Got Generic:113 - Failed to write request headers

Question

I am trying to get a client_request, but got Error Code: generic:113 and Error phrase: Failed to write request headers. Stepped through the code, and it went <g class="gr_ gr_276 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="276"
id="276">though</g> the client.request but jumped out the then. Not sure what I did wrong here. Thanks!
