Help Me Customer Service - I Need A Refrigerator Delivered

Best Buy is always my Go-To store, so I'm very surprised by the run-around I'm receiving.  I purchased an open-box LG Refrigerator - Model LFXS29766S on 4 Dec 2014 at (Best Buy #1459).  At that time, we scheduled delivery for 10 Dec 2014.  As promised by the very professional salesman, on 9 Dec, I received verification of delivery between 9:00 and 10:00 am on 10 Dec.
I took a day off today and at 9:00 am the warehouse manager in San Marcos, Texas (75 miles away) called and said the refrigerator never made it to the warehouse for delivery.  The person stated he would call the store at 10:00 am when they opened and have the manager contact me with information.
At 10:40 am I called the San Pedro store since I had not received a call.  I was told the Appliance Manager, Anna {removed per forum guidelines}, was not in, but the senior sales rep Carlos would look into it and call me right back.
Since I did not receive the call by 1:10 pm, I again called my Best Buy and asked to speak with a manager.  The person I received stated the issue was being discussed at the Dallas warehouse, but he did not know what the issue was.  I asked if the refrigerator was in the store and was told it was not.  They said the Dallas office will call me soon.  It is currently 2:15 pm.
Please Customer Service help me resolve this issue and reassure me this is only a fluke and not the new norm.  I've sold my current refrigerator and it's leaving my house this evening.  I'm relying on my new refrigerator today.  My time off is valuable and very difficult to coordinate within my office.
A call is welcomed!  Joe {removed per forum guidelines}

Hi badilloja,
It is frustrating to hear that this refrigerator delivery didn’t go off without a problem, but I was glad to read this is now taken care of for you. Thanks for the update, and for remaining a customer of ours.

  • Installation Nightmare and no help from customer service

I just spent July 2, 3, 5 from 11a-6p and Saturday July 6 from 8-2 waiting for installation of my fios service in my new apartment.  When i called them to let them know I was moving they insisted it was available at my new location.  When the tech got there at 2 on 7/2, the wiring was not done in the apartment and they needed the help of another type of guy who works for a sub contractor.  They called that tech, who said he was coming by the end of the day and he never showed up.  This happened again on Wednesday and Thursday.  I spent three days of my summer vacation in my house with three kids waiting for someone who had no intention of coming.  I called customer service three times and finally got a supervisor on Saturday am who told me they could not tell me if that outside contractor was ever going to show up.  They apologized, but thats it.  I asked to cancel my service and they were shocked.  I had no service anyway.  So they transfer me to a relief agent, who was also sympathetic, but told me the chances of the outside contractor showing up were slim and none and that they could schedule me for the end of the following week. That would make it two weeks with no phone/internet/tv but even worse, my vacation was over. I can't even describe how upset I am about losing precious time with my three small children.  They finally showed up as I was walking out the door with the three kids to go to the beach and they came walking in.  I have not received any kind of help from customer service other than for them to tell me they have no control over their subcontrator. I don't know what to say other than it was  a total nightmare. For what I pay for service for the past five years I expected a lot more of them

Ihotka, if you have a problem w/QT's refund process you should post your concerns over @ QuickTime Feedback.

  • BEST BUY ONLINE NEEDS SOME HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE HELPFUL

After having just spent an hour trying to order something that the website says was in stock, and then finding it really wasn't available, it became obvious to me that Best Buy online leaves something to be desired.  It seems like a classic bait and switch.  Get people to the website with a low priced "deal", only to find it isn't available, however a more expensive version is available.
So, I call customer service.  I get someone who assures me the order will go through, provide my credit card, redeem my points, and only to find it would not work after all, as it didn't for me.  So I ask for a supervisor.   And I get someone who says "I don't know" and has no answers except that this is the way it is.  To add salt to the wound, he announces that unlocked phones cannot be ordered via telephone.  When asked why the rep didn't know that, yes, another "I don't know".
As a Best Buy customer who spends way too much money at Best Buy, I find this entire situation unacceptable.  As they say, vote with your feet, I will be exploring other stores to spend my money at.  A website that says something is available, and then isn't, simply is bad business.  And customer service who can only say "I don't know" isn't really customer service at all.
A "out of the box" idea would be to listen to what I'm saying, and fix it; this isn't the first time this has happened.  Simply saying "I don't know" is only irritating customers who are trying to buy things from Best Buy.  I am so frustrated with the situation and I assure you I will look elsewhere for future needs/wants.

