GR value different

Hello,
I have come across a PO with X qty at the cost of 17.81 USD. We have made GR against I/deliveries but I found that all the GR values are different. e.g.
While GR has been done for 100 CAR (PO cost is 17.81 USD), it should come as 1781 USD.  But it is calculating based on 18.51 and GR/IR value as 1851 USD.
In the PO history tab, all the I/Deliveries are having the same issue. I am struggling to figure out from where it is calculating this value.
Please suggest, what could be the possible reason for the same.
Regards,
JPS

Thanks for respond.
But When I used the ME80FN, with my details (PO or material number) and to strange 'No data satisfying selection criteria exists".
I checked the info record also but there is nothing there which states that charge '0.70' cents extra...

    Dear Forum,
I notice in the customer line item, the assignment field value different from sort key.
sort key for customer i maintain as doc number + fiscal year, but i notice some line item's assignment is not this information.
for example, billing posting. some customer line item assignment is document + fiscal year but some are delivery number in assignment field. no changes made in log file.
    may i know why?
    thanks

    dear,
as i did mention, customer master sort key no change and in the same customer line item, assignment field which carry delivery number also no change log.
may i know where to see the subsitution? i do not think that is due to substitution.

  • Condition Values different fro Billing and Excise Invoice in some cases

    Hi All,
Excise Invoice for domestic sales is having different condition values.
I am scenerio like this when Billing doc manually VF01, excise Invoice in generated automatically and condition values
were corrrect. But when I create Billing Document using BAPI in program, Excise Invoice is not generating, then
we are running BDC for T-code J1IIN and creating Excise Invoice.Excise Invoice generated in second case (by BDC)
    is having wrong condition values.
Can anyone explain why it is happing. Is there any user exist to copy Billing Doc condition values to Excise Invoice?
    Thanks in Advance ,
    Rayudu

    Thanks for you response Lakshimipathy.
The above mentioned configurations were all ready done.Excise Invoice is getting generated when we create Billing Doc online.
Problem here is Excise invoice is not getting generated automatically when Billing Doc is created by our program,so we were running BDC code to created excise Invoice.
Condition values ( Duties :AED,Ecess,SHEcess) were getting calculated wrongly in excise Invoice which is created by running BDC code in program. But the Excise invoice which was created automatically while saving Billing doc manually is having correct condition values.  But the billing document condition values remain the same & correct for both.

  • How to carry over values differently (aggregated or not), or is it possible

    Dear all:
In our Account Dimension, we have Beginning Inventory Qty, Ending Inventory Qty, Purchased Amt, Sold Amt, etc.
When we run reports with calculated time members, such as 2008.Total, 2008.H2, 2008.Q4, etc, most of our Account displays correctly with proper aggregation (like Purchased Qty, Sold Qty is summation of all child months'). But in particular for Beginning Inventory Qty and Beginning Inventory Amount is where I am having trouble.
For instance, for Ending Inventory Qty, we assigned ACCTYPE AST, so the report ignores aggregation and carries the last month's value to the calculated time member. However, for Beginning Inventory Qty and Amount, I wish to assign the values of the first month. If it is 2008.H2, then 2008.H2 Beginning Inventory Qty should be the same as in 2008.07. Another example would be 2008.Q4's Beginning Inventory Amount being the same as 2008.10's.
    Is this doable in BPC?
    Thank you!
    Brian

    Hi Brian,
It may be possible to design the opening balances in the way that you propose here. To get the correct results in your approach, you will be relying in large part on the cube and Analysis Services to figure out -- for certain intersections of accounts & time levels -- that it should look to the opening period rather than the standard time dim aggregation. I assume that would require some fancy MDX programming of a custom measure.
I would recommend a different approach -- in particular if you plan to use the consolidation engine business rules -- that you store the opening balances in each of the 12 months. This makes it easy for the time-dim aggregation: for Q3, it looks at Sep; for H2, it looks at Dec, and so on -- and this is exactly what the cube does naturally. Sure, it may feel like some data duplication for no valid business purposes, but in some cases we master the technology, and in other cases the technology masters us. This is one of the latter cases.
So then the question is, which opening balances? This can be tricky. It comes down to the question, are opening balances for each month = the closing balance from prior year December (or whatever your final period of the fiscal year is), or are they = the closing balance of the prior month?
BPC can handle it either way, and for a legal consol I would always recommend the first approach (prior year December). For a planning app it depends on the business requirements for B/S planning. The copy opening balances business rule is designed for the former. The account transformation rules can be used to handle the latter (and also support redirection across the flow-type dimension), with a source period = -1.
It also depends in part on your application's data storage type (YTD or periodic), particularly if you expect the system to create a cash flow statement for you, where the P&L data comes into play too.
As Petar mentioned, you should also carefully consider using a flow / movement / accdetail dimension. It's not always helpful, but if there are lots of accounts that you're tracking movements on, it can be worthwhile -- even if it means a lot of mapping of the ERP COA to the different movements. It's not intuitive for people who haven't spent a lot of time with their heads in the OLAP cube, and are used to a flat COA concept. It it can be very powerful, since the consolidation engine takes enormous advantage of this. It makes the setup of the "copy opening balances" logic rules very, very simple. And it could either complicate, or simplify, some report layouts.
Usually it's one of those dimensions (like datasrc) that customers only really start to appreciate after 6 months on the project.
Hope that helps.... and if you do succeed in your initial proposed approach, I'd be very curious to hear how you did it.
    Regards,
    Tim

  • PMS RGB Values Different in Illustrator & PhotoShop

    Hello, Forum;
I'm stumped here. I'm working on a project that has me going back & forth between PhotoShop & Illustrator, working in PMS color. I've noticed that the RGB values for a given PMS are significantly different between the two environments. For instance, PMS 383C in AI is
    R:178
    G:187
    B:30,
where the same 383C in PS is shown as
    R:162
    G:173
    B:0
    Why would that be?
    Thanks.

