H264 encoded flv doesn't work

I put the h264 packets into flv file with the flv file format in video_file_format_spec_v10.pdf. I used CodecID=7(AVC) and filled video data with h264 encoded packet. But it doesn't work. The codec lib is x264 with CABAC enctropy.
The test.flv file in attachment is what I created using x264. Below is the media infomation about test.flv.
Could someone help me? Thanks very much.

First of all you can't use h264 in an flv, Flash Video files encoded with the H264 codec must have the ending (mov, mp4 or F4V)
Those need to be preparated as Adobe recommends, best choice is to use the Adobe Media Encoder or an Adobe editing tool that outputs a proper h264 file.

  • Encoded video doesn't work on Toshiba Blu-ray disc player

    I have a problem that I am trying to encode a sequence of frames in a video container , but the encoded video doesn't work on toshiba blu ray disc player .. I am using the following ffmpeg command to encode frames and convert them to a video:
    ffmpeg -i "C:\ManVsWigan\Frames\%d.png" -vcodec libx264 "C:\ManVsWigan\encoded.mp4"
    I tried multiple video codecs but no luck yet
    "-vcodec mpeg4"
    "-vcodec mpeg2video"
    If you have any idea please help me

    The BluRay player leverages parts of Windows DirectShow but won't serve very well as a general player since Windows will load other players for the majority of media formats.
    You can get away with a limited amount of tampering of the BluRay's players tolerance of media files until you violate some far away written DRM safeguard and kneecapping the BluRay player from doing anything.
    If you're trying to validate your ffmpeg composed tests of your content as part of the editing process, you're better to avoid relying on the BluRay player that is purposed for narrow replay of licensed content and equipped with oversensitive safeguards susceptible to malfunctioning from the invasions of video pirates like you defined by studio executives.
    You and I understand you're not a pirate but chances aren't being taken.
    Whether you just dowloaded FFmep in the macho exe format or part of the millions of other packages that include it, you can tune your players to codecs pretty easily with the KLite Codec Manager or the Registry.
    Chances are you already know about KLite since editing video on Windows eventually requires it and its hard to walk down the street without eventually kiceking over a copy. But just in case you've been living on a Martian cave with your hands over your ears, snag a mirrored copy from: http://codecguide.com /download_kl.htm
    I like KLite more than others because it is fairly unobtrusive and avoids stomping over other media tools the way Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas enslaves Windows and can neuter BluRay codecs without always adequately replacing them. I can cite threads on the matter but just googling for anything such as "Adobe Premier killed my BluRay" or "Sony Vegas ruined Windows" will usually return desperate strings of posts long enough to wrap around Jupiters equator.
    For general maintenance of Windows poor codec management, grab this noninstalling executable http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/installed_codec.html to determine if Windows believes it has the same codecs you thought it did and you'll likely be surprised by the fine tuning you'll need to perform.

  • Media Encoder CS4 doesn't work with Premiere (pic related)

    Oh hai!
    I just got Adobe Master Collection CS4 and my Media Encoder doesn't work with Premiere CS4. When I try to export the file, Encoder starts normally. Then I click "Start queue" and Encoder starts loading. Loading takes almost five minutes, which is a long time, because my project is very simple. After that nothing happens, just a warning sign appears. When I click it open, some kind of log file open and it says:
    Encoding failed
    Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted.
    And I didn't deleted anything. So what does that mean? Why that "Source Name's" path is different than my project files path? Can this problem relate that somehow?
    I have also another problem with Premiere CS4, maybe there's a link between these two problems. I can't get Premiere projects linked to open in Premiere CS4. When I right-click the project icon, and click “Open with…”, I can't find Premiere from the list. When I click "Browse", I can find Premiere.exe from my computer, but if i doubel-clicked it, nothing happens. It won't appear to the list or anywhere else. Or have I missed something? So now the project files are linked to open in After Effects. Of course I can open projects from Premiere, but how do I get them open straight from file?
    I have long experience using Adobe Premiere and this is the first time I got this kind of problems. I have also downloaded new updates for Premiere and Encoder, this didn't help. Does that matter, that I didn't installed Premiere in C-drive? However it's in my computers internal drive, I have divided my hard drive for five parts, one part contains all of my softwares. My scratch disks are in different hard drive (external), does that matter? I tried different location, but that didn't help.
    Please help, I can't do any video editing, because of this problem. And sorry for my english, ask if you didn't understand something. =)