  • Customer Service Complaint - Need Assistance ASAP and not getting it!

I sent in my Yoga Laptop for repairs two weeks ago. When I spoke with technical support, I was told that my laptop would be fixed within 7 business days, and returned to me. These 7 business days have since passed and I have yet to receive an update on my laptop, let alone my actual laptop. When I called to complain about this to 1-877-453-6686, I was told I would be getting a call back from customer service within 48 hours. These 48 hours have also passed and have not yet received a call. I called again today to find out what was happening and was told nothing more than "you will be contacted by them within 48 hours".
I was supposed to leave for Europe this past Sunday, and was told by the person I originally spoke to that I would have my laptop by then. Nope. Nothing. I am now leaving next Sunday and am very worried I will have to go purchase a new laptop, at my own cost, because Lenovo is unable to uphold to their customer service standards and provide me with any feedback. I am at the point of filing a complaint about the company to the Better Business Bureau here in Canada, but I feel the problem would best be resolved if Lenovo actually contacted me back. I have been without a laptop for 2 weeks now, and as a student, this is too long!!
Lenovo Customer Service, please contact me ASAP! I am not a happy customer right now and you guys have caused me way more stress than I need.
    Thank you!

  • Customer Services Team need to be improved

I am a really angry customer.
I placed an order on March 24th, and then waited untill Apr.1st, I did not receive any installation kit or any message about my order status.
I called on April 1st, i waitied for 1 hour finally can speak to an agent, then she asked me to wait so she can looked up my account....I waited for 20 mins........then she told me my order was locked by customer verification center and give me an number to call.
I called to customer verification center, they said they did not locked my order, everything was approved and me to call back to customer services, then I spent 30min to wait until someone answer the call, she told me no she can not even see anything because customer verification center has locked up the account.......I was like...what happened here? how many calls I should make to make thing right?
How many time I should waste on calling and waiting.
Then I call back to verification center, they took me the system is updating asked me to called back in one hour, and the guy answer my call did not even wait until I finsihed talking just hang out....I dont get this is this the way Verizon treat the customer?
and then I called back in one hour, the system said....the office is now closed................ This is the story on Friday.
but this is not finished yet, I called again on Saturday, the technical support center told me, actually it shows an agent cancelled my order. that's why no body can look up my order....I was like WHAT!!!! I order it on March 24th and an agent cancelled my order with out any reason? and he told me the best way is to reorder the services a again, so I did on Sunday and they schedule my services on April 7th..
I called today, see if anyone can help me to get the services done earlier since I ordered on March 24th, I need internet to get my job done everyday, I need to go to Starbucks buy something to drink so I can stay there using internet!! How can this happened?
WHY can an agent cancelled my order without any reason???
The worst thing happened today is , I haven been waiting someone to answer the call for 30 mins.and  I told her what happened she said
she will transfer my call to customer services, and i waited for 10 mins, I told the lady in customer servies what happened, and then she asked me,,,so how can I help? I said yes I need your help to see if there is any possiblilty to make my services earlie and she said I am here for help you placed an order, you already placed an order right? I said yes, and she asked me so what else I can help.....
I repeated my request she said she is only help for placing orders so she transfered me to " technical support for DSL"
I talked to a guy and he asked me to wait 5 mins so he could asked someone handling this kind of issue to help me.
AND I waited for another 5 mins, a lady answer the call, I explained to her once more my story she said sorry it take several days to set up the services and what else she can help, I said I want to know why an agent cancelled my order in first place?
She siad it might be just lost in system, I said this is Verizon a big compnay why will this thing happened?
She said she will transfer me to techical support for DSL see if anyone can help me there, I said WAIT!!! I was transferred from there to you.
She said I am sorry this is what I can do.......
I wasted total of 1.5 hours today, and tell people what happened 5 times today, I dont have an answer and no body could help me.
No body even will get me to a supervisor on duty.,...
I dont believe this is the customer services I am getting from Verizon....
I am really ANGRY,,,wasted a lot of time in 2 days. No body can help..
    Tell me why?

