HELP : Hard Furnishing Perks Config.

Hi SAP HCM Consultants
Kindly help out in the Hard Furnishing perks Config.
I need to maintain Hard Furnishing for the employee. So, I have chked the following tables where the values are maintained with custom WT - 5213 :
-  V_T7INA5 : HI01,HI02
-  V_T539A  : Default WT 5213
-  V_T511  :   Checked WT Characteristics
-  V_ T511K : HFPRC = 10%
-  V_T7INA7 : Created 5213
-  V_T7INA9 : RAPS - HI01 - 5213
                                HI02 - 5213
FEATURE: 40 LTR , 40ECS MAINTAINED
So, here when I try to maintain the data in PA30 for the staff, it throws an error as : Hard Furnishing Scheme is not available for (employee code) on (date).
Please help out ASAP.
Thanks a lot.
Sukhi

Hi Satya
Thanks for the reply.
But I have checked the said tables and the values are configured correctly.
V_T7INA9 :
5213
Tax exemption is Rule Based
Limit for Tax Exemption is Annual
9,999,999.99
SHFS
INR
01.01.1999
31.12.9999
As for the above, I have taken a copy of M213 std WT for H. Furnishing.
40LTR : SHFS -  03/20170331 (YRS/ END DATE)
Chked the WT Permissibility for EG as well.
Still, wen I try putting the data for a particular employee...it wont allow and throw a error as below :
Hard Furnishing Scheme is not available for (employee code) on (date).
Where could be the issue ??
Kindly help.

  • HR Payroll- Hard Furnishing Details

    Hi All,
I am required to create a report on the hard-furnishing component of the salary. We are using wage type 1450 for that. In BW we are using the cube 0py_02 but here we can find only the cumulative value of hard-furnishing but we need line-items details for that. What are the standard infoproviders and data sources for teh same. Plz guide.
    Regards,
    Saurabh Diwakar

    Hi
The extractor for payroll results reads data from payroll cluster PCL2, not from standard tables, hence As far I know it does not have any line item pay roll DS, Try with HR Functional consultant to build one INFO TYPE for item wise.
    Hope it helps

  • Help or tips on config new Mac Pro hard drives

Been saving for over a year and just bought a new Mac pro. The day after MacWorld with no upgrade announced ☹.
My configuration is the 2x 2.8Gh quad-core processors, 2 GB of RAM, ATI Graphic card (standard), and a 1TB hard drive in the first hard drive bay.
I am upgrading for the original 1 processor G5 (sounds so slow now). I am planning on taking my 1TB hard drive from that machine which contains my entire iTunes library, and its full! Mostly of legally ripped DVDs and TV shows.
I am planning on configuring my hard drives like so.
Drive Bay 1: 1TB drive, I am considering partition it so there are about 400 gigs on a boot drive for applications and libraries and using the other 400 or so gigs left over as a drop box for things from my over full iTunes hard drive. (TV shows which have ended, so the tags won’t be changed)
Drive Bay 2: 1TB, or 500 gigs depending on the price I get for a hard drive. If it’s a 1TB I will just have it mirror the drive in bay 1. If its 500 gigs, I will have the iTunes “drop box” mirrored in drive 2 and use my time capsule to back up the OS, applications and libraries.
Drive 3 will be my currently full TB hard drive from my current machine and drive 4 will be a TB drive as an exact mirror for back up purposes.
Can I set up these mirrors I want with time machine? Also I have never partitioned a drive, I know you can do it in disk utility, is it a pretty self-explanatory process?
Is this set up of drives a good idea? A RAID seems too costly and just too much since I am not worried about response times of the drives, as long as my media plays properly I am generally happy. I do some work in PS and FCE but not enough to warrant percent scratch disks and RAIDed drives. I also read about a back up program called SuperDuper but it seems like time machine can do anything I would need super duper to do so is it worth the 30 bucks.
Also I have never used migration assistant, is that fairly painless or am I better off just syncing what I can with Mobile Me, and brining the rest of the things I need over VIA external hard drive? (Documents and pictures and such)
I haven’t gotten a new Mac in 5 years so are there any other tips you recommend when setting up my OS? I read somewhere to create an Admin profile that you never use for log in, and than your own profile? Just simple things like that. I have been browsing my old Macworld magazines looking for small tips!
Well thank you for reading my long post! I am super excited about this Mac to ship in 2-4 days I even shelled out for next day shipping so I didn’t have to want any longer than I needed to.
    Thanks in advance.