    Hello, this is terrible problem, which i found in CS 6 softwares ...
    solution i found only working, is uninstall and reinstall full package.. but it is not all,
    you need to do BRAND NEW admin account in windows, and install it there.
    that means, i could not export after repair from encoder in my original account never more (!!)   .. this is really terrible way how to repair this issue, because :
    1.by reinstalling of software, client WASTE HIS TIME
    2.by necessity to begin work in another windows profile you again WASTE YOUR TIME because of learning and migrating all other profile modifications, which i see really unaccpetable. Adobe means, this solution of repair is ok, and they did not do till today any steps of creating some "clever" solution.
    I ask everybody, who will meet this issue in future, guys, please, complain about this situation, give "BUG Report" to them, and write "feature request" to them , in the way of creating some repair tool, which check actual  "broken" connections between encoder and premiere, which refuses to "take material" from it and encode, and REPAIR it automatically..
       I am not IT, but ..does it seems so hard to create this ? Adobe IT developers should know their systems, and should create such utility tool really easy.
    History of this problem and detailed description, HOW i did "repair" this. With wasting of app 2,5 days of my working time :
    1. after repairing "error 5" problem , i solved it by reinstalling the suite from the new admin user profile (profile B) .
    I continued my work on my normal working windows profile . (profile A)
    Every cooperation (AE+Pr, export media via "queue" to Encoder) was working fine . . .
    2. suddenly it stop working (without knowing any possible reason - i did not do installations )
    and showed in error export log file :
    "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted."
    3.repair via procedure(procedure "a"):
    i did this procedure on the profile B (profile from last time installation of repairing problem error 5)
    I did these steps :
    a-uninstall master coll suite
    b-i used Adobe cleaner tool (remove ALL)
    c-removed raw directories in locations
    •C:\Program Files\Adobe
    •C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe
    •C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
    •C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    •C:\ProgramData\Adobe
    d-removed these links from registry file
    •HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe
    •HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe
    •HKEY_LOCAL_MACH INE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe
    •HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe
    e-restarted the PC
    f- newly installed the Master Coll CS6
    g-update the software
    result of repair of "3" : problem still exists
    4.Ok i find out after coordination with support, it should have been created  ANOTHER NEW admin account.
    4a:so i did the same procedure (uninstalling) in profile B
    4b: and then i created brand new admin profile (profile C)for INSTALLATION of software
    4c: restarted the pc (and did not updated it yet)
    result :
    ==exporting of any sequence/raw/AE link video material from premiere via "queue" (Encoder) (profile C) : export WORKS
    ==exporting of any sequence/raw/AE link video material from premiere via "queue" (Encoder) (profile B) : export WORKS
    ==exporting of any sequence/raw/AE link video material from premiere via "queue" (Encoder) (profile A) : export DOES NOT WORK ! ! !
    (in profile A, is possible to export some raw video material in encoder which is imported to it via "drag and drop)
    problem i see:, i have my basic profile A, which i am interested to work, because of all my directory modifications are in there..
    this issue should be some "broken" connections between encoder and premiere, which refuses to "take material" from it and encode.
    what i expect :
    to get from Adobe some repair tool, which automatically checks these connections and repair if necessary, without necessity of founding the new profile and reinstallation of whole software.. this is madness !
    what i do NOT expect from Adobe:
    to get from Adobe advice of kind : you have to reinstall full software in new admin profile. sorry , we do not know the solution, because we do not know, how do behave our software.

  • -Dfile.encoding=Cp1251 doesn't work

    How to setup default character encoding for jvm?
    I use jdk 1.3.1 (build 1.3.1_04-b02) on Linux (Red Hat 7.2)
    I've tried set -Dfile.encoding=Cp1251 as startup option, but it doesn't work.
    Is there another way todo it?

