You need to create an implementation in SE19.
And give the defination name(BADi name) there and Click on interface Tab
Double click on One of the method and write break point there.
break <user name>
and activate the implementation

There is an quicker way to finding a BADI and BADI implementations for a transaction:
SE37 display Function Module - SXV_GET_CLIF_BY_NAME.
Set a BREAKPOINT on call function SXV_ADD_PREFIX .
In another SESSION run the desired transaction, parameter 'name' gives the BADI; parameter 'clif ' gives implementation, e.g. for TCode MIGO name = MB_MIGO_BADI, clif = CL_EX_MB_MIGO_BADI .

How to manually create layer breaking point for DVD9

Hello, I was wondering if someone could please tell me how I would go about to manually set the layer break point for a DVD9 project that I burned onto 2 DLT tapes. The total size of the DVD is 6.3GB.
I had used the "automatic" setting for burning the DLTs and sent them to a replicator. They came back saying that the layer 0 tape did not allow enough headroom for their Ripguard protection.
I've always used the automatic setting and this is the first time I am asked to manually set it. SO now I need to figure out how I can put a certain amount of data on one DLT tape and the rest on the other DLT.
I am a beginner at this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the information you have regarding RipGuard and the ability to copy RipGuard protected discs is a little outdated.
Can RipGuard be broken? Yes, anything can be broken into, including the DoD Website by 14 yr old chinese students... but that doesn't mean there isn't value in protecting the DVD.
Also, RipGuard is regularly updated, just like Antivirus software, so while older versions of RipGuard can be broken more easily, the latest versions of RipGuard are significantly more difficult to circumvent by existing software.
But again, the point isn't to create the unbreakable 'holy grail' DVD copy protection, but rather to protect something of value.
When you leave your house in the morning, do you close your front door and lock it? Of course you do, but why? So no one will break in. But do you think locking up your house is really going to stop someone from going around to the side of the house and busting out a window if they really want to get in? Of course it wont. If someone wants to break into your house, they will find a way.
Same thing with DVDs. You lock your house because it provides a method of protection, a barrier to make it more difficult and to keep honest people honest. That's what RipGuard, or any copy protection software does.
So the question isn't why would you protect your DVD, but rather why wouldn't you? In most cases if you prevent just a few illegal copies of your DVD from being ripped, it has already more than paid for itself.

I have a one requirement related to repair process in SAP SD. As of now the the repair order creating for only one material in the single line item. But the requirment is if they returned morethan 100 material from same customer, how to process that in systme prospective and standard SAP.
The standard SAP working based on single material for each line item so that the repair indicatior is triggered for that single material only. So how cound i enter multiple materials in the single line item and how could i create 100 materilals in the sigle line item and how could the repair indicatior triggered for that line item which is having 100 materials

DEBUG - how can I put a "break-point" when a variable have a certain value

Do you know some kind os instruction or tools to see and stop in debug a program when a variable have a specified value ?
For example:
At debug I want that a program "stop" when likp-vbeln = 70000123000.
Now for do this, I change the code and insert a IF( ), and i put a breakpoint. But i need a way without need change code.

Use Watch point for this puppose.
Watchpoints allow you the option of monitoring the content of individual variables.
The Debugger stops as soon as the value of the monitored variable arrives.
In addition, conditions can be specified. The Debugger also checks whether such a condition is fulfilled.
Creating a Watchpoint
In the toolbar of the New Debugger, you will find the pushbutton Create Watchpoint . It brings you to the dialog box Create Watchpoint.
Using this function, you can enter the variable to be monitored.
All possible ABAP data structures are allowed here.

Go to Monitor Screen of the data load -> Details tab -> data processing -> right click on Data Packets -> select simulation -> select update rules and give no.of records you want to debug and then system will display the code where you can debug by giving break points.