I've had my MP just a few months, and like you I've filled the drive bays in no time.
    I keep on top of things using two pieces of software;
CarbonCopyCloner - this runs two nightly 'incremental' bootable Clones of my OSX/iTunes/iPhoto 'System' HD, one to an internal drive, one to an external FW800 D2.
ChronoSync - This I use for everything else, work in progress & archives etc - During and towards the end of my jobs (I'm a photographer), I will use ChronoSync to perform perfectly synced Backups to external FW800 D2s and will soon be purchasing a NewerTech Voyager Q to facilitate the use of bare HDs for rotational backups.
Time Machine isn't a program I've looked into and frankly the way I work doesn't really require that 'Archive' backup style.

  • Help:  hard wiring MAC MIni to Linksys wrt55ag wirelss router

I hope someone can help me with this, it is driving me nuts. I have a mac mini that is hard wired to a Linksys wrt55ag wireless a and g router. To make thinks worse. I have a linksys voice over IP box.
I can get it to work but i keep losing the connect and the phone keeps cutting in and out. It seems that the mini, even though hardwired to the wireless router, loses its conenction to the router. It is unable to find it.
I am close to scaping the whole thing, has anyone heard of this problem? is their a solution?
I set up using dhcp in the mini mac and ppoe in the router. Have both the mini mac and the woip router hard wired to Linksys wrt55ag.

Since you are using PPPoE, I assume that you have the Linksys router connected, via Ethernet, to a DSL modem...correct?
If so, if you connect the Mini directly to the modem, is the connection still unstable?

  • Help: Alternative location for Config Files

    Hello,
    I'm a newbie ...
I would like to create a separate directory to hold the Domain Configuration files.
    e.g. I installed WebLogic Server in /home/gp/bea/wlserver6.1
And currently, my Domain's configuration files are in /home/gp/bea/wlserver6.1/config.
I would like to move these files to /home/config/... How can I make the WebLogic

    Please help!
    Many thanks,

    Hi.
Unfortunately WLS won't work this way. There is effort underway to make this more
flexible in the near future, but you can't do this with 6.1.

  • Please Help - Hard Drive Gone - Won't Mount - No AppleCare...

    Hi guys,
    I'm in trouble here..
I was loading a bunch of photos from an external drive to iPhoto and my iMac froze up for a long time.
    I couldn't do anything at all - so I finally force-powered down.
When I powered back up - My Hard Drive was gone and Finder will not open.
Other applications in my dock such as web browsers, iTunes etc. seem to be unaffected - I can also access Disk Utility and other Apps through Spotlight, but No sign of my "Macintosh HD".
I ran a "Verify Disk" in Disk Utility - and here's the report it provided:
    Verifying volume “Macintosh HD”
    Checking HFS Plus volume.
    Checking Extents Overflow file.
    Checking Catalog file.
    Checking multi-linked files.
    Checking Catalog hierarchy.
    Checking Extended Attributes file.
    Checking volume bitmap.
    Checking volume information.
    Volume Header needs minor repair
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.
Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
    1 HFS volume checked
    Volume needs repair
---The "Repair Disk" Button in Disk Utility is all grayed out though so I can't run it...
I'm at a loss. I can't afford AppleCare, and they won't help me because I'm just out of my 90 day phone support...
I'm on an Intel Core 2 Duo iMac - the last Glossy White one before the new ones.
I've got the latest version of Tiger.
Any advice would be a Godsend. I'm afraid I may have ruined my iMac.
    Thanks!