    You should use <getBytes(String encoding)> method of String class.
    ex:
    byte buffer[] = "some string".getBytes ("ISO8859_1");
    We have a few big projects (previosly released on Win-platform), and now we try to use linux and have a problem. In my case, I try to set default encoding, used by some stream classes.
    For example, when i write to System.out some string it's converted to system default enc, ex. koi8 or iso8895_1. But i need Cp1251 (windows-1251). Servlet output stream has same problem.
    Classes, such PrintStream or other that use character converter not response to file.encoding parameter.
    Test this code, for example:
    sun.io.ByteToCharConverter theConv2 = sun.io.ByteToCharConverter.getDefault();
    System.out.println ("default byte to char encoding:" + theConv2.getCharacterEncoding ());
    sun.io.CharToByteConverter theConv = sun.io.CharToByteConverter.getDefault();
    System.out.println ("default char to byte encoding:" + theConv.getCharacterEncoding ());
    System.out.println ("file.encoding = " + System.getProperty ("file.encoding"));
    sorry for my English - it's not my native language :)

  • Flv doesn't work in DW CS4

    I've been trying to get a flv video to work with a dreamweaver skin, but I only get this graphic displaying all the buttons.
    I've attached a jpeg of the graphic and the code. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks!

    I would think this is a swf (.fla) issue instead of DWCS4. What do you mean by using a DW sk
    in? Are you trying to avoid using the default player controls in Flash or wanting to change them
    ? (that sounds the same but the approach isn't depending on your desires)

  • Preload and flv doesn't work on Firefox

    Hello,
    We've created this interactive for a Cd-rom. Now we are
    trying to implement it to internet and are facing some problems.
    We were testing it in Internet Explorer and all works well.
    But the client in testing it in Firefox 2.0.0.3 and in fact
    the preloads are skipped and the videos don't load.
    The videos are loaded into an FLVPlayback from a external
    folder. I'm using Flash 8.
    You may take a look at it in here:
    http://www.laserretadecallus.com/index_new.html
    Or, if the client decides to put it active on-line, here:
    http://www.laserretadecallus.com
    Help!!
    Thanks.
    Valdemar

    let me try to explain a little better the structure.
    The first "intro" video loads fine, but once you go inside,
    choosing "Catalán" or "Castellano" there are more videos
    located on the right side of the screen.
    The "intro" video is located in a folder, let's say
    rootServer/flv/videoIntro.flv, and is loaded using the *.swf that
    is located in the main rootServer/parcsud.swf.
    But the other videos are loaded using other *.swf's that are
    located in a folder rootServer/swf/moviex.swf and are calling the
    videos from this same folder;: rootServer/flv/videox.flv
    If we put the videos directly into the root of the server
    (rootServer/videox.flv ; rootServer/videoy.flv ; etc...) they all
    load. If we keep them into this flv folder they don't load.
    Is it normal that mozilla doesn't accept this kind of paths?
    I hope I'm explaining it well.

  • FLV Doesn't work!!!!!!!

    Hi everyone!!!
    My site goes through the follow structure:
    (startpage) that loads the (mainpage) in a new container MC
    (alvo) but
    in the same level (0).
    From within the (alvo).(mainpage), I call another container
    MC
    (movies), now in level (2).
    This new MC has a FLV component that should load videos
    dynamically,
    acording to a variable value generated from the buttons in
    the
    (alvo).(mainpage).
    The problem:
    In my computer everything works fine and I have some friends
    that told
    me the same.
    But in some cases, the people goes to the site and all the
    flash content
    works fine, but the video doesn't appears.
    The site:
    http://www.edd.com.br/new
    Is hosted in linux APACHE.
    The code:
    switch (_global.my_video) {

    The questions:
    Why the video doen't work??
    Someone have any idea about whats is happening??
    Is that code right??

    Thanks!
    I've solved the problem!!!

  • Adobe Media Encoder CS5 doesn't work anymore (WHY? WHAT's WRONG?)

