Good receipt-printout in different printer

Hi,
We have printer SA18 for good movement(GR) printout.One of another user wants to print GR print(same) in another printer called SA19. For this I have done configuration in OMJR transaction.In that I have assigned user name(JUSHEN) & output device SA19.But still it is going to SA18 printer.
Can some one throw light for this issue,please?

Check in SU01D for the default printer in the user profile for that particular user.
Normally the basis guys take care of such things...

  • Goods Receipt Note and Label Printing

    I am trying to get the goods receipt note and label to print on seperate printers as soon as a 101 movement occurs. I am using the output types WE01 (slip) and WEE1 (label). Both of them will print out on a regular printer, however if I try to send the label to a thermo transfer printer, it does not work.
    Any ideas?

  • Goods receipt printout

    Hi,
    I'm trying to print a page with the items that are delivered to my warehouse; this is; when I post the goods receiot in the MIGO tx.
    I've customized several things up to the point that the message is correctly created (in mb90). It is said that is well processed.
    But the problem is that nothing appears in the printer. I have defined all the outputs to my default printer, but I am not able to solve it.
    Any ideas?
    thanks.

    Hi,
    Did you check your spool? i hope u have ticked the 'print immediately' checkbox, which will throw the print to the printer and not store it in the spool. Please check in SP02 whether the prints are getting stored in the spool.

  • Goods Receipt Printout for an Order (Process Order)

    Hello all,
    The order was confirmed in parts (partial quantities) , the ones that were confirmed yesterday had the GR Label printed immediately whereas the quantities confirmed today had no print output. Why is it so ? Could you please help me out ?
    Output type used: Customized to project.
    Note: This seemed more of an Inventory - output Determination stuff. That's why had it raised here.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Printing a putaway label at the time of Goods Receipt

    When the Goods Receipt(GR) is done for the stock in interim receiving area (Storage Type 902) then the put-away labels are printed from Transfer Order for GR.
    Users will take the labels and move the materials from staging area to destination bins according to information printed on the label. There should be feature to re-print the labels (from spool – standard SAP function) as and when needed.
    Currently at the IDC location, the following process is utilized; The WMS system produces a putaway label at the time of Goods Receipt. The label print screen in WMS asks for the load ID of the received load and the operator selects label type l and the barcode printer it should print at. The label is automatically printed and sent to a pre-assigned printer. The label is then used to identify the location which the material is to be relocated to from the receiving area, either a picking bin location, or a surplus bin location for storage and replenishment purposes. The label has Job Type, Receipt Date, Quantity, Material Number & Description, Operator I.D., Number of pallets/boxes, Unit of Issue, Serial Number, Destination bin and Load I.D.
    can any one guide me on this!! ASAP

    do you mean when a GR is printed, it shud automatically print the label  as opposed to the manual process now?
    In that case you may have to find a user exit that is triggerred upn saving the GR and call ur label program from there.

  • Confirm using BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT does not print Goods Receipt Slip

    We are having issue when perform co11n confirmation, goods receipt slip prints out fine, but calling BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT using the same production order/operation does not print the Goods Receipt Slip. The automatic goods movement works fine with BAPI & co11n.
    Has anyone else had this problem?
    Thanks
    David

    Nagarajan,
    We have been using this BAPI in production environment for over a year now and basically it has worked just fine. From what I understand, the Goods Receipt Slip has never printed when using this BAPI, but since we only had small areas that were using this BAPI (until recently), these areas either did not need the printed Goods Receipt Slip or a Warehouse was specified, so a Transfer Order was produced instead of GRS.
    I was thinking maybe we were not populating one of the BAPI input fields properly, but not sure which one it would be. We currently do not populate the "Posting Date" input field, so thought I would try populating that.
    To answer your question, yes, we do the commit work.
    Thanks

  • Label printing at Goods Receipt using SMARTFORMS and Zebra software

    Hi Experts,
    Upon designing a functional design for the printing of labels upon goods receipt and a re-print through MB90 I would like to understand the procedure on how the label gets printed. From what I understand the following steps are done:
    A label is designed in the Zebra application tool.
    The file is downloaded from the application and uploaded into SAP
    A SMARTFORM is created in SAP and assifned to a new output type.
    The new output type is assigned to the Zebra Printer.
    Is there any need for an abap program to be written, if so when and what is its purpose?

