A virus wiped all of the software off of my computer and destroyed it. I bought a new computer. How do I get my existing adobe 10xpro on the new computer?

HT1766 Recently i had to get a new computer due to my other one crashing. My question is, i was able to get itunes on the new computer, but it doesnt want to transfer my music library? How do i transfer the music from the phone to the computer?

File>Transfer Purchases in iTunes will transfer items purchased from the iTunes store.
If you have items from other sources (ripped CD's, etc.) on the phone, you can't transfer those without purchasing 3rd party software.
Restore the backup of your old computer or just copy the data from the old computer to the new one.

I entered. But it showed up that the serial number is valid, but the qualifying product could not be found. I could not be able to find Ver 11 from the list. What can I do?

The qualifying product is the older version that you owned before you purchased the upgrade to version. It is what qualifies you to use the less expensive upgrade version. So you need to select the older version and provide its serial number to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

There is no need to and you should not transfer Adobe applications between machines anyways because it doesn't work. Just install the Creative Cloud applications the same way you did originally on the old machine. You are allowed to have two working installations, so if you would like a backup available there is no need to remove the applications from the original machine.

If you have those purchases on an iPod, simply dock the iPod & you will be asked if you want to sync your purchases iPod back into iTunes.

Installing old software on a new computer

I have bought a new computer with windows 8, when I try to reinstall old adobe software on the new computer, I manage to install the Akamai installer SW, but then the installation procedure stops. I have tried several times. No success.
