Hey guys, I copied almost 600 pics to photo vault app. and they wer all saved to icloud. when i logged in another phone with the same apple id it again showed that 4.5 gb of the icloud was full of my pictures.but sudenly in sometime it startd showing 61mb
please help me out. those photos mean a lot to me . i need them back

I had also thought that initially, but after turning it on, I went to sign into iMessage with my Apple ID and regular Apple ID password, but it prompted me to create an app specific password to sign in since I had two factor authentication on, as it wouldn't let me use my regular Apple ID password to log in (which I could use to log in for everything else but iMessage and FaceTime). It was nice since I was prompted to provide a code sent to an Apple device of my choosing when signing into the Apple ID management site or iCloud.com, but forcing me to create app specific passwords for iMessage and FaceTime is kind of ridiculous and frustrating. Maybe there's a way to have two factor authentication without the need for app specific passwords? Or if not, then perhaps that would be a great option to present users when turning that feature on.

You should be able to change the language by either restoring your Apple TV with iTunes or change the language by following the steps in the second article. Take a look at the article below for more information to either get you back to square one or to at least a language that you know.

I copied my iTunes folder to an external HD and now I cannot delete it. When I try to move it to the trash it displays: The item “iTunes” can’t be moved to the Trash because it can’t be deleted.
Close iTunes. Click the icon to start it, then press and hold down the left shift key. Keep holding until asked to choose or create a library. Choose the iTunes folder on your external drive. That should bring back all your playlists, ratings, play counts etc. You may have to settle for removing and reloading the media onto the device again. That's not too bad, but what you don't want to have happen is your apps being removed and reloaded as then you can lose settings and data. If that looks likely backup and then restore the device rather than sync it.
If for some reason rebuilding the library the way you did has moved files around then the restored library may have trouble finding things. If so post back and I'll explain what to do...

I have two facetime users, both connecting to our enterprise wireless network (Cisco WCS) and they can't make a facetime connection from IPAD to IPAD. Are there any apple protocols or other settings that need to be enabled on WCS? There is no firewall inbetween the two connections, as this is all on our internal network.
Both devices can connect to the network, but when they try to talk to each other they can't make the connection.

My Linksys router has a Network Mode setting, and I had to change it from "Mixed" to "Wireless-G only". (I would've used N but one of the NICs in my house is too old to support it.) Anyway, after making this change, Facetime works fine on the phone. Hope this helps someone else! -
I have an iTunes account where I have downloaded Digital movies & I am able to see the list on the desktop of the original downloads. When I log on another device with my login I do not see my list to access them. Why can't I access from another device

I have been a customer with VerizonWireless for over 10 years. I called two months ago because they had a new rate plan, in reading information on the website, it appeared they were going to switch everyone to the new program. I called (mainly because my bill was nuts) and the rep told me the new plan she was switching me to was $180 per month. The first bill came and it was $280, which they explained away as I was switching plans. The next month it was $255 (which was $25 more than I was paying), when I called the rep - was very quiet. I explained what I was told and she seemed confused. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated they were all in a meeting and one would return my call within 24 hours. IT HAS NOW BEEN 36 HOURS AND I CAN GUARANTEE I WILL NOT HEAR FROM VERIZONWIRELESS MANAGEMENT UNTIL I CALL THEM AGAIN.
This is truly wonderful customer service!!!! Does anyone know how to reach somebody at VerizonWireless, that can explain why I was told one thing and then received something else. My thought is if they treat a 10 year customer this way, how are they treating the new customers.Ohvandijk1,

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Looking to get a new device - have a 4s want to get a new one to replace my current - and I want to avoid downloading all of the same apps that I currently have on my phone without purchasing more iCloud space.
Does anyone know if there is an alternative to purchasing more iCloud space? Would be very helpful.

My objective is to print photos on on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper (4 per page). I want to include the photo title and the photo key words.
I am not sure how to go about doing this.In iPhoto, create an album with the images you want to print.
Once created, open the album and select all the images (type Command + A)
Go to the menu View and make sure Titles and Keywords are checked.
Go to the menu File > Print
Choose Contact Sheet
In the lower right corner press the customize button
In the next window that opens, at the bottom of the window change the column slider to "2"
You should be good to go. If OK, then press Print at the bottom right corner of the window.

Either disable iMessage on your wife's phone or set it up with a unique Apple ID.

i was given a macbook 5.1 by my mom, being nice, she erased everything on it, but then could not find the original start up disc. i called apple and had the serial number and said that leopard 10.5 was the operating system that orginally came with it, so i bought it. when i got it,i turned on computer, put in dvd, and immediately shut it off, then turned it back on while pressing letter c. (they told me to do this) i can hear the disc turning but alls i get is blank screen then it shuts down, and restarts. nothing ever shows up on the screen. did i get a wrong disc? should there be something different than just the mac os x leopard 10.5 to get this computer to work again?? thanks for your help!
It means what it says. The "computer person" formatted it wrongly/ unsuitably. it needs to be formatted again.

NOW THE iPod its a 2nd Gen. I love those because the glass (plastic) doesn't break like the new ones but anyway. I let it die out as I was moving and its been tucked away needing a charge. I go to charge it and nothing a big paper weight. Pressed power and home did the works nothing is working ugghhhh Im tempted to say f@$#%#$ Apple???????????????????/
Letting the battery get into a totally discharged state was probably not a good idea. Apple didn't do it, you did.

It seems to repeat the same motions i just made on the timeline for some reason.
Current Firefox versions have a feature called tear-off tabs.<br />
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.<br />
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

Problems with my display. However when I log in as a "guest" - the display is PERFECT!
I am having problems viewing content on my iMac, everything looks VERY washed out - no contrast. However I noticed that when I logged in as a "guest" - the display was perfect!!! Just like it is in the store. How can I get the display on my normal profile to look that same as my display for the guest profile. Thanks for the help
Post the results of an etrecheck report and we'll see what third party app may be causing it.

Hi have a Phaser 8400 which was connected to my old G4 and worked fine. I've now got a G5 and every USB device I connect works fine apart from this printer. Is doesn't even show up in the add printer list, my Epson C62 does though. If I go to System