Nobody can help?  That's a shame, cct.  Surely you should have been able to request assistance from a supervisor.  I believe that Verizon Customer Service has MUCH room for improvement, but in my opinion, they prefer to listen to only the positive comments and applause so they will NEVER improve in the areas where it is needed most.

  • Need help for customer service management for changing ship to party addres

    Hi All,
I Have a bapi that will be called from web application craete service notification .
business requirement is to change the shipping parner details with addition of name that
will be notify person.I follwed this approach.
1.Call the BAPI BAPI_SERVNOT_CREATE to create service notification.
    2.Call the BAPI_SERVNOT_SAVE to  save.
    3.BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT
    4. Called function module ADDR_GET to get the address details of the ship to party.
5.ALL FUNCTION 'ADDR_INSERT'to insert the modified address to sam memory.
6.CALL FUNCTION 'ADDR_NUMBER_GET' to get the address no that will create a adrnr in sap
    table adrc.
7.Called function module PM_PARTNER_UPDATE to update parten table that is ihpa.
8.At last called the function module CALL FUNCTION 'ADDR_MEMORY_SAVE to save the
    address.
Now the problem is when i open the transaction IW52 to see the notification created it
has not the changed data but has standard ship to party detail.
but there is an entry in adrc table for address created but when i see IHPA table the
adrnr is not assigned to the notification no.
    Information is required thanks

    Hi Venkat
Go to <b>VA02</b>, change the ship to party as SH02 on top screen itself so that it will be defaulted for all line items.
Now make changes for rest of the items.
But ensure that no subsequent document (delivery) is generated for any of the line items for which you are trying to change which is NOT possible.
    Thanks
    G. Lakshmipathi

  • Help with Customer Services to get time to pay

I recently had my direct debit payment to BT returned unpaid. BT are now demanding immediate  payment of the one month's missed payment and threatening further action. I am unable to make this payment in one payment and am trying to speak to someone authorised to allow me to pay it off over a few months. Help!!! Cannot get through to anyone in charge who can see past the rules and willing to listen . Been with BT for ten years and have phone and broadband with them. Surely I should be able to get a little time!

  • Returning to BT but no help from customer services

    Hi,
First post on here so looking for somebody "in the know" so to speak about rejoining.
I left 10 months ago for cable but am totally unhappy with them, lots of things really, so wanting to come back to bt.
Sent bt an email from their site following the return to bt link etc. 5 days passed and a youngish sounding girl rang me. All she said was and this is it, word for word:
"I believe you are interested in returning to BT, you must rejoin via the links on the website, we don't offer deals even to old customers returning"
I said well that means I will stay with a competitor, reply from girl... "maybe that's best sir" end of call.
I was shocked, not even a discussion about anything, options etc. Is there some department I could ring to talk to them as this avenue was clearly the wrong one. I do want to return but clearly I am now having second thoughts.
Again, apologies if this is not the correct area but looking for advice.
    Thanks.

I was quite dubious about rejoining BT via an online order as previously, I had placed orders to return and they mysteriously disappears, which I was not all too happy about.
However, it appears that they have now turned a corner. I prefer placing the order where I have control over what I choose and also by ensuring that the details I enter are fully correct and accurate; nothing annoys me more than incorrect spellings!
Not to mention that I also received my £130 cashback for joining via a cashback website!
Nevertheless, after placing my order online, everything progressed without any issue. Nobody called me and I never had to call anybody as there weren't any issues. Everything flowed very well. By 8.30am on the activation day, my landline, broadband and Vision were all active!

