Grabbing comments from html and adding them to xls. (By Automator and AppleScript)

Good evening.
I've got html pages where people leave comments. And i need to grab that comments and make xls table from it. There would be more pages, so i want to create automator program for future.
Xls table should look like that.
Column 1 = Person Name
Column 2 = Label
Column 3 = Numeric value
HTML part of comments looks like this.

So i think this should work like this:
Automator opens "Link to the site with comments"
Parsing html with Apple script.
Taking text from Apple script.
Inserting it in xls.
But i don't know nothing about apple script ( Besides that it can parse html the way i need it, but i couldn't write right code in it. I've tried my best =(.  ) and only used automator to do things like renaming 100+ photos by pressing 1 button.
I would appreciate any help!

It's not really all that strange.  
If you look at your script, you're not outputting the hash table until both loops finish.  The values are dependent on the properties of the $app objects enumerated in the inner loop, and only outputting an object if the dependent ($d) matches the $app
guid property.
At the end, you're outputting the hash table without that test, so it's going to have values based on the last $app in the loop, regardless of whether the guid matches the dependents or not.