    The system I use is Adobe Production Premium CS5.
    I have often used Adobe Media Encoder CS5 started from the export of a film sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.
    On the 31st of December 2013 my computer crashed and dumped more or less at the end of a process of Adobe Media Encoder CS5. There was no complete output.
    Since then this program Adobe Media Encoder CS5 cannot start up anymore.
    It stops at the start-up saying that the program does not work anymore and that there will be looked for a solution. But then it finishes saying that it will be reported if a solution becomes available in the future.
    I have tried the following:
    - Run Adobe Media Encoder CS5 (exe) from directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS5 => same problem.
    - Stop security control AVG while not online with internet => run Adobe Media Encoder CS5 => same problem.
    - Reinstalled complete Production Premium CS5 suite => same problem.
    - Removed complete directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS5 and then reinstalled Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 => the full directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS5 with contents was there after the install, but subsequent running of Adobe Media Encoder CS5 => same problem.
    - Removed complete contents of D:\mediacache\database\Media Cache and D:\mediacache\Media Cache Files => same problem.
    What more can I do ??????
    I would be very grateful for a solution.
    Regards, Arie de Jong, Rotterdam

    Hi Jim,
    Thank you very much for the suggestions for a solution. First I considered
    re-installing Win 7 Pro, because I did not have a fall-back point
    predefined. So I could not try to reload a previous system environment. But
    for your information the following.
    Yesterday my son suggested that there could be some corruption in a control
    file of Adobe Media Encoder, because re-installing that program did not
    give a solution. Obviously that then would have to be a file which is not
    affected by a program re-install.
    What he then did for me is to remove directory
    Users\owner\ AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder    (he actually
    renamed it to hide that directory for Media Encoder).
    Thereafter we ran program Media Encoder from Premiere. The result was that
    a new directory ......\ Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder with proper
    control files was automatically generated and the problem was solved.
    Regards from Arie de Jong

  • Encoded emails doesn't work into library objects

    I use extensions like ultimailto or superemail to encode
    emails in order
    to avoid spam. However they don't work when you put those
    links
    into library object. They work if you put the code alone in
    the page.
    I wonder why and how to make those work in library objects
    Example of my library object
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
    charset=utf-8">
    <p><a
    href="&#109;&#97;&#105;&#108;&#116;&#111;:&#97;&#100;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#116;&#105;&#115; &#101;&#64;&#98;&#97;&#114;&#105;&#108;&#111;&#99;&#104;&#101;&#46;&#101;&#115;&#112;&#46; &#98;&#114;?Subject=Advertise%20on%20Bariloche%20esp%20br&body=Please%20indicate%20your%20 first%20and%20last%20name,%20company,%20phone,%20email,%20webpage%20and%20product%20or%20s ervice%20you%20want%20to%20advertise"><img

    Well, yeah. Try it and see if that helps.
    This kind of obfuscation is useless, in my opinion, but then
    so is the use
    of 'mailto:' links (which are generally unreliable). The best
    way is to use
    a form to submit comments to a server script which sends the
    email.

  • H264 encoding settings - problems with FLV/F4V conversions and playback... HELP!!!

    I do a lot of LIVE ENCODING and have been struggling with FMLE. I own the Adobe Creative Suite of applications and am pretty familiar with working with compatible/required formats, etc.
    We have been primarily using VP6/mp3 for encoding. Most of our work is SD. We also always seem to have trouble when trying to encode the FLV file to another format, audio always seem to be out of sync, but sometimes it works...
    Do you know why that would be regarding the FLV audio falling off sync when encoding to another format, such as MOV? Also, when we try to play back the FLV, the audio sounds garbled up and only plays well in Adobe Media Player.
    I keep hearing H264 encoding will provide better video, but I just can't get that to work. Also, why is it that my entire CS4 suite of applications can't read or playback the F4V file- that's unacceptable from Adobe, just a big huge pain the butt... I've had to buy several cheapie applications to try and read F4V files and try to convert it, except that converting F4Vs seems to be a hit-or-miss.
    What should I be using to playback and convert F4Vs? I also heard changing the extension to MP4 works, but I haven't seen that work, not even once. The cheap video conversion apps I have that read F4Vs are: FFMPEGX and Wondershare (Youtube). Sometimes they open F4V, but not most of the time...
    I am using a super fast new Macbook Pro i7, 8GB ram (not the thunderbolt/usb3), CPU always runs smoothly and effectively.
    Also, I always use the Canopus ADVC-110 as my transcoder. I do both video via Firewire IN or Composite IN, then Firewire OUT into the Mac encoder. FMLE sees it ok, but I wonder if this device might be my problem.
    VP6 settings are as follows:
    VP6 video / MP3 audio
    300 to 500k video
    30 fps
    640x480 in/out
    44100hz audio
    56k audio
    We want to start using H264 encoding settings, but in my experience trying it out, the output file is ALWAYS PROBLEMATIC. Also, when testing a live stream, the audio seems to fall off sync with the video.
    I am looking for your recommendations on the H264 settings I should try. Most of my events are simple meetings with 1 to 5 speakers, mostly talking heads. We rarely encode high motion video, but I would also like to be able to adjust H264 settings for both talking heads and medium to high motion without (any) frame drops.
    I have tried streaming to multiple/different Flash Media Servers, archived only to file, and H264 results seem always bad.
    Any recommendations from professionals in the live streaming arena are much appreciated. I thank you for your time in advance.
    Thank you!