  • Best Buy Customer Service

I ordinarily accept that companies will have less than adequate customer service, but my experience with Best Buy has been so bad, I actually decided to take the time to create a profile an write about it.
I ordered a front load washer as a christmas gift for my sister.  I was forced to cancel the delivery as it was a surprise, because my niece and nephews school was cancelled and therefore my sister would be home ruining the suprise.
I rescheduled the delivery, and took off work so that I could be present to accept.  When I did not receive a call giving me a time window as I had the 1st time it was supposed to be delivered, I called customer service for help.  Customer service was anything but, and told me that it was set to rechedule in the system, and that they spoke with the warehouse and it was because they had not received delivery of the washer yet, so they could not deliver.  I informed her that this was not possible as they previously had scheduled my washer for a delivery and it was me who cancelled after I had recieved the smaller delivery window.  She advised that she "spoke to the warehouse and they don't have it, I don't know what to tell you."  I insisted that she call them again, as they must be mistaken because it doesn't make sense that they would have the washer over a week ago and be able to give me a delivery window, and they now don't have it. She said "no, they deffinately don't have it, i just talked to her."  I insisted that she call them again, and asked her if it was not possible that they made a mistake.  She eventually relented and claimed to call the warehouse.  She then said that they were closed, so she could could not give me any more information, and that I should call back tomorrow (the day it was supposed to be delivered).  Eventually she admitted that she could see the same thing in the computer that the warehouse people could see, and there was no information about my washer. Basically she lied and said it was not delivered instead of provide me with the truth that they really didn't know what was up.
I called again the next day, waited on hold forever again, and eventually spoke to someone.  This person said that they had the washer, but there was no way that they would be able to deliver that day, that the girl had made a mistake and didn't get it entered in for delivery correctly.  This was frustrating because I took off work, and I am a contractor so I don't get paid if I don't work.  They were able to get it scheduled for the next day, and told me they would be calling with a specific time instead of a window so I could meet them on my lunch break.
I only got an automated call, which said they would be there between 1 and 3 pm.  A while after the call, I recieved an automated text message which said they would be there from 12 to 2.  The next morning I called to find out if I would get my specific time, or at least what window was correct.  I was on hold for nearly half an hour, and then on the phone for another hour after I spoke with someone, just to get the correct time, and for them to tell me I would not get my specific time.  They said that the 12-2 window was correct. I was getting ready to leave work, and the delivery guys called and said they were going to be there 30 mins early.  I of course couldn't make it early, but they accommodated me.
The delivery guys were very friendly and courteous.  They called me onto the truck to show me that my washer had been damaged by a forklift in the warehouse. the cardboard was damaged, the inner packing styrofoam smashed, and there was a dent on the washer.  They asked me if I wanted for them to still deliver, and told me I should call customer service and let them know it was dented.  I advised to deliver, mainly because I was scared I would not be able to get another one before christmas, and it was a washing machine so a dent would not be the end of the world, even though it was a gift.  Nonetheless I was paying over 600 dollars for a new washer, and you expect no dents.
I called customer service and Holly said that they could come and remove it, or they could offer me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep it. I agreed to the 10% discount.  I was then told that she could not process the discount because the computer still said "in transit" and that I would need to call back the next day and give them a service number she gave me, and then they could give me my discount.  I attempted calling the next couple days and the got a message that they were experiencing high call volume to call back at a different time, and on Monday I was on hold for 30 mins and never able to talk to a person.
Tonight the computer system offered to call me back, so I did that, and eventially spoke with customer service when they called back.  I was put on hold many times and eventially spoke with a customer service person in the appliance department.  I am pretty sure this was the same customer service person that lied to me on thursday, based on her voice.  She told me that they could see that I was told that I would receive the 10% discount, but that the individual did not put who authorized the discount into the notes, and the warehouse was closed and they were the only ones that would be able to authorize the discount, that I needed to call back the next day.  This was after being on the phone for one hour and 20 mins.  I asked why I needed to call back, why could they not just process my discount, and she said that was the only way I was getting my discount.  I asked why they could not call me, and she said "we do not call people."
Eventially I realized I was getting nowhere.  This is simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  I will have to call again tomorrow, wait on hold again, probably just to get the runaround. I do not know how they manage to stay in business.  Very disappointed.

    Hello neveragain30,
Thank you for sharing your feedback here on the forum. I'm sorry for the delay in replying to your post. I was honestly speechless for a moment after I read about your delivery experience. It is very generous of you to have purchased a washer for Christmas for your sister, and I am so very sorry if we offered you such a poor delivery experience. I assure you this is not the level of service we expect our delivery team to offer our customers.
Using the e-mail you registered on the forum, I was able to locate the order, and confirmed that they applied the discount as promised. I do appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention here at the corporate office. I assure you I will be documenting your comments for further employee training as we clearly have an opportunity here for improvement. I also have some information I would like to share with you so I will be sending you a private message. To view your messages, please make sure you are logged into the forum, and click on the envelope in the top right hand corner.
Again, I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and keep an eye out for that message coming your way.

