How can I change the position of a tooltip?

I built a custom tooltip for a component which is at the bottom of the screen. The problem is, when I mouse over the component, most of the tooltip cannot be seen because it is being cut off by the bottom of the screen. How can I set it so that the tooltip will appear above the control instead of below it?

I sort of found a solution. I had to set the height and width properties in the MXML code of the custom component. This tells Flex how big the tooltip will be, therefore Flex knows to place it so that it doesn't go outside the visible screen. Befor, I didn't define these values so that the CustomTooltip width and height would be dependent on its children. This solution works but it stinks, if anyone has a better method please let me know.

To cahnge position proceed in the following way:
Go to Pa30, select personnel number for whom u want to change position, select infotype 1 and click on "overview" icon.
In the "List actions" screen u will find one or many actions. Now select one action (where u want to change position) and click on "Copy" icon. Now u will reach "copy actions screen", and postion is field is editable. Change position. U might get this entry deletes a record, press enter. Save ur entries and continue to org. assignment infotype. save org. assignment infotype also.

How can I change the position the MoveAbsolute method moves a motor toward?

I'm just starting LabView and still am stuck on motor control methods. How do I set the angle or position to which the motor will move (or turn in the case of MoveAbsoluteRot), and can I set the velocity getting there? All help is appreciated.

Please stop creating duplicate threads with the same question. As I mentioned in your original post, the place to get full information on third party software is from the provider of that software. You really don't have a LabVIEW problem as much as a problem understanding the third party api and outs documentation.

How can I change the position of an entire frame on the timeline?

As I've posted before, I'm very new to flash and am
incredibly green. I've done HTML/Dreamweaver work in the past, but
I had something thrust into my lap that was a bit more complex than
I expected! :)
Anyway, the person that set up the flash document before did
not do the best job organizing frames. The entire document is a
compartmentalised site. So you click on the links to the left, and
it displays the appropriate linked frame. I assume this is a fairly
standard way of doing things?
Anyway, that said...
What I want to do is put these frames together, in proper
order, within flash. I have tried "cutting" the frames, but that
leaves a weird piece behind, and I can't find a way to "insert" the
cut frames back into the timeline.
Is there no option to just move the frame backwards/forwards
in the timeline?
Am I asking the right question?

you can click once on the frame (or click-drag a group of
frames) to select them, then click-drag the frame or group to a new
position. one can also select the frame, right-click (ctrl click
mac) and select 'copy frames' then you can right click select
'paste frames' as well although this will 'copy' them and not
'remove' them from that position.

How can I change the position of the stage from relative to fixed?

I followed a tutorial and managed to integrate multiple edge animations to reveal.js. The problem is that when i refresh the page the animation doesn't load at the center of reveal.js "presentatio area". When I change slide and return to the one with the problem the animation loads correctly.
Any ideas why when I refresh the page (or when I visit the page for the first time) the animation isn't at the center??

Sorry my mistakes. I am from Germany.. so...I mean with asynchronous that the video file and the sound file are displaced. In the beginning of the Video it's normal, but if the videos is very long it goes VERY "asynchronous"

In the Thread Pane where your messages are listed?
You see that bar with the labels "From", "Subject", "Date" and so on? Well, they are buttons. You can click on them to sort your messages. You can also drag them with the mouse left and right to reposition them, and you can drag their ends to change the column widths.
These are standard computer actions; you can do all of this in Windows Explorer ("My Computer") too.
In Thunderbird, a right-click on any of these buttons will reveal a pop-up menu where you can select and deselect the columns to control what is shown.

You can't change the display in the Mail app, if you are holding the iPad in landscape orientation then the left-hand third will be for navigation, and the right-hand two-thirds will be an email. If you hold the iPad in portrait orientation then the navigation section becomes a drop-down section.
