How can deaf people contact customer support?

I'm looking for a chat link for deaf people who need to contact customer service. Going on the apple website, it seems that a generic phone number or email is available (We can't talk on phones, and emails take too long to reply). What is the best way to go about this?

    I keep trying to get some answers about my Black Friday order of an IPAD2 and accessories.  The only options I see are to call customer support, via phone.
    I am deaf and absolutely cannot hear on the phone, so that's out.  I finally found a live chat button earlier and chatted with a fellow.  I explained the situation to
    him and he gave me a phone #.  I reiterated that I was deaf and coulnd't hear on the phone.... his response... they have options for that. ??? I guess he means
    I can be healed!  I decided to end the chat.  In any event I still need to contact Apple customer service and can't find ANY email address.  Surely I'm not the only deaf person in the world.... and does this mean deaf people can't buy apple... or just can't get support?
    Here is the problem... maybe you can help.  I ordered an IPAD2, docking station, vga-adaper, cover, and camera adapter, on Black Friday, the 25th.
    The store said all items were in stock.  I made the purchase and received my confirmation email from Apple.
    On the 28th... Monday I got an email from Apple (Not FedEx) that SOME items had shipped.  This email listed the two items shipped, the dock station,
    and camera adapter.  And it gave me a tracking number, and a neat button to click to check the status.  It also listed the other three items, they were
    all together listed as "Preparing for shipment",  with a delivery date of Nov.30-Dec1.  There was no tracking # for these unshipped items.
    The first shipment came today... Dec. 1. It says carton 1 of 1.  But I can't find any info on the other items.... they are still listed as preparing for shipment.  My God it's been a week.... the other half came already.... you SAID you had it in stock....???
    So I can't get any info from Apple, I contacted FEDEX cust support... but they need a tracking number... which I don't have...
    Can someone please give some way to contact Apple... this is getting absurd.  I can't even cancel the order, it says it's gone to far in
    the process I'll have to wait until it is delivered to cancel.... or return.

    Well at the end of this exerience I must say I still don't understand.
    It turns out the reason I couldn't get any info from Fed Ex is because the 2nd half of the shipment
    came via UPS.  I have never heard of THAT before using two shippers on one order.  Anyway things
    did work out but I hated being in the dark about it.  I didn't receive any feedback from Apple until
    it had already been delivered.  Then the next day I got an email... your items have shipped with
    a UPS tracking number.
    Thank you for the info on TTY devices.... and you are correct I should have made the rather long trip into
    the nearest Apple store.

    Skype is aware there can be problems reaching their customer support unit.  If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

  • Is there any email address i can use to contact customer support ?

    I bought my iPhone 4S 2 months ago , and ever since the first week of usage the phone started bugging. It doesnt read my SIM card although i got a brand new one. I took it to the shop where i bought it , the sales man said that nothing was wrong with the device. Now 2months later im still having the same problem and it seems there was no solution for it, im starting to think that its a factory default problem. And since i live in Lebanon, we do not have any apple factory guarantee. It's like i threw 800$ over nothing, knowing that im a loyal apple consumer, and ive put my trust in its products.  So i need to know if there is any way i could contact someone directed to the factory to state my problem officially ?

    Apple does not provide technical support nor customer support via e-mail.
    And since Apple has not released the iPhone in Lebanon, they will not provide support for using an iPhone in that country. You will need to go back to the reseller from whom you purchased your iPhone; Apple cannot help you. This is the risk you take when you purchase a product from one country for use in another country where the product has not been release; you basically are then on your own when it comes to support.

    How can I escalate a Customer Support issue?
    I got a 1st gen iPod nano (bought it when it came out) which is eligible for the replacement program. The Apple site form told me that the device's serial has already been part of the replacement program, and if this shouldn't be correct, I should contact Customer Support.
    I did so, spend an hour on the phone while they checked the issue, and they encountered the same: For some reason, the serial had already been marked as "replaced" in the Apple database. The CS agent promised me to check with the higher-ups and get back to me. After about ten days he sent me an email that despite several attempts he wasn't able to resolve the issue. I sent an email back, stating my displeasure, and asking for a way to escalate my request - no more reply.
    Is there a way to escalate CS issues - the only contact Apple gives is CS itself. What about a mail adress where I could sent a letter or similar?
    I live in Germany.

    I agree with deggie, when you call Apple ask to speak with a Sr. Apple advisor. They would be able to work with you on your case.
    Things do take time. I wouldn't expect a quick resolution, but at least you would get your concerns documented and you would get the ball rolling. It would be the only way to get something done.

  • I would like to cancel my subscription. How can I contact customer support? (I have already read the policy and tried to use all related links but it seems I can't do anything since it was automatically renewed)

    I need to contact Adobe in order to cancel my renewed membership. Membership was renewed on Nov the 6th. According to Adobe's policy I can get full refund within a month (which I guess counts since date of renewal). BUT I CAN'T CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Moreover the monthly cost of renewed subscription is $42 plus taxes, while last year it was $30 plus taxes. Meanwhile on Adobe's webpage there is an offer going on for a monthly $30 plus taxes for new subscriptions!!!

    By default, iTunes convert files to type AAC which has an extension of .m4a
    For iTunes to recognize them as Audiobook files, the extension needs to change from .m4a to .m4b
    This can be done a number of different ways. Here are 2 (beginner and advanced)
    . simply, by renaming each file from windows explorer
    . more complex, by using Start/Run/cmd to get a "DOS" type window,
    using the command "cd" to change to the directory that your files are in
    and entering "ren *.m4a *.m4b"
