HELP!?!?!No parent-children data drill support in Navagator Style Window!?!?!?

Application users seem to have a strong preference for drill-down data navigation. I never argue with a user.
My user needs me to be light-footed with my data structure and wants that done with Oracle Designer. Sounds exciting to me. BUT I'm having some doubt as to the tool set because Designer gives me "CDG-00040 ERROR: Module Component Table Usage TUTORI0040.PROCUCTS.PRODUCTS.PDT:Many-to-One relationships are not supported by this Generator" Version.6.5.28.0 Configuration 4.012
Surely this cannot mean what this appears to be saying! The online docs for CG$NAVIGATOR_WINDOW appears to contradict the error message.
Oh, someone please, say it isn't so!
If I need a different configuration I need to get there quickly or this project will die before its born.

I have been able to successfully create a navigator tree with a one-to-many drill down (e.g. level 1 was DEP and level 2 was EMP.)
so I don't think there is cause to panic.
However, I notice the error message you give says 'many-to-one' relationship, not 'one-to-many'. Do you by any chance have your master detail relationship turned upside down? I could see where that would cause a problem.

[AIR] Drag Problem (parent & children can receive d&d and HTML Control)

Hi,
I have a problem regarding drag and drop in AIR. The d&d involving parent & children that can receive d&d event and the children can contain HTML control. You might want to copy and paste the code below to get a better idea.
The objectives are:
1. If you drag the green object and drop it in the black area, it should alert "Parent Drop"
2. If you drag the green object and drop it in the magenta (purple) color, it should alert "Child Drop"
3. If you drag the green object and drop it in the white (HTML control) color, it should alert "HTML Drop"
The problems:
1. drag green object to black area, to magenta area, and back again to black area. Drop it, the alert is not shown
2. drag green object to the white area (HTML control). Drop it, the alert is not shown

The parent drop issue is because there can only be one drag acceptor and you don't get another dragEnter event when the mouse leaves the child (since technically, it never left the parent). This isn't as big an issue as it might seem, since generally you wouldn't have both a parent and a child that could take the drop. The ways to fix this are to use the dragOver event in addition to dragEnter or you could handle the dragExit event dispatched by the child and set the drag acceptor back to the parent.
The HTML control issue is a bit trickier. HTML content has its own drag-and-drop system that operates a bit differently than the ActionScript version. I don't think there is a way to intercept the events before they are handled by the WebKit HTML engine. Urgent SAP Help menu not showing option "Create Support Message"

Hi all,
We are running SAP 4.6c landscape (dev,qa,prd), and have solution manager installed .
Now when i want to create a support messge from any system in my landscape i dont get the option "Create Support Message" in the SAP Help menu, and we create a support message using Help->Feedback option . Is this the correct was or is there any other settings or notes i need to make/apply on my landscape to get this option.

Thanks for your answers... But is it possible to call transaction NOTIF_CREATE from an external system?
I have done something already so that those 3 fields will be automatically populated for a message sent from an external system.
I changed the screen and called FM BAPI_NOTIFICATION_CREATE(a remote enabled FM which is the one being used by transaction NOTIF_CREATE to create a message) inside FM BCOS_SEND_MSG.
I populated the category, subject and solution in the FM export parameters as well as the solution number in the sap data table. I put a destination also..
This FM calls another FM DNO_OW_CREATE_NOTIFICATION which is the one being used from the external system but do not cater the functionality to send the 3 fields that we need.
As you will notice, there are lots of standard objects that I've changed. =)
My problem now is that the system data sent is the same with the system data if you create the message using NOTIF_CREATE. Some system that were sent when a message is sent from an external system is missing but at least the sap system and client ID is sent. There is no external reference number also. But hopefullly, the users will accept it. Can't find any other solution to this.

You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation. I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

You could look at using LCM, you will need to export supporting details to understand the format of the XML.
You can also use ODI with LCM, I wrote a blog about using LCM with ODI which should give you some ideas, have a read here

Getting parent-child data from a single column in a table

Hi,
I have a parent-child data in a column.
Eg:
0
00
01
010
011
1
10
11
These values are present in the single column itself. My need is to get the parent values for the given child value.
For eg: If I am giving the input as 011, the query should return all its parents, i.e. 01 and 0
Could you please give me any inputs on this?

Your syntax is wrong - look at the post above where this syntax is given:
to_char (add_months(r.formdate,12), 'MM/DD/YYYY') "formdate2"Look at the formula from a logical perspective - "inside out" to read what is happening -
take formdate, add 12 months
add_months(r.formdate, 12)then apply the to_char format mask - basic syntax
to_char(date, 'MM/DD/YYYY')Compare to your syntax:
to_char(add_months(r.formdate, 'MM/DD/YYYY'),12) "formdate2"You will see your format string inside the call to add_months, and your 12 inside the call to to_char.

I bougnt a full master pack CS6 which I had installed on a mac for one year. Then, I decided to change it to another computer, so I sisintalled it according to instructions. In the meantime I got a free trial of creative cloud on that computer, but I gave up and decided to reinstall my cd-roms. However, everytime I try to use acrobat for instance it says that my trial period ran out! I disinstalled my cloud products, I am using my registered full master series items, they have nothing whatsoever to do with my creative cloud FREE subscription. If I try to cancel my free membership, it is to no avail, there simply is no such possiblity. I want to use the software I paid dearly for, not the cloud items I disinstalled and which do not interest me. How can I contact Adobe to fix it? It was no fault of mine, I did all I was supposed to, disintalling items before installing the right ones, but the system must have some error i am not responsible for.

you can give the hyperlink in the documentation by going to the path below
MENUBAR ----> INSERT -----> TEXT -----> HYPERTEXT.

You probably need to either uninstall and reinstall itunes or to download the apple application support by itself
you can download the itunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/ here
then to do a complete uninstall / reinstall follow these instructions http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923
you could also use 7zip to extract the individual installer for apple application support from the itunes setup file http://www.7-zip.org

Apple Stores won't directly support issues with your Windows PC, even if the issue is iTunes which you need to configure your iDevice.
For device connectivity issues see TS1538: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows, in particular section 5, and TS4062: iTunes 10.5 and later: Troubleshooting iTunes Wi-Fi syncing.
