Getting rid of 'NaN' in view

Question

Hi,
I have a Collapsed List view in my dashboard based on a calculation, which will output a value (supposed to be a percentage) e.g 100. The calculation is the following:
(Count(ItemStatus)/TotalItems)*100
I have a filter in place and whenever the data in the data object that this View querys, falls out of the filter, then I get a 'NaN' in the display. Is there any way that I can simply have it displaying 'No Values'? (I have selected this option in the View Properties but it doesn't seem to be working).
The other questions I had were, is it possible to have WHERE clauses incorporated into your COUNT calculation in BAM? i.e. using the above calculation, I would like to do a COUNT where the ItemStatus equals PROCESSED? And also, at the moment the value is outputing as a straight integer when it should have a percentage sign next to it. I try setting the Value Format to a Percentage but it doesnt give the correct output. Is there a way around to achieve this?

The Data Object is as follows:

Then, in my report, I have created a 'Collapsed List' view with the following key settings in the View properties:
Firstly, In the 'Data' section I created a Calculated Field called 'Total Orders' to count total number of orders. This is just Count(ID).
Then, I have created another Calculated Field, 'Incomplete Percentage' as follows: (Count(Status)/TotalItems)*100 . In 'Data Fields', I selected only this 'Incomplete Percentage'
In 'Properties' section, I checked 'Show When List Empty' box with the following statement included: 'No Data For Today'
Then, in 'Filters', I have set up a filter to only include rows where 'ProcessStartTime' is within the current time period_current DAY.
**I understand the formula for 'IncompletePercentage' is incorrect as all it's doing is counting the number of statuses (4) by 'TotalItems' (4) and multiplying by 100 to give a percentage. So the answer will always be 100, hence why I am ALSO looking at how I can only count 'Incomplete' statuses and ensure the calculation correctly gives you Incomplete Order Percentage. I don't think I can put a Filter Condition based on this as you suggested because that won't then allow me to Count the Total Orders.
To the problem regarding NaN. Because I have a filter to only include rows where the 'ProcessStartTime' is within the Current_DAY, when we get to the following day (so in BAM, when the clock goes to 01/5/2010 00:00), the output of this Collapsed List View displays NaN. It should be displaying 'No Data For Today' as no rows match the Filter Condition set.
