Welcome to the irritating world of copy protection. Yes it is possible.
Although most applications store serial numbers and configuration data in easily identified files in your system's /Library/Preferences, some have more creative ways of hiding them. Restoring from a backup is exactly what they're designed to prevent.
I don't like it either, but if the intent of restoring from a backup is to recover from a hard disk crash as you did, it shouldn't happen very often.
Find a good place to store all your serial numbers and keep it up to date.

With the Ipad 3G do you have a monthly fee all the time or can you just buy the internet by the mopnth when you need it because I don't need 3g at home since I have WIFI but when I go camping is when I would need to purchase wifi.

but taping the spacebar is verry helpfull. have to click many times to open the map with fotos en then i can tap the spacebar to see the picture.
its only with the foto's that my mousse dont work so good for the rest i dont have problems.

One more thing. I just update my iphone that my boss gave to me but it seems to be like it giving me some trouble. My iphone was updated not too long and was successful. I try to lock into it and it telling me emergency call. I plug it to my itune and it telling me that the sim card is not valid or supported. And as far as paying for phone support, here are a few tips:

I found a similar problem and the instructions said to check a permission box in the "Get Info" tab.
This applies only when the Library is on an external drive. You cannot ignore permissions on the system drive.

Make a back up now.
Most Simple Back Up:
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex: Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store

Might need a little more information here. Are you trying to obtain screen captures? If all you're wanting to do is take stills from your videos then the answer is yes, you can but you'll have to transfer your videos from your iPhone to your computer first (unless you can find an APP on the iTunes store to help you to do it on your iPhone).
There are a few ways to do it. The first is that you can use the button on your keyboard called "Prt Scr" or "Print Screen". This takes a shot of your screen which you can then "paste" into a program like paint, or photoshop or even Word to then save as a jpeg image. When using this option a good trick is to use "Alt" + "Prt Scr" to only capture the current window rather than your entire desktop.

Also, some DVD programs have this function in built in them so it's a good idea to explore what's already installed on your computer.

Have you shared your AppleID with anyone - family member or spouse? Any given AppleID can only be associated with 10 devices at a time (five of which can be computers). Once you reach that limit, the 90 day timeout applies before that AppleID can be associated with another, new, device.

All you can do is wait the 90 days, sorry but I know of no way around that. If you think the message indicates an error though, then use the Express Lane web support pages to send a note to the AppleID support folks.

如果会计年度2008在财务一侧已经关闭的了话，是没有办法我转结2008年以前的工程成本的。这种情况下，只能把报错信息AW624的状态从报错改成警告，然后把以前年度的工程成本转接到当前年度。详细的步骤可以参照SAP note 82514 和 425601.