We usually try to give folks who come here simplified advice that keeps them comfortable troubleshooting and repairing their Macs and won;t raise other issues for them. Command line tools don't usually fall into the simplified category and fsck for Mac OS X Tiger is not recommended by Apple, except as a last resort. It is known to cause other issues.
    From the Apple Knowledge Base article that Dale has linked below;
Note: If you're using Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you should use Disk Utility instead of fsck, whenever possible.
If you can successfully start up in Safe Mode or use Disk Utility while started up from a disc, you don't need to use fsck.
IMO, it isn't helpful for you to come along and contradict sound advice from folks who have used the Knowledge Base and are aware of Apple's recommendations because you think that you know better.

  • Newbie Help with Restoring SPA504G config file

I know just enough to be dangerous, but not enough to be completely effective.  Any help is much appreciated.
I have a standalone SPA504G for which I have customized the configuration.  Frequently, several times a day, the phone resets and returns to the default configuration, erasing all my efforts.  As a result, I have two intertwined problems:
1 -- is there a way to prevent the resets?  I am tethered to RingCentral for my VOIP service, if that is relevant.
2 -- if I cannot prevent the resets, how do I restore my configuration?  I have reviewed this helpful post and have downloaded the spacfg.xml file.  I have also installed Solarwinds TFTP Server for use in restoring the config file.  My problem is that I am completely unfamiliar with TFTP and have been unable to locate instructions as to how to upload, download and restore the spacfg.xml file.  Step-by-step "TFTP for Dummies" instructions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks for your help.
    Merk

    item 1,
is your phone provisioned?  if Ring Central is provisioning it, they may be overwriting your changes.
you can check by going into the provisioning tab on the phone web gui.
click admin login --> advanced --> voice  -->provisioning
look for profile rule. if it has anything but SPA$psn.cfg  it is probably provisioned.  (especially if it says something like http://provisioning.ringcentral.com  )
the profile rule will download a new config file from the server every "resynch periodic" time (3600 sec by default), then if it is different from the current config it will implement and reboot.
So to prevent this, remove the profile rule or set resynch periodic to 0.
or have ringcentral put your changes into the provisioning file.
Most providers have a web 'dashboard' to make changes to the phones they manage.
2 - to reload a config using tftp
set up your tftp, put the file in the tftp root, and set the windows firewall to allow incoming connections to the app (solarwinds, tftpd32, etc), or port 69 UDP
then in the gui of the phone use the resync url to load the config to the phone.
    http://ip.of.phone/admin/resync?tftp:////
Note, if your config is in the tftproot, you should not need the /  part.
    hope it helps,

  • Help required with CSM config?

    1. I request help on some pointers to URLs where I could find answers to my questions.
    2. Also I request for some CSM specialists to please look at the attached document and comment whether the config looks right for what the customer wants to achieve.
    3. I am not sure why the customer wants the .51 server never to be accessed when .50 is up and running. He wants .51 server to be accessed if and only if .50 server is down.

you said the csm is not connected to the server vlan. So, you should not configure a vlan 12 on the CSM. Especially if you want your traffic to go through a firewall. Connecting the csm to vlan 12 would be a way to bypass the firewall.
So, what you need is a route on an existing csm vlan to reach the servers via the firewall.
Then, your customer clearly asked to have .51 as a backup of .50.
    So you need 2 serverfarms.
One with onle server .50 and one with only server .51.
You then configure the serverfarm .50 with serverfam .51 as backup.
The 2nd would kick in only if .50 is down.
You need predictor leastconn or roundrobin so destination nating can occur.
The 'replicate' commands are used when you need stateful redundancy. They tell the CSM to replicate the information to the standby.
Finally, bridge mode is not related to the ip addresses used for vip and real.
You are in bridge mode when the CSM is configured with the same ip on 2 different vlans. In this case, the CSM will BRIDGE between those 2 vlans.
The only url pointer I could give is the csm documentation guide. You may want to read it through to get yourself familiar with all the possible functions like backup serverfarm or replicate.

