Hello guys! How do I get my photo back after I restored my iphone5??? Ihave never did any backup or logged in iCloud before. Is it possible for me to get them back?? I use " find my iphone" and accidentally locked my iphone then I have to restore it to unlock it. But then I found out everything is gone after I restore my phone, is there anyway I could get them back??

If you never backed them up, where do you suppose you can restore them from?

If you were signed into iCloud and had Photo Stream enabled then yes.
You can retrieve the last 30 days of photos from your computer or another iOS device.
Photo Stream only holds 30 days of photos on the server. Anything older than that will be lost unless you transfered them to your computer or you backed them up.
On a PC with Windows Vista, 7 or 8 install iCloud COntrol Panel: iCloud Control Panel
On a OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later: System Preferences > iCloud

If you never backed up your phone to iTunes and never backed it up to iCloud all of your content is gone forever.

Where were you syncing the contacts to, iCloud, the computer and Outlook, an email account? That is where you get them back from.

Where was the photo before you did the restore? was it in the Camera Roll? If you had PhotoStream turned on perhaps the photo is still in your PhotoStream.
Have you synced your iPhone lately? Made a backup. Perhaps it is there.
Otherwise it is most likely gone.

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like the computer wont connect to networks. I see you have used network diagnostic. I would recommend that you read this article, there are a lot of other things you can do in this article that may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

Screen protectors are for protection against scratches, not for protection against the iPod being dropped. As to the case, you may wish to take this issue up with the case manufacturer, though again, most claim protection only against scratches and mars, not against being dropped. Either way, such damage is not covered by the devices. warranty.
As to cost, Apple does not repair iPods, but will replace the entire iPod for a flat fee; see the Repair Pricing section here (as also mentioned by Limnos):

There are independent iPod repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipod repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPod serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further warranty will be void.
