Getting both intensity AND postion information on particles with IMAQ

Greetings-
I am trying to use IMAQ to analyze images which contain "particles". I have no problem making a binary mask that contains only the particles of interest and using "IMAQ Particle Analysis" to give me an array containing the (X,Y) locations of the centers of these particles.
I also have no problem converting the binary mask to a 16 bit image in which each particle has its own unique label. I then use this labeling image and the original greyscale image as inputs to "IMAQ Quantify" so that I obtain the average greyscale density for each particle.
Here is my problem: the two data sets are completely divorced. I need correlate the density information for a given particle with its location in the image.
Can anyone suggest a solution? (I am running 8.0)

Let me suggest the following:
The "IMAQ Particle Analysis" VI is going to return an array(1) that contains the coordinates for the centre of mass for each particle. Assuming that your 16-bit greyscale mask is done correctly, this means that every pixel within a particle shares the same value, and every particle will have its own unique16-bit value.
You also have an array(2) of densities that you found using "IMAQ Quantify", which are indexed according to the particle values.
What you need to do, is to create a for loop whose number of executions is controller by the number of items in Array 1 or Array 2 (# particles you have). You can pass N the array size or just use auto-indexing. Use the "IMAQ GetPixelValue" VI, and pass it the coordinates for each centre of mass (array 1). Provided that your particles do not have odd shapes, and that the centre of mass is included as part of this particle (and not in a hole), the VI will return the corresponding 16-bit greyscale value. Use the Index Array function, the returned value of "IMAQ GetPixelValue" and the Density Array to get the density value for that centre of mass. You can then build an Array with all the information that you want to correlate.

In Firefox Options / Privacy be sure "Remember download history" is checked. To see all of the options on that panel, "Firefox will" must be set to "Use custom settings for history".
To find your OS information, on your Windows desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, choose Properties, under System on that small window is info about your OS.

The best way is to not share Apple IDs but also make sure under Settings & Messages on both devices that only one phone number is checked.

What model iPad do you have? If it's an iPad 1, the battery may have expired and needs replacement.

When I import the films in iMovie I have been asked if I want to change to frame rate 30 (instead of 25). I have chosen 30.
Could it be the setting of a frame rate 60 in my camcorder that causes jerkiness when panning or what else?

Sounds like something is running in the background. Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar. Hold down one of the icons until they start to wiggle and you see a minus sign. Tap on the minus signs and close all of the applications there. Then tap on the home button to close the bar.
Now reset the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if this is corrected. If not, then the next step is a restore, first from a backup, and lastly if needed as a new device. It is possible you may have to do it as a new device as there may be a corrupt file that will carry over from the backup that is causing the behavior you describe.

Getting BOTH start and end points of a mouse drag

I looked up the api's for MouseMotionListener and I couldn't find any way to get both the start and end coordinates of a drag. Any ideas?

I think it'll still work, just perform two jobs in the event handler -- one to register the event to test for drag, continued by whatever you wanted to do with that capture.
I can't think of some case that it wouldn't. However there might be just special cases. Perhaps you would like to tell us what you intend to do.

Trouble getting both audio and video out of 2009 MBP.

I had this working fine a few months ago, and then upgraded to a Pioneer elite stereo, now either audio or video work, but not simultaneously, even if I connect video to TV directly and audio to stereo directly, I can't get both to work it's either or. I've set the stereo to accept the optical input, and as I said above, it doesn't even work if I connect the audio to the stereo only while the video goes to the TV. Really seems to be a software issue, any ideas?

the receiver will need to be set so the tv is one of the optical inputs. so that is why you are only hearing one or the other. the tv expects to get sound from a different source other then your opical input.
on my jvc there is a setting where I tell the receiver. The tv sound is digital so it'll find the digital signal and associate it to the tv sound.
What is your exact model receiver I'm sure there is a PDF of the instructions online.

Error in getting both Text and Key of infoobject

I am working on BI 7.0 & BO XI 3.1, SP 3 and FP 3.6.
I have a requirement where in I have Infoobjects in BW like Internal Sales
Rep, External Sales Rep, External Manager in BW. I have infocube where I
have all these reps & keyfigures. I create BEx Query from the infocube and
was able to see Key and Text in BEx Query & RSRT but I can't see that Key
value in Webi report.
Note: I don't have Masterdata configured for Internal Sales Rep, External
Sales Rep, External Manager. These data comes directly from data source to
BW infocube. All the reps are referenced to 0PERSON infoobject in BI 7.0

yes, it is possilble that, you can disply label for both key and text for a characteristics in Bex query, but for this you have to do small modification in modelling, here is one example:
Create one custom 'z' InfoObject lets say ZCUSTOMER with Reference Characteristic of 0CUSTOMER and add it to the data target, map it with same field for which 0CUSTOMER is mapped and load data into target (DSO, cube) or if you are reporting on multiprovider then assign it.
Because ZCUSTOMER is created with reference of 0CUSTOMER and mapped with the same source field , ZCUSTOMER will act as copy of 0CUSTOMER.
In query designer drag 0CUSTOMER and ZCUSTOMER. change display setting
0CUSTOMER display as Key only
ZCUSTOMER display as Text only.
You can apply this for all master characteristics.
Hope this will resolve your problem, because i have faced same requirement and implemented the same.

In my current scneario, we are using Siteminder for SSO setup.. And in this process, after authentication and authorization, they are going to append the user information and group information of the user into a HTTP header and it will be sent back to our presentation services.. We have to extract the user information and group information from the http header.
My HTTP header will look like as follows..

SM_USERDN CN=Firstname\, Lastname\, xyz, OU=GPO-Low Level Security,OU=Domain Users,OU=BU FDT,

And also if anyone explain me the overall working of SSO in detail like how presentation services will make a connection to BI server( I guess using Impersonator User), and also how our BI server will read the URL from presentation services and the over all working flow in our OBIEE..