  • Customer Service Reps are wholly unqualified to serve customers

I have been dealing with several issues over the past few weeks and have been given false information on a number of occasions. I was double billed on my checking account asa  result of this incompetence and the lead to believe I could upgrade my phone early up until the actual order was placed and then was told they would call me back and no return call was made. When I contacted customer service about these issues, I was basically told that there was nothing I could do about the situation and when I expressed a wont to switch to another carrier after having a Verizon phone for almost a decade, I was essentially told they were sorry to see me go. No attempt was made to keep my service in any way. It is concerning that I pay my bill on time every month and when I need assistance from customer service, I cannot trust the information I receive there because of being told several false pieces of information over the past several months on various occasions. Overall, I love my Verizon service but the customer support is completely unreliable and I cannot be trusted at this point to actually help me. It is completely worth an ETF to get away from this company as a service provider at this point. Unfortunately, I have to pay in order to get away from Verizon but at this point, I am not being given any other options by Verizon Customer Service. I have a feeling I will get no reply from Verizon regarding this because of their complete lack of respect for their customers and not sure if they will even leave this post on the forum but if so, I encourage anyone that has similar issues to reply so that Verizon sees that their customer service reps need to be better trained as a whole.

    {please keep your posts courteous}
I have NEVER had a bad experience with CS. Sometimes you need to look in the mirror. Not always, but sometimes.
You stated on another post that other companies don't have bad customer service. Obviously you have never been with AT&T!

  • Customer Service & Infinity Issue

    Hi All,
Apolgies for having a dig on my first post here, but looking at numerous messages over the past few days, I believe I am not alone in my current issue with BT Inifinity.
I moved over to BT inifinty from Sky three weeks ago, as Inifnity was finally available in my area.  MY internet was then positioned at 36M download 7M upload.  A massive leap from Sky.
I then paid 12 months line rental up front, and took advantage of the reduced rate for 3 months.
Thats when the issues started and still contunue.
Firstly BT infinity was installed fine, and then 3 days later we lost the house phone.  Yes, the house phone was completely dead, and as it was the weekend, we didnt have a working phone until the Tuesday.  Not to worry, teething problems I thought, but the engineer stated it was incorrect in the exchange...
Never mind, look on the bright side, I have infinity bb speed.
Just a week later, i recieved an email to state my limit was nearly full on my BB.  I was surprised as no one informed me there was a limit to infinity.  Therefore I then changed my account to pay more money to BT to enable the unlimited.  Thanks BT customer sales service for not informing me of that one!
Then we come to the final piece of the jigsaw.  I didnt contact BT about my infinity service as i was waiting for the 10 days BB period to settle down.  However, we have only ever recieved max 22M download and 4.5M upload.  So i contacted BT support to report it.  Low and behold I recieve the email saying a fault has been raised, recieved two phone calls from an indian support centre, and heard nothing back.
On checking my support status this evening, I see BT have stated in the fault report that they believe the issue is now resolved.  No email confirmation to me, and the fault is still not resolved!  I still have the same BB speeds, and no where near what i was offered.
Based on the above, do you believe this is good customer service?
I am now paying more than i thought due to wrong information from the BT sales team, was not connected correctly when the service was activated, lost my home phone for 5 days, still do not recieve the speeds i was told i could recieve, and when i do raise a fault, it has been reported fixed when its not, and recieved no information.
I am a calm person, actually do work in the telecoms industry, but if I did this to one of my customers, we would lost them.
Could anyone help me on how to try and fix my issue please?
    Many thanks
    Alan

    Hi,
If you have read my original post, then you will understand that I did report the fault, but BT have no stated in the case notes that they believe it is fixed.  This is not the case, and the notes were updated without any communication to myself.
I am fully understanding of fault processes, but in this instance I do believe that BT customer service does need to be improved.
I am also fully available to assist BT in resolving the fault but the fault has been reported over a week, no correspondance.
To that end, I will not be responding to say your post was an accepted solution.
    Rgds

  • Verizon FiOS Early Termination Fee and Very Poor Customer Service

I posted this as a reply to an earlier thread... but think it deserves a little more attention....  please read.  Thank you.