    Output Type WEE1 uses sap print program  SAPM07DR.
    Can the following data fields be retrieved from this program:
    Material Number (MSEG-MATNR)
    Bin Number (MSEG-LGPLA)
    Material Description (Feed (MAKT-MATNR) Get (MAKT-MAKTX))
    Supplier Name: Feed (MSEG-MBLNR) get (MSEG-EMLIF)
    MSEG-EMLIF=LFA1-LIFNR
    Feed (LFA1-LIFNR) get (LFA1-NAME1)
    Supplier Material Number: Feed (EKPO-EBELN) get (EKPO-IDNLF)
    PO number and Item: Feed (MSEG-MBLNR) get (MSEG-EBELN) and (MSEG-EBELP)
    GRN Date: Feed (MKPF-MBLNR) get (MKPF-BLDAT)

    This entry comes in play when you do good issue against sales order. Nothing to do with GR.

  • Ins lot creation at componenyt Good receipt (Ins type 01)

    Hi
    We are doing the good receipt of external procured items and for a material (A) and a unique batch (B) if Good receipts are at different point of time still we generate inspection lot/sample plan only at first good receipt. There is no new insp lot/sample plan generated whenever was the last good receipt.This is standard SAP.
    Now we want that if last  good receipt for a mareial (A) and batch (B) was older than one year then a new insp lot/sample plan should be generated( Since vendor is supplying the same batch for which we had good receipt one year before).
    Please suggest how to map it. Is there any user exit to it?
    Thanx

    Hello Vineet,
    you could do the following:
    Set the inspection setting to ' ' for each GR
    Then activate the exit QAAT0001 in which you could create the following IF clause:
    IQALS is an internal table.
    Please don't forget the following line!
    E_TQ32 = I_TQ32.
    IF I_TQ32-HERKUNFT = '01'.
    Select * from QALS into IQALS where
                        HERKUNFT = ITQ32-HERKUNFT
                        MATNR = I_MATNR
                       WERKS = I_WERKS and
                       CHARG = I_CHARG.
    IF SY-SUBRC IS INITIAL.
        LOOP AT IQALS.
          IF IQALS-ENSTEHDAT < SY-DATUM - 365.
              E_NO_INSPECTION = 'X'
           ENDIF.
        ENDLOOP.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    I think that simular coding might resolve the described issue.

  • Goods receipt - journal entry

    Hi,
    If a goods receipt is created including several items which all have the same account, only one journal entry (ojdt/jdt1) is created.
    For further analysis I need for each document line a separate journal entry.
    Is there any way to force the DI-API to create one journal entry per each a document line?
    regards
    Martin Heigl

    Hello,
    This is the system design, if the items are using the same  account, and the sum of the transaction  value will be booked.
    But if you using  for profit centers/distribution rules and projects, the application will summarize the values by Account and project and profit centers.
    So if you need to separate them there are 2 ways may be followed:
    1. post them individually (one item in one goods receipt)
    2. use different projects for each positions.
    In this case the SAP B1 will summary the transactions value by Item Account / Poject.
    Yes i know, the point 2 blocks one dimension for FI,and requires more programming, but can be a possible solution.
    Regards
    János

  • Label sticker printout for Goods receipt of materials from vendor

    We would like to have Label (sticker type) print out during goods receipt of goods from supplier.
    This Lable printing is by customzed Z program or output message type same as mateiral document printout??

    Hi,
    You cant use the SAME OUTPUT type for both the MATERIAL DOCUMENT PRINT &  LABEL STICKER PRINTER
    You have to create separate OUTPUTS for these two separately, since you have to assign the different SMARTFORM/SAPSCRIPT to them
    You can use same CUSTOM PRINT PROGRAM for both with logic differentiating these two objects.
    You can find the customising settings in the transaction code NACE.
    Please check the transaction code and let us know if you need any frther details in specific.

  • How to redirect Goods Receipt IM output to a specific printer by user

    We currently print a custom Goods Receipt pallet label that we defined as Output Type YE01.  The IM printer determintion utilizes the 'by Plant / Storage Location / User Group' option (transaction OMJ4, table TNAD9).
    When the receipt if for a particularly large number of pallets, the business would like the flexibility of redirecting the label output to a different, high volume printer.
    I'd like to kindly request feedback on how this might be accomplished.
    I have looked at the 9 User Exits for MIGO (MBCF002 etc...) but don't see anything suitable.
    One idea was to cause a small popup window to appear during the MIGO goods receipt asking the user for the desired printer, which could be selected from a dropdown.
    Thanks in advance for any ideas.

