Getting empty lines while printing a form

HI ,
I am working with a smart form related to Physical inventory document.
While displaying the items in the list, there is some issue.
It is displaying 1 blank line, 1 line item, again 1 blank line, 1 line item..like that.
It is displaying all the line items but with blank line after every line item.
The balnk lines should n't be dispalyed.
Could any one help me in this regard.

As Florian Kemmer said, there is a blank line in your table in the smartform.
Before posting any question check throughly and post. Dont ask basic questions.

Getting special character while saving adobe form from portal

I am getting Special character while saving adobe form. I am using webdynpro java application, in which I am using download file UI element.We are facing this issue after support packs were implemented in staging system.

We have ABAP system as backend system seperately and Single sign on is configured.
when we access the portal with domain name line http://hostname.domain/52000/irj/portal, we are able to access the adobe form which is develope on abap system without any issue.
but our issue started when we are trying to access portal only with hostname as http://hostname:52000/irj/portal
we are able to login to portal but when we are trying to open the adobe form we are getting error
No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password
Since you have configured SSL, I assume that this configuration is done with fully qualified hotsname. Hence the certificate is generated based on this hostname.
Now when you access your portal without typing fully qualified hostname, system is unable to locate a relevant certificate. Hence it lands up with a message "No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it is not secure to send a password"

I am getting an error while printing the invoice(smartform)
"Error in spool C call: Error from TemSe..."
it gives one pop also saying... Work process restarted; Session terminated.

Not getting Landscape format while printing the file.

How do I get multiple lines to print for a blank text field so that it can be filled in by hand?

I have to design forms that are fillable electronically and by hand. The problem that I am running in to is supplying multiple lines that will print for people that are hand filling the form. I have tried to add an image of lines behind the text field, but these would get in the way when the form was filled in electronically.
I am using LiveCycle Designer ES2 v. 9.0 on a Windows machine.

Ok.
Take a textfield
Go to Object | Allow multiple lines
Go to Layout | Height | activate "Expand to fit"
Go to the initialize-Event or readyform (You have to change the _ for your textfield)     this.rawValue = "___________\n___________\n___________";
Go to the enter-Event   this.rawValue = null;
Go to the exit-Event
          if(this.rawValue == null)
                this.rawValue = "___________\n___________\n___________";
          }else{}
With this solution you can simulate the same as pattern see above.

Skip the empty line while processing

Hi all
i'm reading from a file and i want to skip the empty line and process the line which has some data, but it seem that i doesnot process the "\n"as an empty line
for example i have the following data
i went to school
(empty line)
5 days a week
(empty line)
and i have the following code

             if(line!="\n")
                  codes=line.split("   ");

i have a file which has several sentences but the spaces between these sentences are not unique i.e some time 3 empty lines some times more or less
i have a code to make all the spaces just 1 between any sentece but it work with system.out.print but not with files any ideas

but when i copy the same image in Ms Word 2007 and print it from there. the paper is clean without lines. its strange. while i have anyother printer HP Laserjet Color CP1025 attached with same computer . i print the same image from CP1025 from Windows Photo viewer, its clean from there without lines. can any one help me out from this issue

Loosing Empty Line In Print

The topic summary pretty much says it all. Although my
paragraphs are formatted within RoboHelp, properly separated, with
an enter I believe, when the document is printed these empty lines
are gone and the paragraphs are right up against each other.
Any suggestions?

Are we talking about the difference between how things look
in the online help and when you generate a printed document?
If Yes, what option are you selecting in the last page of the
print wizard? (Use CSS Styles or Word template).
If No, what printed output are you referring to.

Error while printing the form in CO03

When I try to print using "CO03", I'm getting the following:
"Output is continuous or contains too many pages (>4)"
and the form is not getting printed.

Blank lines while printing Address

Hi,
We are facing an issue in smartforms w.r.t address display.
We are passing address number which will get all the fields relevant for displaying, but a blank line is coming between two fields for the same address number( Say the fields are "Street/House No" & "PostalCode/City") which should not come.
In Scripts, we can remove this using the option "No Blank Lines". Is there anything similar to that in forms?
Please provide solution if you have any for this.

Text in ADOBE form not printing while printing the form

Hi All,
I have created an adobe form and am trying to trigger an output linked to the form. The problem is that the output that gets triggered does not show some of the texts which are existing in the form.
So although the values are coming correctly the overall output becomes incorrect as the text goes missing. Let me know if you have any pointers to the issue I am facing.

First of all you need to put this question in Adobe Form related Forums.
Problems can be many in this case.
1: Overflow subform not selected.
2: Some condition failing in the text or subform.
3: Incorrect nesting of subforms.
Mainly your problem will be with the subforms , so you need to croos check all the subforms which you have used to hold data.

Printing Horizontal Grid lines while Printing

I am using the ALV to print some data, where in after printing I am able to see only the vertical grid lines and not the horizontal grid lines between each row. can somebody throw inputs on this as how to acheive the same. will appreciate for quick responses.