    Hello Hugo
    Sorry to know that you are facing these kind of issues, let me try to reply and understand issues one by one.
    >>We have been primarily using VP6/mp3 for encoding. Most of our work is  SD. We also always seem to have trouble when trying to encode the FLV  file to another format, audio always seem to be out of sync, but  sometimes it works...
    -- Which application you are using to convert FLV to other format?
    -- Is these any Audio - Video sync issue when you play FLV file in Adobe Media Player? if NO, it means FLV file created properly.

    -- Which application you are using to convert FLV to MOV? if FLV playabck fine and without a/v sync issue, it should convert MOV with a/v sync.
    -- It depend on audio codec selection by Media player or correct audio codec not installed for media player. Install appropriate audio codec to play in other media player if you dont want to play in Adobe Media Player.

The cheap video conversion apps I have that read F4Vs are:  FFMPEGX and Wondershare (Youtube). Sometimes they open F4V, but not most  of the time...
    -- Adobe Flash Media Server version 3.5 and later and Adobe Flash Media  Live Encoder 3 can record content in MPEG-4 (F4V) format using an  industry-standard recording technology known as "fragments" or "moof  atoms." Some MPEG-4 compatible tools and players do not support moof  atoms.
    The F4V Post Processor tool aggregates the information from all  the moof atoms into a single moov atom and outputs a new file." You can download the tool from above location: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaserver/tool_downloads/

  • Media Encoder, yes I know its been covered b4 but still doesn't work

    I'm having the typical
    "Encoding Failed. Could not read from the source" and I've tried the things explained here http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407106.html. The catch is, this is a brand new install of Adobe Production Suite on a brand new computer. It was working perfectly fine for about a month or so, but then one day, nothing. No updates were run and no new software installed. I've a few other things that some members have posted but still nothing works. Very frustrating because I do this for work and have deadlines. Any one have any ideas. The only thing I can think that it could possibly be is that I upgraded to Flash 10 about a week b4 the problems started occurring. Otherwise, it doesn't work on files that have been moved around a little bit but "relocated" when asked where the files are, but it also doesn't work on files that have stayed put the whole time.

    Details...hmm... all of the adobe products have been updated to the 4.2.something, whatever is the newest version. Lets see... i7 920 w/ 12GB ram, 3HDD (1 scratch, 1 OS, 1 data). Windows 7 Ult. 64-bit (no available updates).
    Some details of the problem... I was using handbrake to rip some marketing material and was able to edit them in PPro, but as soon as I tried to encode them, that when the problems started, I assumed that it was because of the file format that I encoded with in handbrake. Anyways, I had to edit the video in Windows Movie Maker, then took the WMV and dropped it into Media Encoder and was able to encode to the proper media format then. Anyways, I got the side project done, then went back to my projects. I edit interviews on the green screen, encode alpha channel, and throw them up on websites. So I did my normal stuff, but now when I encode, or try, I always get the error from media encoder listed below.
    - Source File: C:\Users\djensen\AppData\Local\Temp\Mike Ponce.prproj
    - Output File: C:\Users\djensen\Desktop\MPonce_return.flv
    - Preset Used: WorkPreset
    - Video:
    - Audio:
    - Bitrate:
    - Encoding Time: 00:42:41
    11/23/2009 1:35:25 PM : Encoding Failed
    Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted.
    I had moved the first video I tried editing after the side project, but any videos that were in their place before all this happened are getting the same error.
    That's all the details that I can think of. Thanks for direction Harm, sometimes when you're stressed we forget the most important things eh?

