How do i change to classic workspace mode in dreamweaver CS4?

i just got this program called pop menu magic 2, and it says
that users who use CS4 should switch to classic workspace mode for
more conventional use, how do i do that?

There is a drop down list towards the top right corner of
your Dreamweaver
window, just to the left of the search box.

And there i can read that the "frame rate mode" is variable... and that's the bad thing... I want to change that point to a constant frame rate mode. I use the H.264 codec

I havent found this option from anywhere in Vista or Creative Audio Console settings. I would like to use my microphone throught the back panel, but when it is in Line-In mode I cant get any audio out.

How do I change Oracle Forms access mode?

I am configuring two separate Oracle servers - one is running Oracle Applications 11i and the other is running Oracle Applications r12. For each server, I need to be able to change the access mode (Native/socket, HTTP, HTTPS) of the Oracle Forms server. Where can I find documentation on how to do this?

How do I change to PC Suite Mode in Nokia 6680?

Hello,
when connecting my Nokia 6680 to a Computer, it doesn't ask me to select a connection mode. However, there is a program that obviously needs me to select PC Suite Mode or Nokia Mode.
Since I didn't find an option for that in the phone, can someone tell me if it's possible to change to PC Suite Mode?

m8, Go to Tools->Settings->Connection->USB-Select PC Suite, then put Yes on Ask on connection. It will ask you what mode you wanted to connect.

I am new at dreamweaver and recently purchased CS4 web premium. I also bought some training videos from an Abode affilated training center on dreamweaver CS4. I was wondering how to create or hide formulas into a webpage. I am trying to enter my MS excel calculator into a webpage. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately this will not work directly in DW.
You probably have 2 alternatives and that is, A - use JavaScript (if you are new to DW/webdesign probably not an option). B - See if there is an extension or plug-in for doing something similar.

How can I change the Video Display Mode when the Monitor displays UNSUPPORTED MODE?

While setting up my new monitor, I changed the computer Video Display mode to 120 Hz by accident. Now I can't see a thing on the monitor other than the words UNSUPPORTED MODE.
My system is a newer HP Pavilion p7-1423W running Windows 8.1 with Intel i5-2320 3ghz
I have tried the Startup mode by tapping ESC on powerup but the startup options don't help. And the F11 option on the menu just makes the Startup screen disapear and returns the monitor to UNSUPPORTED MODE. Tapping F8 doen't work and tapping F12 just puts me into the bios menus which don't help.
How can I put the integrated Video Card back to a supported video mode when I can't see the screen?

Try the shift key + F8. If you can get in- doing a System Restore to a day before you messed up the setting should work without a need for Safe Mode.

Check Settings>General>Accessibility>Incoming Calls (in the Physical & Motor section). Make sure this is set to Default.

How can I change the color around the artboard in CS4?

In CS4 its creamy/dirty white. I always work around the artboard and I want the area to be plain white as in CS3. Does anyone know how to change this?

I noticed this as well and it's driving me nuts. What I found bizarre is that I was able to work with the standard white artboard in CS4 - common to legacy versions of the program - for the first few days until just this morning. Evidently, this must be some sort of prefernce that may have changed unexpectedly. Most posts relate to changing the transparency grid or turning off the artboard. Not the solution I'm looking for -
I'm still at a loss for what to do, but am considering discarding my preferences file to see if that does the trick.

How do I change the default color scheme in Dreamweaver CS6?

I just updated to CS6 on my work computer from CS5 on my personal computer (preferences and stuff were not transferred), and I'm trying to figure out how I can import my custom color scheme that I was using in CS5. In CS5 I was able to replace the Colors.xml file instead of going through each individual color option. I haven't had the same success with CS6.
In CS5 the Colors.xml file was located at this path (Mac)
/Users/%name%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS5/%localization(en_US)%/Configuration/CodeColoring
The problem with CS6 is that there is no Dreamweaver CS6 folder at that path after "Adobe/"
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any solutions? Looking at code on a white background is hurting my eyes!