Problems with break point in Dual Layer project

Hi,
I'm currently having a problem setting a break point in a Dual Layer DVD project in DVD Studio Pro 4. I have a project that has 5.9 GB of data (5 shows with between 7-8 chapters in each). The problem I'm having is that in the 5th chapter of the 4th show, there is a freeze frame hickup when I burn the disk. I've tried moving around the chapter mark, deleting them and re-adding them, re-exporting the media (it is in MPEG-2) in all combinations of those and am still having the freeze problem at that chapter mark. I've gone back to the original media and there are no problems there.
What I think the problem is is that the disk is automatically setting the break point for the dual layer disk at that chapter mark. However, when I go into the project and try to set the break point manually from the dropdown, I can't seem to select anything. The default is the begining of the 5th track, and I can only change it to automatic and back again. Anything else I select just goes back to that 5th track, but I still think it's actually doing automatic instead. I'm using a Verbatim DVD+R DL if that helps anything as well.
To all, do you agree that the problem is most likely due to the break point? And if so, how do I change the break point to the beginning of either the 3rd or 4th of the shows instead of having it seem to be stuck on automatic?

Alright, to answer my own question. Here's what I think the problem was.
There are actually two Disk/Volume menus: one in the Disk settings when you're actually working in the project and another when you go to build and format. I kept trying to set the break point in the first one--in the disk settings in the project--and it wouldn't let me because it can only be set when building and formatting.
It's kind of an annoying settup that there are two identical menus that don't fully communicate with each other, but in the end the solution has been solved.

What you already know is again going to serve your purpose again but with some additional knowledge.
Just see the 'ELEMENT' in the SapScript code in which relevent information is there where you would like to stop. Say, you would like to stop at ELEMENT 'LINES'...
When you run your program with Sapscript debugger activated, when it goes to debugger on script very first time, you get a POP-UP window which you might be always ignoring by simple pressing button for 'Continue' but that is really useful!
You can exploit the options there for your advantage.
Example: there is a field there for 'ELEMENT', you can simply put your element name and see the magic. there are other options also like 'WINDOW', etc. to filter what you want to debug.

Suitable marker break point error for dual layer DVD!

I'm a new FCP user of a few months and DVDSP of one week.
I have read the manual again and again and I am still not sure how to add a suitable break point. I added a chapter marker and set it as a dual layer break point, not sure if that is correct. Quicktime Movie is 5.9 GB, it does everything except burn to DVD in SP. I can burn this movie in IDVD though. Please help me!

Will compressor or Mpeg cause degeneration of picture quality?
If you put it on DVD-Video, you have to convert it to MPEG2 (with either Compressor or by letting DVDSP convert it). It will lose quality as a result. The only way to minimize this is to use as high a bitrate for your MPEG2 file as possible. Compressor has some presets labeled 60 min, 90 min, and 120 min, that will allow movies of that length to fit onto a single-layer DVD.
You should probably re-read the opening chapters of the DVDSP manual; they cover this important and fundamental information relatively well.

Break point in enhancement

How do we set a break point in a enhancement.
When i try to create a break point I am getting a message
'THE POSITION OF THE BREAK POINT CANNOT BE DETERMINED'
I know that the code in the enhancement point is in a include program.
but how do i know the name of that program?
can i set the break point in the include program?

I am on ECC6.0 and same release, i am also able to setting the break points both session and external. But not on ENHANCEMENT SPOTS.
If there is any include in the implementation then i can go to that include program and able to see the break point. But not on ENHANCEMENT or inbetween ENHANCEMENT and ENDENHANCEMENT.
Do you know why..? I tried even before. I thought there is some problem..

EXIT FROM STEP-LOOP,

Field exits have to be tested in isolation in the development environment. To analyze problems that occur only in the screen environment, the relevant variables can be written to the file system using TRANSFER... and can be analyzed there.

Disable break points column

Hi Ppl,
I'm using the LabVIEW code of the full featured user interface. I want to disable the break points column from the sequence file steps view. I tried setting the station option enable break points to false. This disabled the break points but still the break point column was still there and I was able to set disabled breakpoints(white colored one) in the sequence file steps view. In the sequence file step view control properties also I couldn't find any column for the break points. How do I disable the break points column.
