Here are the reasons.
1. It's buggy.
2. It's a security nightmare.
3. It uses too much memory.
4. It uses too much battery.
5. It does not support touch gestures.
6. Adobe was never able to produce a workable version for any Apple devices.
7. Flash usage is declining.
and so on...
Because of all that, Adobe has stopped Flash development for mobile devices.

No, you do not need to re purchase Lion. You can re download Lion on all your authorized Macs using the same Apple ID.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.

Purchases from the App Store do not include serial numbers. The App Store itself provides the licensing for the product. You will have to contact Apple to have them help you reinstall Lightroom through the App store (just because it is no longer for sale does not mean that you will not be able to download your past purchases).

Try Amazon but look for the iWork suite of software. It's only sold separately as Pages, Keynote, and Numbers from the App Store.

Apps that are written for the Mac OS cannot be used on iOS devices, such as the iPad. You can purchase the iOS versions of some of these apps in the iTunes App Store.

You can either sync with iTunes to transfer them to your iTunes library, then sync them to the new iPad by selecting them on the Movies tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing. You should be able to go > App Store > App store (menu) > store > view my account > sign in. Where do you vary after following this point. In between ID summary and Settings should be a section marked iTunes in the cloud and directly below but within that section, the message we are seeking.

First thing to try is delete the app. Open the Mac App Store and the status in the Purchases section should update to "Install". Click to download the full app rather than an update.
