Gift cards' PIN-code unreadable and payment team not answer my emails

Hey, Two weeks ago I bought 1 month Spotify Gift card amoung of 10€. When I tried to scratch PIN code area so I can see the code, It was unreadable. I immediately contacted Spotify payment team and they found the code and asked some security informations.
