Homework that's not working

Question

Hey got this Problem for homework that's not working: we're supposed to do a program that ends up looking like this...
Celsius Fahrenheit Fahrenheit Celsius
40.0 105.0 120.0 48.89
39.0 102.2 110.0 43.33
32.0 89.6 40.0 5.44
31.0 87.8 30.0 -1.11
but here's my source code that "just ain't working"

I figure that once i get the code right i can add the columns and rows but this, sadly won't even compile. I'm new, so when you answer, try to explain why I need to do it like you say aswell please.

Since I never had the chance to go to college and I have only been programming java for about 4 days i thought I would take a crack at the problem. This is what I came up with. Sorry i have not yet learned how to properly format numbers for output.
