Copnnect the iPod to yuor computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery mode if necessary to allow the restore. FFor how to restore see:

You are going to need to go to: FORGOT APPLE ID to retrieve your iCloud/Apple ID. Once you know your ID, you can log onto Apple - My Apple ID and click on Reset Password to answer the Security Questions you will need to answer. You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

Where did you install Office?
If you installed it to the Applications folder in the admin account that ie reason why only you can access it.
If you want everyone to be able to access it then you should install it in the Applications folder at root level.

If you can't remember the Passcode, if possible, restore the device from the computer it was last synced with by placing the device in recovery mode.

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be presen
