Gigapower order status "pending" 2 weeks after installation.

Hi folks. I was thrilled to have gigapower service installed on Mon, July 20th, but have so far not recieved internet speeds consistent with gigapower. According to my order status summary, the installation is complete and order status is pending.  I've contacted customer service several times (3 times via phone and once over internet). Each time I've been assured that it will be fixed shortly. Instead, the service is still not activated after nearly two weeks. We do have internet connectivity, but not what we are signed up for. In addition, we've recieved several confusing emails and one snail mail about returning recievers we no longer possess and ones we are currently using-- no idea why. Also, our HBO GO won't log in any more at home... not sure what this has to do with the rest of the issues but this began after gigapower was installed. I'd appreciate any help with this-- the installation guy spent all day getting the new equipment set up, seems a pity that some kind of logistical issue is keeping the service from working!

    I wanted to order Skype number from Sydney-Australia (Number: 0050060) so I selected a number & 3 months payment option (without entering credit card details) and then I came to know that if we get subsciption first then there is some discount on skype number.
    So I first ordered subscription by entering creditcard details, Subscription order was delivered successfully. Then I returned to order skype number...but now its showing order status as pending. I tried again but this time radio button is on 1 month payment option and 3 months option is desabled. I ddin't proceed ahead. But now in my purchase histroy its showing another order with one month paymrnt option and its status as created.
    No amount has got deducted from my skype credit or bank credit card and I have not received the number yet (order 1 with 3 months payment option: status: pending & order 2 with 1 month payment option status: created & at number its showing as reserved for 19 days). 
    Tried to contact customer support but unable to reach and send the details about problem. Continue support request button on skype website is disabled.
    I want to get the number with discount for 3 months, so how can I make payment for it and get the number at the earliest? Experts Please help. Thanks.

  • Sales Order status still "Being processed" after invoice (3rd party sales)

    Dear SD gurus,
    Here's what is done so far:
    1. Create a sales order with one line (TAS item cat).
    2. Trigger PR to be created. Approved the PR.
    3. Create Purchase Order. Approve the PO.
    4. Perform MIRO.
    5. Create sales invoice based on sales order (billing based on supplier invoice).
    6. Invoice released to accounting
    Now, when I checked the sales order status, it's still showing "Being processed". However, invoice have already been created and released. I'm just wondering what else have I done wrongly. I believe the status should show "Completed" as well otherwise this order will keep showing up as outstanding in my sales order listing report.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    I had a looked at both the SAP Notes provided. Doesn't really apply in my situation. The Sales order was for 10 qty. My PR for 10 qty and I have also done a MIRO for 10 qty. even my sales invoice was for 10 qty.
    I do not want to configure it to follow the PO quantity because I need a control where only vendor has delivered the products to the customer only then I should invoice the customer accordingly. If I allow the invoice to be created based on the PO quantity then the control factor will be lost.
    I have yet to try the program that you recommended... will try that shortly.
    And yes ... since I'm using the standard sap TAS item cat ... the "relevance for delivery" is already turned off and the billing is "F"

  • Windows Server 2008 R2 Std Evaluation Copy showing 'License Expiry' message in just 2 weeks after installation

    I have downloaded an 'Evaluation' version of Win Server 2008 R2 Std.
    just 2 weeks back. This is a 180
    days evaluation copy. This has been installed on the Virtual box.
    Now after just 2 weeks, it is showing the message  - 'Windows License is expired'. It is getting automatically
    shutting down (that
    too an abrupt shutdown) after every hour or so without asking to save any work that is already in progress. As this is an 180 days' copy it should run at least for 180 days. Can anyone help me out to get this fixed? Thanks in advance.

  • Web Order Status

    Hi Guys
    I have an order on the Web Tools end that shows order status 'Pending' does anyone know what causes this status and how to resolve it.
    I have checked the synchmanager and the order does not appear in there.
    The account is not on hold
    The user is active
    There is nothing in the saved cart
    Help????

    The only way I know of for orders to be missing from the queue is if while a synch is running you click refresh logs and you get an error like "could not access log file .. blah blah". When this happens it seems to kill the current synch step ... so if you are in the order step and get the error then the rest of the orders don't get a chance to synch. The killer is that when the overall synch finishes and cleans up the queue it deletes all orders that didn't fail ... including those that didn't synch.
    I believe the latest version fixes this.
    To check other missing orders run this query
    Select * From OrderMaster where CartType = 'O' and (SynchId = '' OR SynchId = '0')
    This will tell you orders in WebTools that haven't synched yet .. they may be in the queue now waiting to synch but if not then they are missing

  • How to do order status should be completed even with partial delivery?