This is one organization that I will never do business with agan. You live and learn these days!!  They are insisting on charging me the early termination fee of $110.00 even though Verizon DOES NOT offer service in the area I am moving to this August.  My conversation with them today started like this:........ I asked if they had service at my new residential address. They indicating they did not and then I was immediately transferred  to their "disconnect" department.   In this "disconnect" department.....  I was told I would have to pay that termination fee anyway regardless of the fact that Verizon does not offer service in that area.  This was stated per someone named "Jay" representing Verizon....  This Jay  would NOT even consider waiving the termination fee at all...  so I asked to speak with his supervisor and got some complete jackass named Freddy who also  tells me I must take the HD Set Top boxes to a "corporate" UPS location and that they will not waive my termination fee just because??   So I asked for his last name... which he did not give me... but did give what he said was his employee ID number.  ( who really knows if that was a legitimate ID number anyway)  So why is it that  they would not  be willing to waive the fee??  For me ...it  is simple to explain..... Because I complained about  it.... that is why!!   Verizon is very wrong here and this "Freddy" character should be immediately fired.  The company's customer service  does need an immediate overhaul....  and this Freddy  guy is playing with the good name of what once was a very reputable company.   However... now.... because Verizon  have no legimate process for immediate or quick complaint resolutions,  they are  quickly becoming a company that many people do not want to do business with anymore.  I had a similar experience with  Verizon Wireless as well;  when I cancelled their service earlier this year..... It is not that the fee that bugs me so much.... even though it makes little sense......It is Verizon's lack of professional customer service and the questionable ethics of many of this company's representatives that has left such a distaste that I will never do business with them anymore.  Just my 2 cents... for what it might be worth.

I have also had horrible service with Verizon customer service and their ETF.  I moved to a new area that Verizon fios does not cover.  When I moved into the new house a few weeks ago, I attempted to cancel their service, but I was told I had to keep it until my phone number was ported to Charter.  I called Verizon to cancel my internet/Fios TV only and they said it would be taken care of.
Charter sent a request to them on 11/24/14 to port my phone number and Verizon denied the request a week later.  I initially thought it was Charter messing up the port but come to find out, it was Verizon.  I called Verizon on 12/08/14 and I was told they denied the port due to an "outstanding" bill.  Well that bill was for the month in advance, which doesn't make sense because I had already canceled the service.  So they were charging me for the phone, internet, and TV at an empty house.  Verizon made me pay the bill so I could get my phone number ported. I paid the fee and they said the the number  was ready to be ported.  On 12/10/14 I received a call from Charter saying Verizon denied the port AGAIN!!!.  So I called Verizon and according to them, Charter never requested the number.  That doesn't make sense because I’m sure Charter is doing everything they can because they aren't being paid until that number gets ported over.
I asked the Verizon agents to give me something in writing so I could put it back on Charter but they refused to do so.  (Charter gave me written proof documenting Verizon denying the port, so I know Verizon was lying.)  So after dealing with Verizon and their laziness I canceled my phone number, which will cause me a lot of heartache in the future.  The agent then asked if I was canceling the FIOS TV and Internet.  I told him it should have already been canceled, but it wasn't.  So they said it will cancel today after they already took my money for the month.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and they agent said, "Why, she wont be able to do anything."  I asked him again and he finally agreed to transfer me over.  After a 10 minute wait a lady named Karyn I believe, answered the phone.  I explained to her how my phone number was not being ported and she said "We don’t block a port, Charter must have messed it up.”  I asked her for written documentation and she refused to provide me with anything.  I explained to her the reason why I had to move into a new house, due to work and my safety and she said, “Well if your military I could help you but I’m sorry I cant.”  She said the only way to get out of paying for the ETF, is if I was deployed over seas fighting a war.  Then she said if someone were to die, she could waive the fee...thats ridiculous.
I asked her if I was going to have to pay for the past few weeks of my service, even though I tried to cancel it and they held up my order and she said, “Ill credit you $11.00.”  Thats nothing when my bill is $150.00 a month.  She did nothing to help even though Verizon dropped the ball on this.  Over all I am very disgusted with the employees and supervision with Verizon and I will most likely never to business with them again, unless they admit their mistakes and make it right.  I have given them thousands of dollars and hours of my time and this is how they repay you.  Oh and by the way, they want me to drive down to the UPS store and return their boxes for them.  So they can inconvenience me further.
