I usally do not asks for code, but this I think someone has to show and explain for me. so if any of you have some spare time I would be grateful.
ok, i want to make two arrays, one with names of a person, and one list with different beers. This part is not a problem.
Now I want to be able to tell the system that:
1.
person A own beear number 3 (Heiniken)
person B owns beer number 1 (Falcon).
Then they switch ownership so that person
2.
person A owns beer number 1 (Falcon)
Person B owns beer number 3 (Heiniken)
Now Person A decide to own all the beers
3.
Person A owns beer number 1 (Falcon) and beer number 3 (Heiniken)
Person B owns zero beers
How do I do this? I feel totally lost.
If you could be kind enugh to explain this for me and show an example code of point 1, then I can proably figure out the rest for my self.

Don't use Iphone4s voicemail. "Person you're calling has not set up voicemail" robocall interferes with my google voice voice mail by appearing in its stead after 5 rings. How do I get rid of robocall, or place verizon robocall after 6 rings instead of 5?

If Verizon can place the robocall six rings deep, my own voicemail will beat the offending Iphone voice to the punch. How do I manage that, or delay the Iphone robocall answer "the person you're calling has not set up his voice mail!"

Well, given the time you've spent here...you could have contacted Verizon yourself & already gotten an answer. And since they are the only one's that can adjust this to begin with, seems to me the best couse of action is to contact them.

My wastepaper file (or what ever you call it in English; I use the German version) has got lost.

I have created a new one but it doesn't work, i.e. the erase button doesn't work, so I have to shift the mails into it manually. Also, the file is not deleted when I press the erase waste paper button in the file tab. Does the waste paper box have some further attributes I would have to set? Or what else can I do?

For free using cellular voice or data? Forget it. Especially if you have Verizon. T-Mobile is the only US carrier with reasonable roaming rates and services. Verizon is the worst for International roaming.
If you have a WiFi connection you can use Facetime, Skype or similar apps for voice, and Yahoo Messenger, GoogleTalk, Twitter or similar for texting.
If you are eligible for an upgrade get an iPhone 5S from Verizon. It is unlocked for International use. So you can use an Israeli SIM while there. It won't be free, but it will be no more expensive than anyone in Israel pays.

Activate Windows 8 Enterprise over the phone (The option to choose what country you are calling from is greyed out)

I am trying to activate Windows 8 Enterprise. However, the workstation I'm running it on is not able to connect to the Internet. So, I select "Activate over the phone". However, the "Click nearest location" is greyed out.
The default is set to Afghanistan, which unhelpfully lists a toll number to call in Afghanistan...which would work if I lived in Afghanistan, but I don't. Other than pluggint the system into the Internet is there a way to activate my copy of Windows
8 Enterprise over the phone? I need a toll free US number.

I appreciated the tip. However, it is not the answer to my post. I only need a toll free US phone number to complete over the phone activation. Like I said in my original post, the drop-down selection box is greyed out and only shows a
number for users in Afghanistan.
If phone activation for the evaluation version of Windows 8 Enterprise is unavailable, then THAT should be the answer.

What ever you are working on stops after about 2 minutes the screen freezes and after another few moments you are required to put you password in again. It only started this morning and had been working perfectly until today. I purchased from eBay three weeks ago. If watching bbc new you can only watch for 2 minutes and same for video and games. Keeps coming back to screen saver where all icons are. Sometimes we are to use the on off button to get it going again. I set it up the same as my own iPad 32gb. Hope you can help? Thanks.

Spilled water without flavorings and especially without sugar is something from which your computer may recover. The best thing to do is to shut off as quickly as possible and remove the battery pack. Place the computer in a sunny window with the lid open to promote evaporation of the water. On top of a refrigerator is also a warm perch that'll promote drying. It is difficult to say exactly how long it takes to dry the computer; that depends on ambient temperature and humidity, and how how water is in there.
The biggest threat from the water is corrosion of metal parts, so drying quickly is a must. Also, water can form mineral salt deposits that can grow conductive dendrites between adjacent traces on printed circuit boards. The formation of dendrites is aggravated if you apply power before the machine is dried out. The worst damage would be if water managed to get in the breather hole of the hard drive - luckily, the way the drive is mounted, that would be fairly unlikely.

Need help using music library on external hard drive

Here is my scenario. I am hoping some one can help me as I have been having a heck of time trying to figure this out. I am what you would call newbie to Mac(I just purchased macBook) so bear with me).
I have a iTunes library on an external hard drive that was created using Windows PC machine. I now would like to use the same library on my Mac. How can I get the Mac to connect to the iTunes Music on the external hard drive?
This is what I have done so far. I have been able to network the Mac with my current network so it does see the external hard drive.
BTW, I would like to achieve this without having iTunes open on Windows machine. I know about the sharing option in iTunes but I have discovered that it only works if I have iTunes open on the Windows machine. This may not always be the case so this is why i am hoping their is an alternative to get the mac to connect to the library on the external hard drive.

Maybe I did not explain myself clearly. All I want to do is be able to listen to the music in my itunes library on external hard drive on my new MacBook. I am thinking all I will have to do is create the itunes database file on my Mac using the music in my library(on external HD).

You only defined a Record and not a collection, therefore you cannot use .EXISTS

My Brother all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner died. I am considering the Canon MX892 all-in-one. Anyone using it? What are you thoughts? Thanks.
I like that fact that it has separate color ink tanks. Which ink tanks does it use the least? I am wondering what the difference is between the 2 black inks.

I normally love Canon because of the separate ink tanks. I just bought this one as a replacement for my Canon MX700. I loved that old printer - it did everything.
This one is awful - unless I just happen to have a defective model. When copying and scanning, the colors are not the same as the original. At first I thought it was the ink tanks, so scanned to the computer to be sure - and the scan turned out black and white (and I know I pressed the color button).
I will be returning this one.
