Hi guys, i work as a school photographer and was advised to get lr3 to arrange my packs

Hi guys,
i order several pictures of the same images eg a pack = 412x8's 6 7x5's & some smaller images on a 7x5.
I was advised to purchse lr3 to do this but unfortunately i cannot do it my experience with lightroom is very limited i have used cs for most of my photography work up to now.
Does anyone know how i can click on an image in the bar at the bottom then click on a template that i have made then save thse images to a folder containing all different sizes etc.

Someone suggested "use aperture" and while it's fine program, it's Mac-only and that might be an issue.
For Windows-based systems, you should look into a program called "Express Digital Darkroom" -- it's designed especially for event photography and is ideal for putting together different types of packages for things like school photography.

Yes, Nathan. I have Automatic Download options for Music, Books, and Updates, but not for Apps. I turned on the Updates, but it didn't help. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.

Messages works fine on my iPhone and iPad, but replies get mixed up on my Mac.

My Mac's Messages app sometimes places replies (for a group chat) in other group chats. There are a lot of overlapping people in both chats (that may haver something to do with it?)
If I'm group chatting with A, B, C, and D, and then, in a separate group chat, I'm chatting with A, B, D, E, and F, then sometimes B's chats will appear in the wrong group chat window.
They look fine on my iOS devices. It only happens on the Mac Pro.

Because the Google calendar has nothing to do with Apple, as its name suggests it is hosted by Google. To see both calendars on your devices add both calendars to them.
The Google calendar will not appear at iCloud.com, Google have their own website.

Guys I need help please read this and try to understand it

I want to know that what does a new driver has to do with modem that it makes noises like "click click" during the gameplay...
Right now i am using the old version that came with the box.It is 43.45 that has been released almost an year ago.Believe me guys it works almost perfect no noise and nothing.
If i come into 2004 then the latest version is 56.72 .I've heard that nVidia has uploaded this driver on april 1st (Happy fool day from nVidia). Thus guys i wish to come into this new year and i want to update my driver,and when i install this driver it will give me trouble from the modem. Couple of more things i have checked and they're the driver that came with the box is by DETONATOR and these days the drivers says FORCEWARE and the second thing is that the old software that comes in CD from nVidia doesnt contain "DIGITAL VIBRANCE" but all new drivers has it. Could this problem is from here? I am totally puzzled first i thought that there is something wrong with the graphic card but when i checked it was modem.When i changed the modem same problem.I changed the slot, same thing. Thought there is a virus or spyware but there was not.Hardware is ok because old version is working fine.

One more thing i want to mention
if i turn on pc and start playing games(any 3D games) will run perfect on any driver whether it is new or oldest. But if i connect to internet with modem and later disconnect it and then start playing games or any 3D presentation the modem starts crying (CLICK CLICK) and this is the same sound that comes when we start connecting(dialing, probably when it gives signal) the internet.
In this situation i have to completely turn off my pc and also unplugging it (DISCHARGING ELECTRICITY). and then, when i turn on the pc and start any game without connecting to internet everything runs fine (On the new drivers)....
Now as i have mentioned before i changed the slots removed and even reinstalled.Nothing happens just a click click sound.
but for the old driver everything runs fine even if i am online and watching 3D presentations or playing games....

In theory everything that you are saying sounds right to me.
I am not sure at all what the limitations are when using the iPad in education as far as how many iPads can sync to one iTunes account. I am going to take a stab in the dark here and guess that you can sync up to 49 iPads with one Mac and one iTunes account since the device that I found has 49 ports. How's that for an obvious guess?
But seriously, I don't how Apple treats volume licensing with a single iTunes account in education. You were using 30 iPads this past school year so we know that's not a problem. The device that I found has 49 ports so we assume that 49 iPads are OK as well. You would have to check with Apple as to what the limitations/rules arefor using a single iTunes account.
There has to be a way to sync as many iPads as you have students in those classes or the iPad in education would not be a viable option. What I don't know about is how you go about paying for that volume license or how it is implemented.
For personal use, you can use up to 10 devices with a single Apple ID/iTunes account. No more than 5 of those devices can be computers.

How can I get vpn to work at my school if its being blocked?

I set up a VPN server on mavericks server. PPTP works fine everywhere accept at my schools network. I assume they have the ports needed closed. How do I find the open ports and tell VPN to use those ports? Im using an iphone to connect to the VPN server.

I use cellular date but if I get VPN working at my school I can lower my data usage by 80% and therefore save money by getting a cheaper cell plan. I have 6GB plan right now and I use it all.
