Help....Sufferring from Performance realted problem...!

I am doing a project, a java desktop application. I am suffering from performance related problem in proj. Actually there is one jPanel(inside jInternalFrame, which is obvious inside main frame) which contains around 30 labels + 30 TextArea fields + 2 buttons(huge amount of GUI components placed on that), and it is too large to be fit into a desktop screen. that's why i have used a jScrollpane and placed jPanel on that. But now major problem is whenever i run a project it takes too much time, around 4 to 8 minutes. I think it is just because of huge amount of GUI components are placed in that jPanel which is placed inside jScrollpane & i think that jScrollPane is a lightweight component. But then 4-8 mins is a too much time to load a project. Can you tell me that is there any other way to put a large form inside a fixed (small) area without affecting performance of project.
In short i want to put a too many swing components inside a fixed area. Is there any other way apart from using jScrollPane?
What should i do in this case? Plz reply....

It should not take 4-8 minutes to create a GUI. Maybe 4-8 seconds. You have some other problem you haven't described.
If you need further help then you need to create a [Short, Self Contained, Compilable and Executable, Example Program (SSCCE)|http://homepage1.nifty.com/algafield/sscce.html], that demonstrates the incorrect behaviour.

Try going to setting to General to reset to network settings.
Once you have reset network settings you will then need to have your device find the wifi connection once found you will then need to provide for the wifi password

does not worked. so that i cant use my graphics software. and i have tried every of amd software but there is no response.
the service of hp is very bad because my laptop in one year gautantee period but such as i will call customer care then
there is no response so than i think that i give you advise to never purchase a hp laptop

Is Cisco 2901 router suffering from the heartbleed problem?
I am not quite familiar with networking product. So may be this is a stupid question.
We have recently bought a Cisco 2901 router.

We checked the cisco heartbleed info page.

But Cisco 2901 is not listed neither in "Vulnerable products" or "Products Confirmed Not Vulnerable".
So, is Cisco 2901 vulnerable or not?
Or does it depend on the firmware version? How to check?Just to add to the above. It actually say's that IOS is NOT affected.

Suffering from poor performance
Recently my iMac has suffered from a sever drop in performance. This has happened between uses, (although about 3 months apart due to house re-arangement and storage) however the performance has dropped noticeably.
I am suffering from lengthened loading times, having great issues trying to change between tabs in both Safari and Firefox, and just a general sluggishness overall.
I have removed a great deal of data from it, that I no longer require, deleted logs and caches, and yet though it helped slightly, the diference was minimal.
So I am asking if anyone knows of how I can get my performance back up to scratch, or in the event that I will need to format and start again, a method as how to do that.

that you made a good backup of your computer.
What would be the best way to do that? I have only a slot loading cd-rom, with no external drives available to me, the best I have for external storage is a 1gb USB stick.
I am on a local network, however my connection is often iffy, and network speed is only at best around 54mbs (despite being attached to a 100mbs network).

I have a very small 20gb, and have 8.22gb available. Though at some stage I am going to remove an additional 3-4gb of music off my drive.

Problems when printing help topics from OHJ
We have encountered some persistent problems when printing help topics from Oracle Help for Java (Ice Browser).
NOTE: When we print the same source files from Oracle Help for the Web, the printing problems are gone.
(1) Spacing Errors (all printers had identical results)
Text with special formatting (<b>, <i>) often has either too much space or not enough space.
Links often have extra spaces underlined before or after the link, itself.
(2) When printing multiple help topics from the TOC (an entire branch in the tree):
On some printers, no graphics print correctly, but instead print as one of the following: 1. empty box the size of one character, 2. black box the size of one character, 3. black box the size of the original graphic. We could not detect a pattern that caused 1, 2, or 3.
NOTE: all graphics are bit maps (screen captures) that were generated in the same manner.
NOTE: if these same help topics are printed one at a time form Oracle Help for Java, the graphics print fine.
Is this a problem with the Ice Browser?

Wendy StudinskiThere are a known issue with the ICEBrowser printing in some circumstances. The laying out of text by the ICE Browser relies on font metrics (being able to measure the width of a run of text in a given font). On screen it looks great, but when printing, even though the GraphicsConfiguration for the printer is being used, these widths are sometimes off, which can result in text running together at boundaries between text styles. We're not sure what to do about this problem, and we've reported it to IceSoft.
Not every font has this problem, so varying the font you are using might help the appearance when printed.
The other problem you report, problems with the images when printing multiple topics, is something that we will look into. -

I can't delete my bt emails or move them to folders, other emails from tiscali no problem with, anyone help please
I did that and it is currently whirring away, had over 16000 emails as everything got imported when I set emails up (only had this computer 5 days). So will see what happens when it stops doing whatever it is doing. Sorry if I appear stupid but first Mac I have owned so everything a bit new. Have managed to get most things working correctly just can't sort this BT email problem out. Will report back later!

Yes, the iPhone 5S is a global phone. However, Sprint will only unlock phones for use on GSM networks outside of the U.S. In the U.S., that phone can only be used on Sprint's network. -
Problem importing Help topics from FrontPage into RoboHelp

This is my first time here.
I am a tech. writer in my first job (I've been here a couple
of weeks).
My company has just purchsed RoboHelp, and wants to import
it's Help topics from FrontPage (which I know nothing about) into
RoboHelp (which I know a teeny bit about).
I know the other tech writer here tried to import the topics,
and had R.H. continually crash.
I am the only tech. writer here for the week (aaaggghh! lol),
and I need to know how to fix this problem.
Please, when you respond, imagine that you are taling to a
first grader , and keep the instuctions simple.

Leigh-AnneHi Leigh-Anne. First off don't woory about being on your own.
We'll all been there at some point and come out the other side.
Rick asked you whether you had the project on a network
because this is the cause of so many RH problems. The underlaying
Access DB in RH doesn't work at all well there. It is highly
recommended that you work on your local PC and back up to a network
each night. You say there are two of you. If you are using the
RoboSource control features of RHX5 then you can have the project
on a network but the actual source files must be stored and changed
on your PCs.
You could try creating a new RH project and import the
FrontPage topics a few at a time. If this works, try a few more
into the RH project. Repeat this until you hit the problem. Once
you do, import the topics one at a time until you hit the problem.
This will identify the offending topic - if indeed the problem is
in a topic! Once you're there, try creating a new topic and cut and
paste the old topic's elements into the new topic. It's all a
process of elimination I'm afraid.
Try this and come back to the forum with any further problems
you find. -

I have been trying for months to put iTunes on my laptop and kept getting installation errors in Windows 7. I gave up and just installed iTunes on my PC running XP.
Now I have to install Quicktime on the laptop and once again I get an installation error 0x800736FD.
All windows updates are fine, none failed.
I have removed all apple software from my laptop using CCleaner, common files and folders. Tried reinstalling and still the same error.
Could you offer any advice on how to get both quicktime and then iTunes working??