Do you think this maybe has to do with Mountain Lion?

How to center or format embedded youtube video in Dreamweaver CS4?

I'm pretty new at using Dreamweaver, but I created a website that I would like to embed a youtube video in.
I've got the embedding part down-- copying code-- but it doesn't format. I have a couple of APDivs at the top of the page, and I'd like the video to be embedded in the center of the page.
The problem is, no matter where I place the embed code, the video ends up at the top left of the page, under the APDivs.
How can I fix this?

First, don't use APDivs as your primary layout method. This seldom works well, here's why:

Build your markup logically from top of page to bottom.
Use default CSS positioning (unspecified or static) to keep your content within the normal document flow. APDivs are removed from the normal document flow.
Use CSS margins, padding and floats to align elements where desired.

To center elements on screen, you need 3 things:
     1) a valid document type. DW does this for you when you create a new page.
     2) a container width in pixels, ems or %.
     3) margin-left and margin-right of 'auto' (browser defaults).

How do i test/fix my internal links using dreamweaver cs4

Well i'm done designing my website and i know how to link pages together ,i'm setting up my home page and i saved it as my template, i put the links of other pages in my template so when i create another page from my template i would have the page linked already so i can click on the home button to return me back to the orginal page,so when i tested the main page in my browser i would click on the topic but when im in the topic i'll try and click on another topic the page would say can not find page i linked my pages already in the template so it was it should sent me to any link i selected right? help me is it because im not on a remote server why when i'll click into a sub page but the subpage wont return to the home page when i click on the link?

My guess without seeing your code is that you have a path problem.
For best answers, open a page in DW and SaveAs test.html
Upload it to your remote server along with dependant files.
Post a link here so we can see your page.
After you get an answer to your question, remove the test.html page from your server.

How do I fix lost connection between Photoshop and Dreamweaver CS4?

How do I fix the lost connection in Photoshop CS4 to Dreamweaver? When I save for web and devices, Photoshop doesn't save for web but instead saves to the original file in Photoshop. The image doesn't show up in Dreamweaver's image gallery at all. Do I remove both from my hard drive and reload both? I don't want to loose anything in Dreamweaver or Photoshop.

Not sure exactly what you are asking since I am still a student learning Dreamweaver so I can only describe what is happening in non-technical terms. I have set up files in Photoshop CS4 for images that I plan to use in Dreamweaver as a gallery of thumbs that enlarge using the Behavior panel. I did this with over 100 images, first creating the correct size in Photoshop, then going to Save for Web and Devices, saving, and the image would then show up in my images list in Dreamweaver.
Now, when I save for Web and Devices, save, it doesn't show up in Dreamweaver. Instead, it saves it back into my original Photoshop file with hyphens between each word.
I have Windows XP Professional, Adobe Creative Suite CS4.
I don't know how this glitch happened, I did nothing different and have used the process successfully already over and over. I read as much as I could understand on the Adobe website and apparently glitches do happen but I don't understand how to resolve this. Do I uninstall both Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and reinstall both?

How do I change the color of the clipping path in CS5

Just installed Photoshop CS5 I use the pen to create a clipping path for isolation. In CS4 the path line always contrasted with the background I was working on. In CS5 it is only gray so I cannot work on grey background pics as I cannot see the path. How can I change it back to multi colored like CS4?
In CS4 I could change between gray & colored by enabling or disabling OpenGL Drawing from Edit->Preferences->Performance. This does not work for me in CS5. I really need the color as I am isolating a dark gray bike againsr a lighter gray wall. I keep loosing the curve handles against the wall.

Which means that the wall isn't neutral gray, it has some color in it. Anyway, that's beside the point. In CS5 they've changed the way they display paths when OpenGL is turned off (probably changed to another API behind the scenes) which caused these problems. If i've understood it correctly, this isn't a bug per se, it's just a limitation of the API that they're using now (lack of blend modes or some such).