    Hi Michael,
    I remember issuing error messages in the form USEREXIT_KOMPBME_FILL in the pgm RVCOMFZ2, so you should be able to also show a pop-up there. But unfortunately, I don't have an idea how to make the output to go to the printer that the user chooses there.

  • Print programs for Goods Receipt, GI, ST, Subcont. TP, Consignment TP ...

    Hello Gurus,
    There is a Business requirement to have a separate print forms for every Inventory transactions like Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Sub-Contracting Transfer Posting, Consignment Transfer Posting, etc.
    We need to use the Transaction MB90 to print all the Inventory documents.
    While checking the Output types, we find that basically WE03 is for Goods Receipt (Collective Slips) & WA03 is for Goods Issue / Transfer postings (Collective Slip)
    I would like to know that inorder to assign a different Smart Form & Program (One for each of the transactions listed above) to the output types, is there a way around to work with these 2 Output types & have the 5 different Smart Forms - Programs assigned to these 2 Output types or do I need to create a copy of these output types & use them instead, one output type for each Smart form - Print program combination
    Regards,
    Zafar.

    First, you can maintain <B>PRINT ID</B> in the IMG for each movement type<BR>
    Second, you can create multiple <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> - one for each.
    Third, in MN21, create ouotput records using a combination of <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> and <B>PRINT ID</B>
    <br>
    Example:
    GR movement types 101, 105, etc, you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 1 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z001
    GI movmeent types 201,261, etc. you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 2 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z002
    <BR>
    Configure <B>PRINT ID</B>: IMG path: <I>Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Print Control</I><BR><BR>
    Configure <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B>: IMG path: <I>Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Output Determination</I>

  • Goods Receipt Print

    How can I set goods receipt print. I want to have one print per item. and qty to be shown on printout.

    Hi,
    1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
    Enter the local printer Name.
    2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
    3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
    4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for Goods Receipt/GI/Transfer Posting Documents
    Here for Particular mvt type 101,201,121,311 etcu2026 Maintain the Print item as 1--Material document printout
    5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the following--
    Select the particular Output type then goto Details
    a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Transmission medium is 1
    b. Print Parameter is 7
    6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Printer Determination by Plant/Str Loc, Maintain the Output device for all your Plants
    7. Define the condition Records in T. Code  MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
    Run T. Code - MIGO
    8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" and tick the  Select Print Indicator.
    9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately
    Or all the above settings can be done through T. Code - NACE, for the application type ME.

  • Need to specify different price on Goods Receipt than on Purchase Order

    Hi!
    My application creates Goods Receipt (object of type SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oPurchaseDeliveryNotes). This Goods Receipt is based on an existing Purchase Order. Creation itself (including the reference to the Purchase Order) works well.
    The problem is that using DI API, price in a document line is always set (automatically) to the price specified on the Purchase Order line. I'm not able to set the unit price to any other value. When I assign my unit price, document is added successfully, but my unit price is ignored. Unit price specified on the appropriate line on Purchase Order is used instead.
    Thanks for help!
    Jan

    Hi! I'm using SBO 8.81. I put my C# code below. The %xxx% strings are just symbols - for simplification.
    SAPbobsCOM.Documents oPurchaseDeliveryNotes = (SAPbobsCOM.Documents)SBOCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oPurchaseDeliveryNotes);
    oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.CardCode = %CARDCODE%;
    oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.DocDate = %DOCDATE%;
    oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.TaxDate = %TAXDATE%;
    bool first = true;
    while(...) {
        if(!first) oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.Add();
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.BaseType = (int)SAPbobsCOM.BoAPARDocumentTypes.bodt_PurchaseOrder;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.BaseEntry = %DOCENTRY_OF_PO%;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.BaseLine = %LINENUM_OF_PO%;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.ItemCode = %ITEMCODE%;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.Quantity = %QUANTITY%;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.Price = %UNIT_PRICE_DIFFERENT_FROM_PO%;
        oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Lines.Currency = %CURRENCY%;
        first = false;
    oPurchaseDeliveryNotes.Add();
    Althought the unit price on the Purchase Order is for example 7 and in my code I assign the Price property for example 9, then when the document is successfully added, I see that on newly created document the unit price is still 7 (same as on PO). Value 9 is ignored without any errors or warnings.
    When I remove the code which connects this Goods Reception with PO (i.e. assignment to BaseType, BaseEntry and BaseLine properties), created document is correct. However when there is a connection to PO, I'm unable to set different unit price.
    Do you or anybody else have explanation for this? Or do you have some piece of working code you can provide?
    THANKS!
