You may very well have damaged your library - or even your system by not having adaquate storage available
And never select all of the pitcture and move them - that will destroy your library - the iPhotolibrary is a SQLite database and must always be kept intact as a single entity -
Moving the iPhoto library is safe and simple - quit iPhoto and drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity to the external drive - depress the option key and launch iPhoto using the "select library" option to point to the new location on the external drive - fully test it and then trash the old library on the internal drive (test one more time prior to emptying the trash)
And be sure that the External drive is formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) (iPhoto does not work with drives with other formats) and that it is always available prior to launching iPhoto
And backup soon and often - having your iPhoto library on an external drive is not a backup and if you are using Time Machine you need to check and be sure that TM is backing up your external drive

I would contact the publisher of the textbook directly. Apple is just a store, not a publisher.

Youneed to uninstall the drivers for the X6690. Touninstall the Lexmarksoftware, please click on the link UNINSTALL.Thenremovethe remaining files. Just click on the link on howto remove thefiles.
Then you needto download the driver from www.lexmark.com

They really don't require repair. They are part of the ARD update. Ignore them as they are harmless. They will recur everytime you repair permissions.

The ARD agent ones vary depending on installation; that one looks like a language localisation.
Nothing to worry about. (and it and any others will appear everytime you repair permissions).
As long as the message 'permissions repair complete' is given, there is no fault.

The User (meaning your name)/Library is now hidden in 10.7+ so you need to use the Finder > Go and paste

The library refers to iTunes on the Mac - not the iPad. If the movie is in the iTunes library on the Mac, sync it to the iPad using iTunes.
Connect the iPad to the Mac and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Movies Tab on the right.
Click on the movie that you want to sync
Click on the Sync Movies Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu at the top of the screen. Option+Command+S is the keyboard shortcut to enable the sidebar on a Mac.

I had to rebuild my iMac and wanted to start fresh. I'm useing mountain lion and had everything backed up with time machine. The problem that i'm having is that I can't get the aplication support floder to show up in the library folder that you find under user menu. I know if you hold down the option key while youpull down the go window it will show up on your Mac, but how do I get to the one that is on your time machine backup, useing Moutian Lion? if you need an update from App Store I assume that means the application in /Applications and nothing to do with iPhoto Library which can be anywhere and default is in Pictures, though it runs smoother if it is on a separate different drive. (Just go to where it is and open and will remember its location so whether now or after the move)
I put my iPhoto Library on an SSD which works very well. same goes for Aperture too.

Hold down shift as you start iTunes. Keep holding until asked to choose or create a library. Click choose. Original library is probably at <User Profile>\Music\iTunes.

There are multiple people on the network that share iTunes libraries, but the certain one I'm looking for is not showing up. Is there anyway for me to search for this specific library? I am using the most recent version of iTunes.

There is no way to search for a shared library. If the computer on which the library is being shared is on the same subnet as your computer, it should appear automatically. If it's not appearing, perhaps the library isn't really being shared or the computer is on a different subnet in which case you cannot connect to it; iTunes Sharing does not work across subnets.