  • Need Help w/CF Builder Config

I admit I am a Homesite guy but I'm really trying to give CF Builder a fair shake. Unfortunately, I can't even get off the ground with it. I have tried every combination of settings I can think of but I cannot 'Browse' (in Homesite lingo) a CF template with IE or Firefox from within builder.
My CF8 server is another machine on my network. Builder is talking to it - I can use the services browser and such. Just can't browse (preview) my web pages. In Homesite my mappings look like this:
    Homesite Path: N:\inetpub\wwwroot
    Server path: C:\inetpub\wwwroot
    Browser path: http://web1/
ColdFusion is installed in C:\coldfusion8 on the server, which would be N:\coldfusion8 on my workstation. Not sure if that matters or not since Homesite doesn't care...
    Using IIS. Port 80
How can I translate this into Builder? This can't be that hard but I've been beating my head against the wall!
    Thanks!

Can you browse to the site using an external browser using the URL you are giving to CFB?
Also, it might be good to ask these questions on the CFB forum - http://forums.adobe.com/community/labs/coldfusionbuilder - because the CFB dev team monitor that one.
To be honest, the internal browser in CFB has never worked for me, because it balks at the fact that my project files are in a different location to my source code (which makes sense, because a CFB project has nothing to do with the source code of my app, so why would they be in the same place?), which is something I have raised with the CFB dev team but not had any feedback about.
I just use an external browser.
But, anyway, I reckon if you repeat your question on the CFB forum, the guys there will help you out.
(Sorry, would have mentioned this last time round, but didn't notice you weren't already posting it there... I get email from all the forums into one mailbox)

  • Reg:help on E&m config

    Dear experts,
    My setup is like this
    router with E&M (2800)----ip cloud----router with fxs--analog phone.
now i want to dial a call through e/m it should land on fxs
and from fxs to call land on pbx(e/m)
so plz help me how can i configure the routers.
Any body can help i am very thankfull to him,and also iam attaching the diag also.
    Tha ks&Regards
    srini

    2600 router with FXS:
    dial-peer voice 1 pots
    destination pattren 101
    port 1/0/0
    dial-peer voice 2 pots
    destination pattren 102
    port 1/0/1
    dial-peer voice 3 voip
    destination-pattren 2..
    session-target ipv4:192.168.1.1
    2800 router connected to pbx:
Configuring an E&M analog trunk is straightforward. Three key options have to be set:
􀂄 The signaling E&M signaling type
    􀂄 Two- or four-wire operation
    􀂄 The E&M type
Both sides of the trunk need to have a matching configuration. This example configuration
shows an E&M trunk using wink-start signaling, E&M type 5, and four-wire operation.
Because E&M supports inbound and outbound DNIS, DID is also configured on the
    corresponding dial peer:
    voice-port 0/2/0
    signal wink-start ! default
    operation 4-wire
    type 5
    voice-port 0/2/1
    signal wink-start
    operation 4-wire
    type 5
so make sure u have the config in the router similer to the pbx E&M .. OK
    then make the following dialpeers
    dial-peer voice 9 voip
    destination-pattren 1..
    session target ipv4:192.168.1.2
    dial-peer voice 10 pots
    destination-pattern 2..
    direct-inward-dial
    port 0/2/0
    forward-digits all
    dial-peer voice 11 pots
    destination-pattern 2..
    preference 2
    direct-inward-dial
    port 0/2/1
    forward-digits all
prefrence word mean if port 0/2/0 no available the dial-peer 11 over port 0/2/1 will takover
Specify how many wires are used for voice transmission using the operation {2-wire | 4-wire} command. Note that this defines the wires used for the audio path only, not for signaling. The default is two-wire operation.
Specify the E&M interface type to which this port is connected using the type {1 | 2 | 3 | 5} command. On the VIC-2E/M or VIC2-2E/M interface module, you must set both ports to the same interface type
If the port configuration is correct and you are still having problems placing or receiving calls on the trunk, the first place to look is at the wiring between the PBX and the voice gateway. As mentioned, the most common problem encountered with E&M trunk is incorrect wiring
    good luck