  • Valuated Stock Value differs - Urgent !!!

    Hi All,
The valuated stock value in R/3 and BW differs. We are using the standard business content for the inventory report which are the 3 datasources 2LIS_03_BX, 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM & Infocube 0IC_C03...
When the query is executed the backward calculation does not give the right value for the material stock value. When checked in R/3 the value is different. My requirement is to get this material stock value correctly in my inventory report as compared with R/3.
Is there any workaround for this or is it a bug in the business content?
    Thanks in Advance...

My issue is with the billing plan values are not getting copied into the F1 invoice.  But when I run the order related billing due list I am able to see all the billing line items with values mentioned in the billing plan.

  • RGB Values Different in LR5?

Are the RGB values using the white balance tool different in LR5 than they were in LR4.3? I'm editing the same way but I'm having red/magenta issues in LR5. Thanks for any input you can provide.

I don't think the values are different. The WB tool converts to neutral color, and neutral is neutral.
Is it possible that your red/magenta issues in LR5 are caused by the light situation when shooting?
And, are you talking of Raws or JPGs?
And, which setting are you seeing in Camera Calibration (bottom panel, right side in Develop Module)?
In case the profile used is Adobe Standard, try a different one. Adobe says that the "Adobe Standard" profile enhances yellows and reds. And it does!
I find it too strong (everything has a slight pink cast)  and have stopped using it.

    Hi,
COUNT (*) tells how many rows are in a group. It has nothing to do with any values in any columns.
I think you want COUNT (DISTINCT sal) in this case. It will tell you how many different values of sal are in the group.

  • Value different for same quantity/material

I am using MB5L report.  There I see two entries for a particular material.

    2900 14007969             3.750  M            3,075.90  SAR   Material 18928L for flushiing

why the above same material with same quantity shows different values in MB5L report

    Dear:
This happens because of different moving average price MAP. Every time there is a MIGO for new PO the system adjust the previous price according to the prices entered at the time of PO creation at the time of MIGO hence moving average price is updated in SAP. Hence its a normal thing to view material price showing different values in MB5L. I hope this clear.

  • Invoice value differing in creation from periodic posting

    Hi,
When I do periodic posting simulation and update run, I get the correct value.  However when I create invoice using transaction RERAIV and do simulation for the same, the invoice value is coming wrong, (It is different from the value shown in periodic posting.)
This is happening in some cases - about eight cases out of 25 cases.
Kindly guide as to where the error could be.
    Regards,
    T Saravanan

When you create invoices using RERAIV, the system takes minimum amounts (trivial amounts) into account.
Also try with all the 'selection type' parameter options (Selection using FI documents, Selection using planned items of the cash flow, Selection from FI documents and Cash flow) on the selection screen.
    Hope helps.

  • Mvmt Type 122 value different than Mvmt Type 101 value

Is it standard in SAP for the $ unit value of a 122 tx to be different than the $ unit value of a 101 tx?  Can the parameters in SAP be changed for 122 tx to debit GRIR at PO price so that the 101 tx and 122 tx clear?  It seems the 122 tx is values at invoice price and not PO price?

    Dear,
If 122 movement value is different from 101 -
    1. Check on what basis system picking the value for 122 movement. From Moving average price?
    2. Let's know you are doing 122 reference to PO or original 101 document number?
Meanwhile, try with MB01 reference to PO number - 122 movement.

  • PO and GR value differs

    Hi Seniors,
PR XXXXXX contains the following data - 900 EA, net price - 436.67 RUB/ 1 EA, total valuation for the item = 393003 RUB. Item of PO XXXXXX created with the reference to this PR item. It contains the following data - 90 CS (10 EA in 1 CS), net price 4366.70 RUB/ 1 CS, total valuation for the item = 393003 RUB. In fact, both amounts (PR and PO) are the same. But Goods Receipt for this item in PO has been posted with the following data - quantity = 90 CS, amount - 39300.30 RUB. The amount is 10 times less than the original value. It seems that incorrect calcuation takes place in the system.  What could be the reason. In mat.master..in additional date 1 cs = 1 ea has been maintained and order unit also maintained correctly. But accounting view is not maintained. Info record is also not there.
what could be the reason. Kindly clear me plz.

yes MR21 will change the price, which effects the valuation of all stocks of this material.
it creates a price change document that updates the G/L  stock account in FI.
dont fear this price change, you change the price to a correct price. All your previous goods issues where valuated with a wrong price (which may be much  more dramatic, and you may need to consider a MR21 price adjustment for all materials that got manufactured from this component )