    I need the sales order status to be completed after delivery.
    I have tried with completion rule in item catagery'Item is completed with first reference'
    Still the status in document flow is order 'being processed'

    If your requirement has to be fulfilled then assign reason for rejection at item level for all line items after doing delivery .Then the item will be closed with 3pcs only .And when you check the document flow then the sales order will be closed
    NOTE : No need to change the completion rule at the item category level

  • Order status is coming "Being Processed" after return delivery

    Helloo Experts,
    We have a current situation here, Where order type (OR) with item cat (TAN) creates SO then delievry (LF) happened and PGI..
    Due to some reasons the order needs to be void.Then the SO has been changed (VA02) by adding item cat YREN with same quantity, then delivery (LF) ,PGR and billing (F2).
    Now after final billing the order status coming as "Being processed" instead of "Closed" at the document flow.
    Does SAP standard practice supports this process flow OR it should be Return order (RE),Delivery (LR) and return of credit (RE)  to make the Order status  "Completed".
    Is there any other ways to make these order's status changed from "Being Processed" to "Completed"

    Then the SO has been changed (VA02) by adding item cat YREN
        with same quantity, then delivery (LF) ,PGR and billing (F2).
    This process is wrong.  You have to create a new return sale order with reference to the parent billing document.  If billing has not been generated, then you have to reverse the delivery via VL09.

    Hi,
    The status of the order after confirmation will be CNF if fully confirmed or PCNF if partially confirmed. Similarly DLV or PDLV also. Whether material goes into QC or not order status will be these mentioned above. That means as soon as order has delivered the goods to the stock then order status does gets affected by the material movement. Whether a stock is lying in the shopfloor inventory or dispatch stores it is not affecrted. Even in MTO after delvery order is not impacted by inventory movements

  • Production order status was not changed to 'CNF' after final confirmation.

    I experienced very special case that production order status was not changed to CNF after final confirmation.
    I did final confirmation and canceled confirmation. (CNF -> REL)
    And I did final confirmation again because of fixing activity quantity.
    the strange thing is that production order status wasn't changed from REL to CNF.
    I did  confirmation again with 0 activity, thereby  I solved this problem
    BUT i don't know why this case happened.
    Please, explain the reason.

    As per my observation, their is not any change in the status of the order REL with confirmation CNF, instead of this, it has change from CRTD & then to TECO.
       Sequence of the status of the order as below
    1) CRTD MANC NMAT SETC
    2) REL  NMAT SETC - Changes from CRTD to REL after releasing of the order
    3) REL  CNF  PRC  CSER ERTR OPGN SETC -  After confirmation, it updated after the order REL status.

  • PM order status remains as PCNF even after completion confirmation & TECO

    Hi,
    For some of the PM orders we created, the order status is till in PCNF and operation status in MCNF.
    We have done the following also
    1) Completion confirmation done for all operations
    2) "Fincal confirmation" and "No remaining work" tabs checked for all operation confirmations
    3) TECO is done
    But still the operations are in mCNF-Manual confirmation status and hence the order is is in PCNF.
    Please let me know how to change the order status from PCNF to CNF.

    Please check any Sub operation confirmation is pending or ? if so please do ( IW41 )

    My wife lost her iPhone two weeks ago while on vacation in London (cell service inoperative in foreign country).  Using Find My iPhone app on my device, I activated Lost Mode and Play Sound.  However, both are listed as "Pending," since it those actions require the phone to connect to the internet (wifi only due to no cellular data coverage.).
    We recently returned home and purchased a new iPhone.
    However, when looking to restore the apps/settings from her old phone using a previous iCloud backup, iCloud indicates that the old phone connected to iCloud and backed up the original phone at a date that is 1 week after it went missing.  How is this possible without locking (Lost Mode Pending an internet connection)?
    If the phone was activated and connected to the internet via a wifi signal, shouldn't it immedately lock, show up on the map, Play Sound, and send me an email that the phone has been found?
    I also read somewhere that if running iOS 7, the iCloud website interface enables you to track previous locations, for instance if the phone moves from wifi hotspot to hotspot.  Is that true?  If so, how do I do that?

  • Order status is seen as "processing items" for about a week.

    I ordered Iphone 4S on November 21 st, but when I check the order status, it's been written as "Processing Items".
    I also checked my credit card bill and I couldn't see any payment on November 21st. I wonder if any trouble occured during payment. Or is this product out of stock?

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

    Sales order status depend on Item Category completion rule, please check on VOV7 for your sales order item category. In standard SAP, below rule can we define with item category:
    Not relevant for completion
    A
    Item is completed with the first reference
    B
    Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced
    C
    Item is completed after the target qty is fully referenced
    D
    Item is referenced via contract release
    E
    Item is completed after full target value is referenced