  • Terminal help - hard drive rescue

Hi, I have a little bit of a problem. My hard drive is unbootable, but still mountable. *My goal is to gain access to the hard drive, and copy everything on it to an external hard drive*. Note, because it's unbootable, I don't have a lot of options.
Also, *the Firewire port on the machine is not working*. Thus, any file transferring must be accomplished over USB or Ethernet. I also have access another Mac, if that would be of any assistance. Now let me throw you some ideas here. (For the record, I don't know if any of this will help, but it's worth a try.) *I have booted the machine off the Leopard Install Disc. This now gives you access to several options:*
*Startup Disk. Disk Utility. Terminal. System Profiler. Network Profiler.*
Something tells me Terminal might be able to make some magic happen. Unfortunately, I know nothing about the voodoo commands that can be issued in it to get this plan into action. I hear rumors about something called Single User Mode, however I know very little about it (other than, if entering the wrong command, erasing your drive).
So if anyone out there has any suggestion as to how to set this up, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

How do you know the disk is mountable? Do you see it with Disk Utility when booted with the install disk? Try this, if you downloaded the 10.5.2 COMBO update before experiencing your problem. Boot with the install disk, select your language, select Disk Utility from Utilities->File->Open disk image, select the combo image, mount it, and try to run it, selecting the hosed HD. If you don't have the COMBO update, download it from http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/macosx_updates/macosx1052comboupdate .html, and transfer it to the HD via USB or ethernet from another computer. Since you don't have an operable FireWire port, using target disk mode (the preferred option) is out.
If you can't do the above, then post your Terminal queries to the Unix forum under OS X Technologies where the Terminal and Unix gurus hang out. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106388 and http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106237 describe single-user mode operations.

  • Help needed - Basic XSERVE config

    Hi everybody,
we just bought an XSERVE 2.8 + F.C. Raid, a Nortel 5510 switch, a stupid 50$ ethernet and wi-fi router and 5 Macpros 2.8 quad. I'm quite a newbie in network administration but i have some questions that need answers... self learning not always works! I hope that some of you can help me.
My first goal is to set up a lan between the server and the macpros using the switch. Easy: my router shares internet connection to the switch and all the macs (xserve too) are connected to the switch via dual channel cat6 ethernet cables. DHCP is provided by the router. This configuration works well, all the machines can exchange their stuff very quick.
First question: is there any reason to use the Xserve as DHCP server ? I mean... the small network I need will work better, faster or whatever?
My second goal is to create network users in order to control accesses and permissions and let my editors switch between macpros without wasting their own settings, desktops...
Second question: in order to create these users, do I need to create a Directory? Open or active? How to do that ? Once I create all the users on the server, how can I share them to the clients?
My third goal is to install Final Cut Server, any suggestion in this issue is well accepted!
Thanks in advance for your reply!
    Piero

all the macs (xserve too) are connected to the switch via dual channel cat6 ethernet cables
    'dual' ethernet cables?
Are you using link aggregation (aka trunking), or did you just plug in every cable you could and hoped for the best?
If you're not using link aggregation you should only use one link between each machine and the switch.
is there any reason to use the Xserve as DHCP server ?
For the most part, no. For most users it makes no difference. There are some elements of the Mac DHCP server that might be useful (or harder to implement in the router), such as the ability to associate a specific IP address to a specific machine (so it always gets the same IP address), but for most people that's not a big deal.
in order to create these users, do I need to create a Directory?
Yes, that's what a directory is.
    Open or active?
Open. Active Directory is Microsoft's Windows directory service.
    How to do that ?
Use Server Admin on the server to start the Open Directory server, then use Workgroup Manager to manage your user accounts.
Once I create all the users on the server, how can I share them to the clients?
On each client you use /Applications/Utilities/Directory Utility to bind each client to the server (via the LDAP option).
