours in rice and 10 minutes on the air register while the furnace was producing heat.
One last thing. DO NOT POWER ON the phone until the drying out efforts have been completed and certainly DO NOT plug it in. -
Getting two preordered iphones delivered today, are they specfic to the lines or will I add the phone numbers in the set up process? Do I have to be careful which phone is set up for each number or doesn't it matter?

I am getting a pop up on my iPhone 4S asking password of my iCloud even though I feed the password but still keep on asking the same thing every second so I am not able to use my iPhone.at various times it asks different passwords.
Curretly, there is an iCloud blackout. It started this morning around 2AM California time (Pacific), 5AM New York (Eastern). A lot of people have been having issues all day, including me. No iCloud services are online. Even Find My iPhone is down.

I tried getting the update for my new iphone and now it is asking me to activate it again but won't let me, how do I fix this? I had started using it for a few hours and tried getting the update and now it won't let me activate the phone. I also can't call the helpline because it won't let me leave this screen on the phone that says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes." What it says on iTunes after I fill out the activation info is "There was a problem activating your iPhone. Please contact Verizon Wireless at 1-800-922-0204 to have this iPhone added to your account. Click Continue to be able to explore its features and the App Store." Please help this is driving me nuts!

I downloaded pictures onto my iPhone from computer twice by mistake now when i uncheck/sync then check and sync again i keep getting two lots of pics..how can i get just the one set again? thnx

All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the iPhone's Photo Library regardless if you select a single album or folder of photos to be transferred or multiple albums or folders. The photos on the albums or folders of photos include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. The photos are not duplicated taking up double the storage space. This way you can view the photos in an album or folder of photos only by selecting the album or folder, or all photos in all albums or folders by selecting Photo Library.
Makes more sense when transferring multiple albums or folders of photos which cannot be changed when transferring only a single album or folder of photos.
The same applies with iTunes and music playlists. A song can't be in a playlist unless it is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song. -
Ok I can't seem to get my apps,music, or photos from my iCloud from when I first setup iCloud on a iPhone 4. How do I get my things back from the iCloud and get them to my new device?
If you no longer have the phone or have any Backup of it at all, you can re-download your apps and your content from the iTunes Store by logging into your Apple ID at settings> iTunes & App Store. Unfortunately you can no longer recover the data that was associated with those apps.
So far as your photos go, you can recover any photos that were in photo stream and taken less than 30 days ago by logging in with your Apple ID to settings> iCloud> photos. Unfortunately you will be unable to recover any photos from your camera roll. -