  • Audio doesn't work after encoding

    I have finished editing a video and gone to export it as a WMV and the audio doesn't work; there is just a buzzing noise.
    The audio works fine on the timeline, but i just cannot export it.
    Any ideas what's gone wrong?

    Hi ATR, thanks for getting back to me. Here is all the info you required:
    It's Premiere Elements 10 on a Windows 7 PC.
    The source media is a mix of WMV, MP3 audio and JPGs.
    The project settings are:
    Editing Mode: DSLR
    Timebase: 25.00 frames/second
    Frame size: 1920 x 1080
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square Pixels (1.0)
    The export settings are:
    Windows Media:
    Presets: HD 720p 25
    File type: Windows media
    Frame size: 1280 x 720
    Fps: 25
    Audio settings: 440 kbps, 96kHz, 2 channel 24 bit VBR (I have tried it with a number of different variations on this and still had no luck)
    I’ve tried opening with Windows media player as well as VLC. Neither are having it.

  • Camera.setquality() not working for h264 encoding

    Hi,
    Im using H264 encoder for encoding my live video to broadcast to ios devices. But there seems a big loss in quality while using the H264 encoder. The code im using for encoding is
    var h264Settings:H264VideoStreamSettings = new H264VideoStreamSettings();
        h264Settings.setProfileLevel(H264Profile.MAIN, H264Level.LEVEL_3_1);
        _ns.videoStreamSettings = h264Settings;
        camera.setQuality( 0, 100 );
        camera.setMode( 320, 240, 30, true );
        camera.setKeyFrameInterval( 15 );
        camera.setLoopback(true);
        _ns.publish("videoname?adbe-live-event=liveevent","record");
    Is there any possiblity to improve my video quality or any other way of encoding the video?.
    Im using flex sdk 4.6 and flash player 11.8.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Jozsef,
    thanks for your answer. In which version and on which date will the CBR be implemented? Flash Player 12? Or a minor release of FP11?
    And until then I have no chance to have a constant bitrate? The bitrate I am passing to Camera.setQuality will just be ignored? Or is there any workaround?
    Thanks and I will test using RTMFP instead of RTMP, but the CBR is the most important thing for us.

  • Media Encoder CS6 doesn't export any of the common formats like .MOV, .AVI, .AIFF .WAV, etc.

    When I queue exports from Premiere CS6,  Media Encoder totally ignores any custom export settings, and chooses some completely different system defined default settings, which I did not choose in Premiere. In previous versions Premiere would always pass the encoding settings to the Media Encoder.
    Update: When I tried to import the custom settings into Adobe Media Encoder, I got an error message: "Preset could not be imported. No exporter found for this preset." Then I've realized, that AEM doesn't even have a QuickTime export format!!! Actually it offers only 4 export formats: H.264 (MP4), FLV, F4V, and MP3. Then, when I queue an export with Premiere with one of those 4 formats, then AEM would accept it. Anything else - it just wouldn't work!!! So wait - am I missing something, or I literally cannot queue any other common format exports with AEM??? I need to work with MOV, AVI, AIFF, WAV etc. files, which all aren't accepted by the Media Encoder... Or am I missing something???
    This is ridiculous. I am becoming quite fed up with Premiere CS6 bundle - in 20 minutes I have found already 4 diferent features, that worked in previous versions, and work no more in CS6
    I don't know how it worked in CS5.5 - anybody?

    I have found the solution in another thread!!! It's here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4503096
    1. Open this file:
    On MAC: /Applications/Adobe Media Encoder CS6/Adobe Media Encoder CS6.app/Contents/Resources/txt/AddExporterList.txt
    On PC: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS6\txt\AddExporterList.txt
    2. Back it up to some other location.
    3. Then delete everything from it and paste this:
    # MediaCore Plugins
    # AME Plugins
    AudioWriter
    WinMediaWriter
    # AME Plugin Formats
    MPEG4
    H.264 Blu-ray
    4. Save it, and relaunch Media Encoder - voila! It worked for me and many others.
